Picking up things from the ground can lead to disaster.
Added:Emma saw her daughter reaching for the gold necklace on the ground and stopped her in a panic. Just then, a boy rushed over and grabbed the necklace first.
[music] Emma warned him to throw it away immediately, but the boy's grandmother thought she was trying to snatch [music] the necklace and took the boy away right then. Her daughter asked Emma angrily why she had stopped her. Emma had to tell her about her younger brother's past [music] experience. Back then, her brother had picked up some colorful stones casually, not knowing they contained radioactive elements, and eventually developed leukemia. That night, her husband brought home a teddy bear doll. Her daughter loved it so much that she even wanted to sleep with [music] it. But when Emma went to tuck her daughter in during the middle of the night, she found her pillow crawling with bugs, and red rashes [music] had started to appear on both of her daughter's arms. Emma hurriedly asked her husband where the doll came from.
Only then did he admit that he had found it by the [music] roadside. He had brought it home because it looked very clean. Emma angrily threw the doll to her husband to inspect. To their [music] shock, the doll not only had bugs hidden inside, but also a hidden camera. Her daughter's condition got worse and worse. Couple [music] rushed her to the hospital. Luckily, the test results showed it was just an allergic reaction.
But just then, Emma saw the boy's mother leaning against the wall in despair.
[music] It turned out the necklace wasn't gold at all. It was a radioactive metal. Not long after the boy brought it home, he started [music] feeling dizzy and nauseous. The doctor said that to save his life, he would have to undergo amputation. Even so, [music] many people still take anything they find by the roadside without hesitation. On the other side of the city, a girl, out of curiosity, bent down to pick up a stack of banknotes on the ground.
