The bill sanctions Russian finance institutions and its largest state energy projects while targeting Russian partners.

[00:09:10]The top five imports of Russian crude will be sanctioned under the bill up to 100%. The top five importers of its national natural gas was okay. So let's continue. US sanctions bill cuts India China tariff threat from 500 to 100%.

And so we're like, if that doesn't work, man, you know, and they're like, do you think that's overkill? No, because just think even if it doesn't work, once you put both of them together, total destruction of the economy.
