You're asking what needs to change. What needs to change is determined by what causes the loss of trust.

[00:00:35]If every morning my experience is jumping sewer in front of my house to get into the street which itself has got potholes and none of the traffic lights work. I do not have reliable water. I don't have reliable electricity. Those are the experiences that cause loss in trust. So the only way to change I'm afraid is a long long road. It's not something that you can switch on or off like electricity. Mhm.

[00:01:09]>> It will take a long time of repairing public infrastructure, ensuring that public representatives interact genuinely with the people, not simply when elections are looming, where people believe that money that is public funds is not used for personal purposes, but people do not experience those public goods and services. Yet, the money is gone. Uh it's like promising people that uh you will buy bread. The money disappear but the bread does not appear.
