Shame about accidents is a learned social construct, not an inherent truth; understanding that accidents are a normal bodily function, a private choice that affects no one, and a form of self-care can help individuals overcome this shame and embrace their autonomy.

This Is What Nobody Tells You About Wanting To Have Accidents
Added:Do you wish you could pee your pants whenever you want without ever feeling bad about it? If you do, you're in the right place? Because that feeling, [music] that freedom is closer than you think.
The only thing [music] standing in your way is shame. And today, we're going to help you [music] set it down for good.
Somewhere along the way, somebody told you [music] this was something to hide.
something to feel bad about, but that just isn't true. And today, we're [music] going to walk through exactly why.
This video will cover seven reasons you should never be ashamed of [music] wetting yourself. Seven simple truths to help you feel [music] lighter, freer, and more at home in your own skin. And if you want even more after this, go download [music] our ultimate wetting bucket list with 40 fun ways to [music] wet your pants. The link is in the description. We'd also love to hear from you. [music] So, while you listen, think about the moment you finally started letting go of that shame and drop it [music] in the comments below. We read every single one.
So, get comfy, [music] settle in, and let's begin. Number one, it's one of the most normal things a body does. [music] Everyone pees. Every single person on this planet does it every [music] single day. The only difference is that you've chosen to do it on your own terms, in your own way, instead of by [music] somebody else's rules. That's it. There is nothing strange about it. Your body is doing [music] exactly what bodies are built to do. You've just decided to enjoy [music] it instead of fight it.
Number two, it's a private choice that hurts [music] no one. This is your comfort, your space, your decision.
[music] When you let go in your diaper or your pants at home, nobody else is [music] affected by it in any way. No one is harmed. No one is bothered. So, when [music] something feels good and hurts no one, there is simply nothing to feel guilty about.
The guilt was [music] never yours to hold in the first place. Number three, letting go [music] actually feels calming. Think about what holding it really does to your body. It builds tension. Your muscles [music] tighten.
Your belly feels full and tight and you carry that pressure around with you. But when you finally release, all of that tension melts away.
The warmth spreads. Your body softens [music] and you feel calm and relaxed all over.
That feeling is real and it's good for you. Your body relaxing [music] is not something to be ashamed of. Number four, shame is something you were taught, not something you were born with. Watch a [music] little kid sometime. They feel no shame about any of this. None at all.
[music] It's just a normal part of their day.
The shame came later when somebody taught it to you. [music] When the world told you that you were supposed to feel bad. But here's the [music] wonderful part. Anything that was taught to you can also be unlearned. You can set it [music] down. You can choose to feel differently starting [music] right now.
Number five, you're far from alone.
This might be the most important one. It can feel like you're the only person in the world who feels this way, but you are not. Not [music] even close.
So many people find comfort and joy in this, [music] way more than anyone ever admits out loud. There is a whole community of people who [music] understand exactly how you feel. You are part of something and you always have been. Number six, it's a form of self-care, not failure. Choosing what feels good to your body is a kind [music] thing to do for yourself. It's not weakness. It's not laziness. It's [music] not you failing at something.
It's the opposite. It's you listening to what makes you feel safe and comfortable [music] and calm and then giving yourself permission to have it. That's self-care. That's you being gentle with yourself. [music] and you deserve that.
Number seven, doing [music] it on purpose takes real confidence. Here's the truth that a lot of people miss.
Owning what you enjoy without apology is brave. It takes real strength to look [music] at something the world told you to hide and say, "This is mine, and I like it." That's not [music] something to be ashamed of. That's one of the most freeing, most confident [music] things a person can do. And every time you choose it, that confidence grows a [music] little stronger.
And those are the seven reasons, seven simple truths [music] to remind you that there is nothing wrong with you and nothing to be ashamed of. But here's the thing, reading them once isn't [music] enough. We want you to really sit with them. Pick the one that hit you the hardest and carry it with you this week.
Let it [music] change the way you feel little by little. And when it does, come back and [music] tell us about it. Drop your story in the comments and let us know which reason meant the most to you and how [music] it felt to finally let that shame go. Reading your [music] experiences is honestly our favorite part. So, be kind to [music] yourself, be proud of who you are, and we'll see you next time.
