Right knee, left knee here and a lot of times there will be some strain on the hip area or or a back of the legs. I'm always wrapped up. You know, even now not be able to >> [music] >> take this 15-20 minutes and wrap my knees, just feeling free because I still feel like when when you're wrapped up the whole body, you're not moving as good as you freely as you you [music] could. That that is very exciting.
