That was the uh Iran nuclear deal by Barack penned by Barack Hussein Obama. That would have given Iran a nuclear weapon within a year. They would have had it years ago. I terminated that in my first term. And, then when that beautiful plane right there hit them hard, we really hit them hard. And, they told me I want to just because they like to say, "Oh, well, maybe it wasn't that hard a hit." Iran told me very strongly cuz they intend to give us the nuclear dust, as I call it. It's easier than talking about other terms cuz it's a term everyone But, the nuclear dust, which is what we hit, uh they told me, "Number one, you're getting it. But, you're going to have to take it out because the site was so obliterated that there's only one or two countries in the world that could get it. It's so deep and got hit so hard that there's no way they have the equipment to move it. You and China are the only two countries in the world that could take it out." So, we talked about it. And, they said, "You'll have to take it out because we we don't have the capability of doing it." So, for those people that like to say that those great pilots in those great planes, well, we just ordered 22 more of them, new and improved.

How much money? Do they have the Supreme Court now going to rule on whether or not we can use tariffs? Can you believe this?

Would you have That deal opened Chinese markets to US goods.

[00:13:48]I said, "But we have to put on the biggest display you've ever had in the history of China." You know, last time I went to China, President Xi, he treated me so well. He gave me a display. I never saw so many soldiers all the same height, exactly the same height within a quarter of an inch.

[00:14:08]Lots of soldiers. Everybody was within about 1/8 of an inch the same height. I said, "If they put their helmets down, you could have played pool on the top of their heads."

And they told me I want to just tell you this because they like to say, "Oh, well, maybe it wasn't that hard a hit." Iran told me very strongly, cuz they intend to give us the nuclear dust, as I call it. It's easier than talking about other terms, cuz it's a term everyone like. But, the nuclear dust, which is what we hit, uh they told me, "Number one, you're getting it, but you're going to have to take it out because the site was so obliterated that there's only one or two countries in the world that could get it. It's so deep and it got hit so hard that there's no way they have the equipment to move it. You and China are the only two countries in the world that could take it out." So, we talked about it and they said, "You'll have to take it out because we we don't have the capability of doing it." So, for those people that like to say that those great pilots in those great planes, well, we just ordered 22 more of them, new and improved.

That was the uh Iran nuclear deal by Barack penned by Barack Hussein Obama. That would have given Iran that nuclear weapon within a year. They would have had it years ago. I terminated that in my first term. And then, when that beautiful plane right there hit them hard, we really hit them hard. And they told me I want to just tell you this because they like to say, "Oh, well, maybe it wasn't that hard a hit." Iran told me very strongly cuz they intend to give us the nuclear dust as I call it. It's easier than talking about other terms cuz it's a term everyone But, the nuclear dust, which is what we hit, uh they told me, "Number one, you're getting it, but you're going to have to take it out because the site was so obliterated that there's only one or two countries in the world that could get it. It's so deep and got hit so hard that there's no way they have the equipment to move it. You and China are the only two countries in the world that could take it out." So, we talked about it. They said, "You'll have to take it out because we we They have the capability of doing it." So, for those people that like to say that those great pilots in those great planes, well, we just ordered 22 more of them, new and improved.

[01:07:15]Mr. President, the President of the People's Republic of China Great pleasure to see you again.

[01:07:27]Good to see you again.

[01:07:32]And we're going to have a very successful meeting. I have no doubt.

[01:07:39]But he's a very tough negotiator. That's not good.

[01:07:45]We know each other well.

[01:07:48]people on each side, and every one of those people were standing like this.

[01:07:53]They were at attention.

[01:07:55]And I made a comment to one of them, and I got no response. I said, "Are you going to answer me?" I got no response.

[01:08:01]And President Xi didn't let him have any. So, is there any question? I said, "I want my cabinet to behave like that. That's the way I'm demanding that my I want them sitting up like that, Tim, just nice and straight." I never saw posture like that. I've never seen men so scared in their lives.

[01:08:17]And they have a the equivalent the equivalent of a vice president. He He was I said, "Are you going to answer my question?"

[01:08:25]And he's like he doesn't move. I said, "What's wrong with this guy?" "I will answer all questions."

[01:08:29]Why don't you behave like that? JD doesn't behave like that. JD butts into conversations. What's I want to have I want to have that for at least a couple of days, okay, JD?

[01:08:40]We'll keep you long term, but a couple of days of that would A couple of days of that would be very, very nice. Yes, sir. And so, I want to thank President Xi. We had a great meeting.

[01:08:50]We were in South Korea, and I went to a lot of other places, too, but we met in South Korea, and President Xi was great.

[01:08:57]And China gave us among the largest orders in the history of your world agriculture.

[01:09:04]Since my successful meeting in South Korea with President Xi, purchases have been made and soybeans have been exported out of the United States to China as we speak. And I I say that our soybeans, I told this to President Xi, uh our soybeans are more nutritious than competitors. Somebody said, "Is that a Trump statement or is that real?"

[01:09:28]In fact, you know who asked me that question? President Xi asked me that question. He said, "Really? I had never heard of it." What's your timetable for these first two ships? And do you do you see them as a counter to China?

[01:09:38]>> start we're going to start almost immediately and we'll probably talking about 2 and 1/2 years. In terms of the mission, do you see it as a counter to China?

[01:09:47]This is a counter to everybody. It's not China. We get along great with China. I have a great relationship with President Xi.

[01:09:54]And not China, it's just everybody. You don't know who comes along.

[01:09:58]On China, so China's been doing naval exercises basically to test encircling Taiwan. Can you explain to us what your knowledge is of that? What do you think about that? Have you had any discussions with >> Well, I have a great relationship with President Xi and he hasn't told me anything about it.

[01:10:16]I certainly have seen it, uh but he hasn't told me anything about it and uh I don't believe he's going to be doing it. Does it worry you? No, nothing worries me. Nothing.

[01:10:27]>> there's smoke there's fire, right?

[01:10:28]>> So if you're encircling and doing naval exercises and air exercises >> naval exercises for 20 years in that area.

[01:10:39]Now people take it a little bit differently, but in fact larger than they're doing right now.

[01:10:44]So we'll see. But they've been they've been doing that for 20 25 years, yeah.

[01:10:48]And separately, Mr. President, I'm curious in terms of the future of Venezuela. Do you see Venezuela now led by Delcy Rodriguez as an ally of the US?

[01:10:58]Is that the way that you view that country right now?

[01:11:00]>> now they seem to be an ally and I think it'll continue to be an ally and we don't have want to have have Russia there. We don't want to have China there. And by the way, we don't want Russia or China going to Greenland, which if we don't take Greenland, you're going to have Russia or China as your next door neighbor. That's not going to happen. How much money Did he have the Supreme Court now going to rule on whether or not we can use tariffs? Can you believe this?

[01:11:23]Brought a case brought about by people that are China-centric.

[01:11:28]Foreign-centric, but China-centric. I wouldn't want it if I was China, either.

[01:11:32]You know, China's are one of our biggest taxpayers right now.

[01:11:38]China. Would you ever believe you'd hear that?

[01:11:41]And they've been great.

[01:11:42]My relationship with President Xi has been great, but we have a group that's foreign-centric, China-centric, suing.

[01:11:50]And we'll figure something out if we don't win, but we should win. I mean, we should win.

[01:11:55]Thursday will be the 6-year anniversary of you signing the phase one trade deal with China, the signature on it. Would that deal open Chinese markets to US goods? It protected intellectual property. Can we get back to that?

[01:12:08]>> Yeah, we can. We get doing very well with China. Have a great relationship with President Xi, as you obviously know.

[01:12:15]We're doing really well. We're making a lot of money with China. Can you open their markets to US goods? Can you get back >> so, yeah. I think it's going to happen.

[01:12:22]What do you think about the UK getting into business with China? Keir Starmer was in Beijing.

[01:12:27]>> Well, it's very dangerous for them to do that and it's even more dangerous, I think, for Canada to get into business with China.

[01:12:34]Canada's not doing well. They're doing very poorly.

[01:12:37]And you can't look at China as the answer. That's I know China very well. I know President Xi is a friend of mine. I know him very well, but that's a that's a big hurdle to go over when you get Canada.

[01:12:50]The first thing they're going to do is say you're not allowed to play ice hockey anymore. That's not good. Canada is not going to like it.

[01:12:56]President Xi President Xi in your talk with him recently warned about sending more weapons to Taiwan. What was your response then? Are you going to send more weapons to Taiwan?

[01:13:05]>> I have a response. I'm talking to him about it. We had a good conversation and we'll make a determination pretty soon.

[01:13:12]Tell us about your trip to We have a very good relationship with President Xi. Tell us about your In fact, I'll be going, I guess, in April. Putin have a very good relationship with President Xi. I'm going to be going to China in April. It's going to be That's going to be a wild one.

[01:13:25]I said, "But we have to put on the biggest display you've ever had in the history of China." You know, last time I went to China, President Xi he treated me so well. He gave me a display. I never saw so many soldiers all the same height, exactly the same height within a quarter of an inch.

[01:13:42]You can do that when you have 1.4 billion people, you know.

[01:13:46]Lots of shoulders. Everybody was within about 1/8 of an inch the same height. I said, "If they put their helmets down, you could have played pool on the top of their heads."

[01:13:56]And it was pretty amazing, but I said, "You got to stop it."

[01:14:01]He said, "I'll stop it." We're going to stop it. We're going to have a lot of the people most of the fake news back there is going to be going. The ship that was captured on Monday, you said there was a gift for the Iranians in it.

[01:14:11]What was that in that ship?

[01:14:14]The one from China.

[01:14:15]Yeah, well, we have that's very top secret. Yeah.

[01:14:18]There was something in there.

[01:14:20]It's top secret.

[01:14:24]>> [clears throat] >> Those little questions were Oh, this is not good. We have auto plants being built all over the country, AI plants we're doing and we're leading China in AI.

[01:14:34]And I'm going to go see President Xi in 2 weeks. I look forward to that, but I'll say I'm leading. We have We have friendly We have very friendly competition.

[01:14:45]But it'll be actually it'll be a very important trip.

[01:14:52]Secretary of State has said that a top priority on the agenda will be Iran.

[01:14:57]What do you hope to achieve with President Xi as it relates to Iran?

[01:15:01]>> Well, I have a very good relationship with President Xi. He's a uh you know, I find him to be a tremendous guy.

[01:15:08]Uh and we get along well and you see how we do. We're doing a lot of business with China and making a lot of money.

[01:15:13]We're making a lot of money. It's different than it used to be.

[01:15:17]Um but I'll be talking about that'll be one subject. But, he's been very nice about this, you know, in all fairness he gets like 60% of his oil from Hormuz and uh he's been I think he's been very respectful. We haven't been challenged by China. They don't challenge us and um he wouldn't do that. I don't think he'd do that because of me.

[01:15:37]But, uh I think he's been very respectful.

[01:15:40]What do you hope to get out of the summit in China and how much has the war in Iran changed the agenda?

[01:15:46]>> Look, I have a great relationship with President Xi. We're doing a lot of business, but it's smart business. We used to be uh taken advantage of for years with our previous presidents and now we're doing great with China. We make a lot of money with China. I have a great relationship with with President Xi.

[01:16:02]And I think you can see that with the fact that in Hormuz they get a big percentage, 40% of their oil from Hormuz. There's been no ships coming in, no nasty ships coming in that we end up in skirmishes with. There's been He'd like to see it get done. He doesn't want to see I'll tell you what look, I respect him a lot.

[01:16:23]And hopefully he respects me. He didn't respect our previous government. That I can tell you.

[01:16:28]The guy couldn't talk.
