People don't know what they don't know

[00:00:00]Most people ask me, actually, no they don't. So, I'm just going to tell you anyway.

[00:00:05]Sometimes people don't know what they don't know. They don't know the words to say, they don't have the language, the terminology, and they can't really describe the pain, the frustration, or the the angst that they have. And so, you need to tell them. You need to describe their pain, you need to describe their problem, and when they can identify that you know the symptoms that they have, that you have hit that pain point that they have, and then you describe it, you name it, you call it out. Now you can address it. Now you can start to say, "What what is the cause of the thing of the pain that you're you're you're feeling, that you're suffering?"

[00:00:40]And and by doing that, you highlight your solution, right? Becomes problem aware and then solution aware.

[00:00:46]So, problem aware is you're feeling this pain, but you don't know why. Let me tell you what it is. And then solution aware is I have the solution to help you solve that. So, do you have a solution?
