Yeah, the term that is used in generative AI is zero-shot learning, which means that prediction with no data. And also, there's lots of ways in which this can be addressed. The best practices is one way to address in such predictions with no data. So, you generally predict on a rule of thumbs or experts' intuition or experts' knowledge base instead of mining their data. For example, the model that we built was based on email outcomes, click rates for emails, and open rates. We predicted based on keywords used in those emails. Keywords are just expert knowledge base, which is available in the public domains. It's not really any data of historical campaigns, so we can predict for them based on keywords and best practices to to see whether they are on target to make their emails more compelling. That applies across the board for small business marketing, especially if you are doing Instagram or Facebook ads, which is what these small businesses do.
