[00:00:00]Mexico's president Claudia Shinbomb has rejected a CNN news report alleging that CIA operatives were directly involved in a targeted assassination outside Mexico City. While speaking at a press conference, Shinbomb slammed the story as false and truly sensationalist.

[00:00:30]CNN, which is supposedly an internationally respected media outlet, published a truly sensationalist report.

[00:00:37]And what was its aim? To say, just imagine that CIA agents are operating on national territory, even to kill someone. Just imagine how big a fabricated lie a story like that is. It even surprised me because even the CIA spokesperson came out and said it was false.

[00:01:05]The report which published earlier this week cited multiple sources who said the March 28 explosion of a car carrying a mid-level operative with a sina cartle was a car bomb planted in a secretive CIA operation. The report claimed that the CIA has ramped up its covert operations in Mexico through the agency's elite ground branch unit. The CNN report comes a month after the death of two CIA operators as they return from an anti-Narotics operation in Shia, unleashing scandal in Mexico and diplomatic tensions with the Trump administration. Shin bomb slam CNN for working at the behest of groups in the US and Mexico who want to damage Mexico US ties.
