Addressing The Frogan Lawsuit Rumours

[00:00:00]People have been wondering what's going on with Froggen. And I'm a I think she's confused because I've seen clips of her saying, she's like, "Oh, you guys think the suit is over? It's far from over. It's still going on." And I'm like, >> "No, you lost."

[00:00:19]>> She's She def They failed to >> respond. And what's crazy is we gave them so much time, >> so much extensions. She has an attorney.

[00:00:30]We told them like you have you have such and such amount of time to file a response or we're going to file a default. Like she has no out.

[00:00:37]Default. So >> it means she loses by default because she did not mount a response. She's lost. She's guilty. 100% guilty.

[00:00:46]>> Because I don't know the ins and outs of how this works. If if you don't respond, even if like the judge can't look at it and like decide, oh, even though you didn't respond, you're still in the right here. You know what I mean?

And we know that cuz we talked to him about it. So yeah, you know, she lost and I don't know if she if her lawyer's lying to her or if she does. I don't know what's going through her head because she seems to think she hasn't lost, but I promise you, Frogan, you have lost.

[00:06:43]>> We filed a response and now we're just waiting for the judge >> cuz last I heard it was going to be October, but that's just from her talking about it, I feel.

[00:06:52]>> Yeah. I don't know if there's a hearing or if it's still on the calendar. I don't know. This [ __ ] is so like nebulous. I don't know what's going on with all these these judges and the legal system is so like ridiculously convoluted.

[00:07:37]And like meanwhile, everybody's like defaulting and begging for money and in just total disarray. And I just feel like he's not helping them. I just feel like he's not. But I mean, it's not his responsibility.

[00:07:50]Uh and anyway, I don't really have a lot to add. Just that just that people were confused about the default thing. So um yeah no official filings just comm so basically the only thing that was entered was done by my lawyer which is communications we had with their lawyer.

[00:08:12]That's the only thing.

[00:08:15]>> And again what those communications show is that we were very communive and very patient. We gave them like three time extensions of like a significant amount of time to deal with it.

[00:08:29]So I don't know what more we could have done to accommodate them.
