Once you have assigned to be a law maker, a president, a vice president, you should have a qualification. You should prove to people that you have studied, you have the qualification to lead the people.

Without such, you are not qualified to lead. And if you present a voice certificate, you will never be an effective leader in that office you aspiring to campaign for. You will not because you went into the office with a voice certificate. In other words, you did not have the educational background of the office you are aspiring to hold. Just like the president, you did not have the educational background for that office you are occupying. Therefore, there is no way for you to lead the people effectively because the knowledge to lead accordingly is not here.

See the way Nigerians have put it beyond their head. Just few minutes or few hours after he announced that he's leaving the um ADC for the NDC, the website of NDC went down. So why should the PB leave such an arrangement such political capital and then let them take decision?
