👀🤭 i refuse to silence myself for the sake of societal pressures & cancel culture when the truthHinzugefügt:
This is going to be a controversial take. I'm almost a little bit scared to say it, but [ __ ] it. I am so tired of people feeling like the anxiety they are experiencing and the mental health diagnoses that they are given is a part of who they are forever. And it is really this excuse or even like this reasoning to stay in this victimhood consciousness that we are trapped in as a society. And when you understand that your body is simply reacting and adapting to the experiences that you had when you were younger, and also the genetic kind of composition that you were provided when you were born, it creates a lot less of a narrative that I'm stuck like this forever and that there are actually ways to improve and help your day-to-day symptoms, if not completely get them
