No, I mean, I know we live in heavily scrutinized times when it comes to politicians accepting, you know, a pair of glasses or uh clothes from donors, but I can't be alone in pondering. Like, if Nigel could get his hands on a 1.4 million pound house, can't the Reform Party's treasurer or shadow chancellor not budget a few extra quid to get Z more than one outfit? No. This is Andy Burnham. He's abandoned his post as mayor and forced the people of Makerfield into a bi-election. Oh, shut up.

[00:01:45]Um, in fact, here's here's another question for you. Here's another question that comes leaping to mind uh to the tip of my tongue whenever I see this bell end. Assuming it's a day that I can stifle my vomit long enough to articulate said point and utter it to you through my cheeks filled with vomit.

[00:02:08]Uh here's my next question. Um why does Zia Ysef always look like a hung over Zia Ysef?

[00:02:17]You know why? Why does he always look so knackered and hung over and low energy?

[00:02:23]Like he's really he's really straight.

[00:02:25]It was a hard night out. He hasn't quite recovered yet. That's the kind of vibe that I always get from Zia Ysef is he's knackered. He's tired. He's drained.

[00:02:34]He's a little bit hung over. You know, like one of these days he's going to [ __ ] around and have a good night's sleep. He's going to wake up refreshed, less exhausted, and he'll have shaken off his hangover and the misery and the the self-loathing. Making sure that churches um are not >> and he's going to look back at all of this. He's going to look back at all of his social media activity and he's going to be like, "God, I get so depressed and miserable when I'm hung over, don't I?"

[00:03:01]Like, what was I bagging on about in the throws of my hang? I was bagging on about protecting churches and [ __ ] Was I Jesus teeing everyone up for the end of civilization and a race war? Like really that okay. Well, I'm glad I've slept. I mean, I tell you what um what Zia Ysef's problem is if you like to my mind in my view.

[00:03:25]Uh really there's there's about three of them. Uh first, he's unelected, right?

[00:03:35]Uh but he's one of the faces of a party who railed against unelected bureaucrats. So that's that's his first like he's not an MP. He hasn't been elected. He's just a a guy that works for the company reform.

[00:03:50]That's his first issue. Uh the second problem that he has, not that I have with him, I don't care about this, but he has a problem in that he's a Muslim guy, right? but he's one of the faces of a party who surf on anti-Muslim rhetoric and narratives inarguably. And so that's the second problem that he has. The third problem, probably the most important one, uh is that he's unlikable.

[00:04:19]>> This is Andy Burnham. He's just this sort of joyless smile straightling fun vacuum whose key cell in the insurance daytime TV, you know, advert if that was his job. His key cell in the insurance game might plausibly be that you should financially prepare for the end of your life on the basis you want to [ __ ] kill yourself by the end of listening to him pitch it. Like, he's just such a hatable character, isn't he?

[00:04:50]which in the crowded field of politicians in that regard to stand out is almost impressive. I think to be to be this hateable um in fact uh come to think of it possibly his only redeeming quality is that he personally doesn't appear to actually enjoy being Zia Ysef much himself which leads me to conclude that he probably hates himself.

[00:05:25]uh which paradoxically sort of makes him more relatable.

[00:05:32]>> This is Andy Bernham. This is Kia Starmer. This is Zack Palanski. Uh so that's Z's deal. Uh what else are the other guys in the Reform Party stables uh getting up to this week? Ty and Farage, meanwhile, are fighting for free speech by trying to cancel Hope not hate uh for the crime of sending out leaflets in Makerfield. Uh this is a letter from Nigel Farage uh to the Charity Commission. Uh and Nigel's central ribbit uh is that Hope Unlimited is a registered charity and charities aren't allowed to politically campaign for party candidates for Labor candidates. But Ribbitz [ __ ] uh the Hope Unlimited charity uh sends a chunk of its charity raised funds to the private limited company Hope Not Hate. and that company is engaged in political campaigning. He's like, "You're um you're a charity, but charities aren't political parties. They can't be. So, how are you using this money for that pro Burnham campaign?" Oh, I'm subtly an advocate of red tape and regulation. Uh put simply, uh Farage doesn't think that anti-fascists should be entitled to fund political endeavors. uh he'd rather that rosettes and leaflets were paid for by way of secret 5 million pound bungs from Thai crypto magnates. Richard Ty says it's also a conflict of interest because there are labor figures on the board of trustees of Hope Unlimited the charity. Uh so between the pair of them uh they are referring hope not hate to the charity commission for using charity funds to promote a political candidate.

[00:07:26]Uh why are they specifically going after Hope Not Hate? Well, because Hope Not Hate did a deep dive uh last week and exposed their shitty Makerfield bi-election candidate, his old social media. That was them. They dug around, threw it out, exposed him. Uh so now they're trying to shut him down. Stop causing us trouble. Uh, if I was Hope Not Hey, if I was Nick Lels, Lels, Lels, don't know how you pronounce his name.

[00:07:56]The guy that runs it, runs Hope Not Hey, if I was now facing the scrutiny of the evasive, elusive, murky Reform Party, uh, I think I would just fight fire with fire, you know, just tell everyone, "Ah, it's just it's a it's a Westminster bubble story. That's all it is. We think you've been using charity funds to do political campa Yeah. Nobody outside of Westminster cares about that to be honest. Rich, I don't think real Britain's care about where I get my funding from for my political campaigning. You sound you sound detached. You sound like you live in a bubble, Rich. You know, either that or just do what Lee Anderson does and say the word that you're being accused of. Say that that word isn't a real word because that's what he's done this week.

[00:08:48]Uh, he put out a tweet. He said, "I'm named in this letter." Uh, but I stand by every word.

[00:09:00]He says, and yes, yes, you heard me right there. Leanderthal uh says that there's no such thing as Islamophobia. The same guy who accused Sadi Khan of giving away London to his Islamist mates and who shared tweets describing Muslims praying as an act of domination says there's no such thing as Islamophobia.

[00:09:22]It's a bold statement from Lee Anderson there which will come as news to Lee Anderson here who said he would call out all forms of extremism including Islamophobia.

[00:09:35]Anyway, um who else have they got? Who else should we check in with over in Reform UK Limited headquarters? Uh, what's the other chap saying this week?

[00:10:02]Doesn't he look like somebody fed Jack D mercury? He does, doesn't he? Uh, Robert Genrich admits Reform UK will not deport foreign nationals living in social housing. Right. Okay.

[00:10:21]Uh, but then Zia Ysef says Robert's answer is not reform policy. Oh, slap down.

[00:10:33]Zia and Gener squabbbling amongst each other about who's going to deport who, who's the most deport.

[00:10:40]Good stuff. Healthy politics.

[00:10:44]Although, uh, you know, maybe forget about that wardrobe budget. Now Zir uh finally we get to Robert Kenyon himself the uh the candidate for the Makerfield bi-election uh who now it has just been revealed uh as well as saying foul things about the political commentator Carol Verman online as well as suggesting that women shouldn't be referees or that they can't drive as well as suggesting that women just get abortions as a sort of secondary form of contraception or like for attention-seeking purposes. Really lovely guy. Lovely guy. And reformer backed him to the hill. They're just like, "Yeah, I don't I don't think we need to apologize for him. We're certainly not replacing him as our candidate." Yeah. No, he's just This is just how real people talk, how real Britain's talk. Uh all of that could be forgiven. They don't really give a [ __ ] about all of that. Now, it has just been revealed that in the immediate aftermath of the Brexit vote, uh he referred to the Brexit campaign vote leave as nationalistic pitch. What he said, he said, he said he couldn't believe that people had voted for Brexit. He thought it was a stupid idea.

[00:11:55]his new boss Nigel Farage, his whole thing, his entire reason for being this guy, Robert Kenyon, described it as nationalistic pitch, which is um I mean he's he's still the candidate at the moment. I don't think they've I don't think they've sort of like sacked him or like or anything, but I mean they'll they'll they'll accept a lot.

[00:12:22]They'll forgive a lot. I think in the reform party's HR department. You can say horrible, degrading, vile stuff about Carol forman. You can take the piss out of women, degrade women who are in desperate situations, you can mock and maul them. That's fine. But if you dare speak ill of Brexit, I mean that is that is and here's the weird thing is like Labour can't even use this. They can't even say, "Ah, yeah, you see because they still back Brexit." But Labour Labour can't even say like, "Haha, look." So, he used to he used to hate Brexit and now he's pretending that he loves Brexit because we'd all just be like, "What? Well, are you are you going to are you going to rejoin the EU?" No. Well, then shut the [ __ ] up then. Uh so lo and behold, it turns out that uh the Reform Party's candidate in the Makerfield bi-election used to be a remainer and mocked Brexit and Brexitiers.

[00:13:20]Uh and I said this the other day when it first blew up on Blue Sky. I said like, you know, if I was if I was this Robert Kenyon guy, I think I would go out and I would be like, okay, yes, all right. I did I did say that stuff. I did refer to Brexit as nationalistic pitch. I did. I said that.

[00:13:40]But in my defense, that was before I was radicalized.

[00:13:46]So So what do we have here with this uh veritable the weak in reform? Uh we have Lee Anderson accused of Islamophobia, a problem that he says isn't a real thing despite previously saying that he would fight it, which might sound like inconsistency, but you have to remember these people often like he says it's a madeup word or like it's not real. These people often spend a lot of their time fighting fantasy problems. So, it's actually very consistent. I'm gonna fight two-tier policing and debanking.

[00:14:17]Well, okay. All right. Off you go. I guess it's easier to solve those problems than the actual terrifying challenges that human civilization is saddled with. Uh we have Zia Ysef wandering around car parks until Robert Genrich steps in to uh contradict him.

[00:14:36]uh Farage and Ty doing their best to fight the stereotype that they are right-wing sociopaths by trying to shut down a charity. And we have a guy who pretended to be a Brexit but who was actually a remainer now saying he's a Brexit again uh for political reasons which means he's either very confused or Elizabeth Truss. Uh so yes, yeah, I don't know about you guys but uh I am super excited about this lot. odds on forming the next government.

[00:15:08]Um, uh, even if it is a a sort of a fake excitement papering over my actual like natural miserable Zia use of style expression underneath.
