The destination you have been exhausting yourself trying to reach it is not ahead of you. It has never been ahead of you. It exists right now in this very moment in the only place anything has ever existed consciousness itself. And the moment you truly understand that not intellectually not as a pleasant idea to carry around but in your bones in your blood in the marrow of your being you will stop traveling and you will arrive. Sometime ago a young woman approached me after a lecture. I can still see her clearly.

[00:00:52]She was beautiful, intelligent, and utterly exhausted. Not the exhaustion of someone who has worked hard. The exhaustion of someone who has been running toward a horizon that keeps moving. Neville, she said, I have been doing everything, the visualizations, the affirmations, the feeling. 8 months and I feel further away than when I started. When will I finally get there?
