Now water wars has emerged between the Aam Aadmi Party and the Congress over who is hijacking or distracting away from a youth led movement. It all began last evening where Rahul Gandhi staged a sitting protest outside Prime Minister Modi's residence along with senior Congress leaders. The Aam Aadmi Party which has been showing solidarity with the protesters at Jantar Mantar sharply attacked Rahul's protest accusing Rahul Gandhi of attempting to weaken the youth led movement by conspiring with the BJP.
With the tension on Rahul Gandhi's protest, the Aam Aadmi Party questioned that while protesters could not reach the Parliament, how did Rahul Gandhi and his party manage to reach the Prime Minister's residence? Alluding further that the only reason Rahul Gandhi managed to do so was that he opposed in fact to a month long students movement is because the BJP and the Congress were colluding to take the attention away from Jantar Mantar.

him. Remember that Mr. Wangchuk [music] was shifted to the Medanta Hospital. My colleague Somya is with us on the broadcast. Somya, walk us through the details. Now, sources are telling NDTV that ministers have now visited the Medanta Hospital to inquire about Sonam Wangchuk's health.
>> Yes, well, Siri, this development came late last night when after Delhi High Court's decision of shifting Sonam Wangchuk from Safdarjung Hospital to Medanta in Gurugram.
It happened late last night that the Union Health Minister JP Nadda along with MOS Prime Minister's office Jitendra Singh were together visited Medanta Hospital to to to meet Sonam Wangchuk to get a clarity on his health conditions because see, this decision that has been given by the Delhi High Court have come on certain terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are that dedicated team of Medanta doctors under the right medical protocols will be treating Sonam Wangchuk. With that, Sonam Wangchuk has to abide by what the doctors present there are saying, has to abide by all the medical protocols. Now, this came after Sonam Wangchuk's wife challenged a single judge benches order which denied Sonam Wangchuk's transfer from Safdarjung. So, this has come with its own terms and conditions and that's what we saw last night when JP Nadda and Jitendra Singh visited Medanta Hospital to check the recent updates with regards to the health of Sonam Wangchuk.
>> Now, in fact, stay with us in the broadcast as we track more updates coming in at this hour.
Let's take you to more developments taking shape at this hour. This in compliance with the Delhi High Court's order. The Delhi High Court, remember, ordered the immediate shifting of Wangchuk overturning its Sunday order allowing Wangchuk to shift to a hospital of his choice. Meanwhile, the High Court has asked the director of Medanta Hospital to form a team of doctors with requisite expertise to constantly monitor Wangchuk and has further instructed doctors to administer medication according to the accepted medical norms and protocol where Sonam Wangchuk will have to abide by.
>> choice of doctor and hospital >> Let's see some more developments taking shape at the Sabha as the CJP sit in protest in Delhi's Jantar Mantar continues. The outfit is now battling an embarrassment of its own. The CJP has removed its spokesperson Vijeta Arya from all official responsibilities.
This after videos allegedly showing him eating a burger outside the protest march went viral. The party has termed his conduct as deeply insensitive and said that it was inconsistent with the values of the movement. Arya however has hit back defending his actions and insisting that he is accountable to no one. In the video he questioned why eating a burger had become an issue saying that he was hungry and would continue to do what he chooses. The controversy has now shifted the spotlight from the protest itself to the conduct of one of its most visible faces.
NDTV's Raisha Segel spoke to Vijeta Arya in an exclusive conversation. Let's listen in to what he had to say.
Mr. Arya, first up you spoke about the protest extensively.
You urged various students from all across the country to join you to join the CJP on the Sansad Chalo March. But where were you when hundreds of students who came from all across the country had joined the march when that when the clashes broke out between the police and the student protesters, where were you during that time?
>> Okay, like the march has happened. Now people will return to Jantar Mantar and I should be there in the evening. So, let me quickly go to my home and come back. So, of course everything every decision that I made it was for the movement.
>> So, are you saying that every decision you made was for the movement? But, when the clashes broke out, students were getting injured, police personnel were also getting injured, you decided that amid all of this it's a great idea to take a break and perhaps to eat a burger.
>> Every protester knows that for 50 days I have given my sweat and blood to the entire protest.
Like I have stood for 12 hours straight on my feet debunking all the propaganda, you know, attending the guests and the delegations and doing all all sorts of stuff. So, if it is not about the protest, it is just a propaganda by BJP IT cell.
>> Okay, you think that it's a propaganda by the BJP IT cell, but BJP has removed you has taken your post, you know, the spokesperson and they've also gone ahead and called your actions insensitive and your conduct unacceptable. What do you have to say on that?
>> If you need one sacrifice and if this strengthens the movement, then so be it.
It's fine. Vijeta is not so important.
The movement and the larger cause is important. So, I have no qualms.
>> There are also allegations that this was perhaps a faceless protest. Various leaders uh BJP leaders themselves were missing. Abhijit Dipke wasn't there in front. Uh you were of course there. You took a break to decide and eat a burger.
Sort of Das so I that meeting with JP Nadda.
What do you have to say because a lot of student protesters students also saying that they did not know where to go they were just aimless.
>> No, it's not there. In my video I had debunked the entire propaganda. The idea of Haro and Ashutosh they were called to meet at that time because you know maybe the government saw an urgency in that time and that's why we had delayed the protest.
Uh that you know I let them come back but then the protesters they started shouting slogans of Sansad Sansad Sansad. And you know we saw that they were getting restless. So we started the march. And then you know there were protesters on both sides of the stage. So of course as we gave the call they started moving and Abhijit was there on the truck. I mean yeah because maybe he also needed to give the instructions.
>> My final question to you is that even now you're joining me live from your bedroom or maybe your drawing room.
You're not there at Jantar Mantar where day two of the sitting protest by your party CGP and the students it's still happening. Are you what do you have to say on that because you're still not a part of the protest as we speak?
>> See if someone is hungry then they do eat. There is nothing wrong about eating right? I I am not the kind of person who would romanticize hunger.
Every person in India I support their right to food and a dignified life. So if I had not eaten anything for a long time and if I was hungry and if I had a burger I mean I just find it really you know foolish for you know someone to come after me for saying that and and then there's another issue.
