This is the latest controversy to shake the chamber that has already been marred by a coup, a shooting, and a dramatic walk out by minority senators. Could even bigger confrontations lie ahead? Let's get on point with Senator Irwin Tula.

You said that >> because it was um uh around I think 10 or 11 a.m. It was ombbudzman Remulia said that like uh we're filing charges against two senators low and uh he was saying like warrants of arrest things like that. So and he even mentioned Senator Estrada then uh Joel Villain Noeva. So I just sounded it off in the afternoon cuz the the issue being brought you uh insertion actually is they're trying to insert section 41C cuz 41B rule rule 14 section 41B clearly states there that uh um lawmakers uh senators can can can attend uh through teleconferencing video conferencing sessions If uh it's there's a force majour or uh national emergency >> 41C senator Marua uh justifiable reason so it's an additional so there's an addition >> so we were surprised because it's not in our agenda so we were caught uh we were caught flatfooted like what >> now we we have to tackle it now so They were only like nine of us. Some some are in their office and Mikubiri still we're still lacking 11 wasn't there. Senator Lid asked permission very important meetings so he cannot come back. So I was surprised and then but Senator Cheese was not there.
