Why on earth does the First Lady of Sierra Leone get a council flat in London?

[00:00:00]So, I'm here in central London, outside the council flat of the first lady of Sierra Leone. It's a pretty nice place.

[00:00:09]She doesn't live here very much, cuz she lives in the presidential palace with its own swimming pool, tennis court, and helipad. This is obviously completely ridiculous.

[00:00:20]And at the last count, there were more than 100 military veterans sleeping rough on the streets of our capital city.

[00:00:27]Well, Reform's policy is very simple.

[00:00:30]She's going to get booted out, and this council flat will go to a veteran. In fact, veterans will get first dibs for council houses across the country.

[00:00:39]That's the kind of common sense that we need, and has been sadly lacking for far too long.
