The first layer is usually the GSU and police officers on the outer layer which is usually where the people are. So this is a layer that you usually see controlling traffic and controlling whoever is coming in and out. The second layer is the layer that you're seeing plain clothes officers and this is something that we usually see in most events. These are the police officers that usually jump in and are usually seen by most people when the president is walking around. The third layer which is the innermost layer. The innermost layer is usually the layer that is closest to the president. This is usually rec squad and presidential escort service or escort unit. So I'm wondering because these are usually very well-dressed and you can clearly see the armor. So I'm wondering where was this particular group because we have never seen this group anywhere when the president is doing his rounds and having his rallies.

[00:01:14]>> So what I don't understand is how someone would actually breach all these three layers and get to the extent where they can touch the president. touching the president is something that is a serious breach of security. Because one thing you have to realize and you've seen this happening a number of times when the president is having any kind of rally their microphone is usually different and we all know that in recent time we have seen presidents die just by touching a microphone. So for someone to be able to breach the whole security is something that is uncalled for. And in as much as we may be on any political divide when it comes to the president of your nation and as we head into the election it is very important that any security boss including Douglas Ka should actually be very worried for his job. Douglas Ka should be very worried about his job because how are you able to put a team and put a whole contingent of officers that are breached by one person to the extent that the president is being touched. This is a huge breach.

[00:02:18]What is happening? We are headed into the election and it is very important that you note can this be a situation where this breach is being used in order to make sure that ka is shown the door.

Right now we don't even know whether the president is actually safe because what if that guy had something in his hands? What if he had some poison? Because who knows in this day and age anything is possible.

[00:02:47]So for Douglas Ka to come out and say that there was a swift action from the police officers, this is clearly not a swift action for them to miss the layer, the last layer, the wreck squad. We should have been seeing rek squad all around the president at any given time he's having a rally. And that is the last point. These people should not move. Protocol calls that these officers should not even be listening to what the president is saying. If the president says no, protocol says you have to protect the president whether he likes it or not.

And this is just a warning. Someone like Douglas Kanger should actually look out for his job because I'm foreseeing the deputy IG most likely coming back. This guy was saved from a very serious case last year. Elud Langat is someone that everyone should watch. 2027 is going to be the police IG. So all these may also be a plan to just show that there's security breach but in real sense it is Douglas Ka being shown the door. I'm just saying this is just something I said one year ago and now look we are now having a situation where we have multiple security breaches. So how are you going to explain that as a IG of police? How are you going to explain it that someone was able to breach a security like a presidential security and it is not just once almost five multiple times we've had a situation where the police have not been able to contain someone who threw a shoe. In another situation someone threw a bottle and hit the president. In another situation someone ran into the D and was able to be contained just when the president he was just feet away from the president. So these multiple security breaches this is something that should not be taken for granted because we are headed into a political season and when we are heading into an election when a president if anything happens to the president that nation this nation of Kenya will not be the same again. It will not be the same again. We may want our people to be the president but this will not happen if the president is eliminated. We have the highest amount of budget going to the police right now.

[00:05:26]So how is it? Does it mean that we don't have enough manpower to handle such small crowds? Because that was not a very big crowd. The president has been able to be in a bigger crowd than that and nothing happened. So how is it that he's able to be accessed that easy?

[00:05:41]So IG of police just know that this game may be played and it will not be in your favor and the DIG may just take over your job. The same thing anything can happen to the president. This is what has been proven by this guy who's able to access him and say, "I'm from Nairobi. Please help me." And yes, there's a dire situation in the country.

[00:06:02]People are having an issue. Yes, we have to accept that there's a problem. People are hungry. People don't have jobs. So, people are desperate. And when people are this desperate, anything can happen.

[00:06:12]2027 R wants people who are very close to him to handle his security as we head into the election so that he can also be in a position to handle the narrative around him. So I'm just saying this to let the people know that in as much as this may be an inactual sense happened out of mere coincidence that there was a a lapse in the security, it may also be a political one that Douglas Kanger is being shown the door and this is the easiest way to make sure that he fails.
