Adisyn has developed a breakthrough graphene deposition technology that operates below 300°C, significantly lower than the traditional 1,000°C requirement, with a wide process window between 450°C and below 300°C, using existing Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) equipment with a patented raw material and recipe, and has been independently verified by a graphene expert from UNSW Australia.

Adisyn (ASX: AI1) Deposits Graphene Below 300°C
Added:Nobody ever dreamed to to deposit graphene below 300 Celsius. Uh usually graphene is made at 1,000 Celsius. We had a step of below 450 that make a lot of attention. And now we are announcing 300, which is uh you know, remarkable.
You know, if your process works just at 352 uh Celsius, you're very limited on implementation. Now we operate bef Let's say between 450 and below 300. So it's a very, very wide process window.
Um what make it more attractive to the industry. We would like the investors and the market uh to be sure that its external examinator check all the results. Uh and we thought maybe we'll take professor from Australia, maybe we'll take from one of the leading universities, maybe New South Wales, Sydney. Okay. Who is the graphene leader over there? And we ask him to confirm.
Uh first he said, "I'm amazed by the results because it's a breakthrough, scientific breakthrough." And second he said, "Yes, I'm willing to confirm that.
Um it meets all it's in the milestone definition and more than that. It meets um higher requirements that even not in the milestone. Uh we are using equipment that already exist. Hundreds of ALD ALDs exist in any fab of TSMC or other manufacturer. But we we decided to took a machine that was not meant to to grow graphene. And the invention is to take that and use it to grow graphene. So it's already there. They already know how to work with. Uh and we just said to them, "Okay, this is the raw material, our patented raw material.
This is the recipe. This is how it works. And use this raw material with this recipe and you'll have graphene.
And no changes is need are needed. We are now entering into process of implementing our technology into a real fab, into a real industrial ALD machines.
And it's a process that will take between 9 to 12 months.
And then we will be prepared for manufacturing, for mass production. It's very exciting news because we shown a very wide process window. We show full coverage of a coupon. And now we are prepared for the next phase, for implementation in a real fab, on a real industrial ALD.
