[00:00:07]But, we don't know. So, we need the troops. They should be there in Poland. Uh, I think both Poland, uh, US Army Europe, they all were prepared for this capability, planned for the year year to come. Um, I'm glad that that also for the soldiers if that's who we're talking about.

[00:00:29]But, it's not it's not exactly clear which 5,000 we're talking about. It's not the fact that maybe 5,000 might or might not be there. It's how this whole process has unfolded, how it was communicated or poorly communicated. And that that generates friction, which then I think damages the coherence of NATO.
