The film Minority Report explores a future where psychics called precogs predict crimes before they happen, raising philosophical questions about free will, determinism, and the ethics of preemptive justice; notably, the movie accurately predicted real-world technologies like gesture-controlled screens, personalized ads, and facial recognition, demonstrating how science fiction can anticipate technological developments.

The Future Predicted Crime Before It Happened本站添加:
What's if you could be arrested before even committing a crime? Well, that's exactly what this movie is all about.
Welcome to Film Detective where we search [music] recommendations so you don't have to. This is Minority Report, a sci-fi thriller directed by Steven Spielberg. Set in the future, police use psychics called precogs to predict [music] murders before they even happen, meaning crimes are stopped before they even occur. On paper, that sounds perfect until the system predicts that the officer running it is about to commit murder himself. What makes this movie interesting is how all the future ideas that they came up with actually became real. Gesture-controlled screens, personalized ads, facial recognition.
For a movie made in 2002, it predicted a scary amount correctly. It's smart, intense, and one of the more interesting mystery movies out there. As you know, what the movie said would be the ending, but you just [music] don't want it to be true. Overall, our detective changed the future, giving Minority Report four badges out of five.
