Adults Keep Failing Children

[00:00:00]A 10-year-old wrote an essay and sent it to his representative, so she told him he was indoctrinated by his teacher.

[00:00:06]Today in What the Christian from North Carolina had to write a persuasive essay and decided to write about the benefits of electric vehicles and why the government should give tax benefits to those who purchase them. According to his mom, who posted about this experience, he did everything that was asked of him. Stated facts, gave reasoning for his argument, and was proud of his work. He sent his essay to his representative, 82-year-old Virginia Fox, who also happens to be on the Committee on Education and Labor. She responded to him a viscerating a child.

[00:00:36]But the kicker was this paragraph right here. She insulted his teacher saying that they were indoctrinating him and that they should teach him what propaganda means, insinuating that they're brainwashing Christian because what? He wrote a good essay and she felt challenged? Well, Christian's mom, Emily, immediately came to her son and his teacher's defense because God knows teachers need more support right now.

[00:00:56]She said that she's embarrassed that Fox represents North Carolina and wrote that she crossed the line. Representative was a teacher before getting into politics, which makes this even more depressing.
