Trump Admin. Labels George Floyd, Mamdani And Others Terrorists
Added:Trump administration labels George Floyd Mamdani and others terrorists.
Watch this.
>> The Trump administration has designated George Floyd a far-left political terrorist. In case you missed it last week, Marco Rubio held this summit where he was rambling on about how his ancestral home of Cuba is the new center for communism and how Cuba is fomenting anti-American sentiment and political terrorism through communism. And just yesterday, the State Department released a list of names of 43 individuals and organizations they blacklist as agents of this said political terrorism. Which included the DSA, quote, "The Democratic Socialists of America serves as a particularly potent illustration of the ideological victory of Cuba's effort to position itself as a spiritual capital of third-world radicalism." The report then lists the names of these organizations and individuals, which suspiciously mostly are black individuals or organizations, including specifically naming Black Lives Matter, Black Alliance for Peace, Karen Bass, the mayor of Los Angeles. And I wasn't being hyperbolic, either. It includes the name of George Floyd, a a a deceased man who had no political engagement, no history of activism with regards to either communism or supporting Cuba.
>> So, why can't you let George Floyd rest?
Maybe he would have become an activist.
Who knows?
There's enough to activate you.
But remember, he was killed by the police in Minneapolis, remember?
Why aren't you letting George Floyd rest?
According to journalist Ken Klippenstein, new State Department report on Cuba's campaign of subversion against the United States is a virtual government blacklist against left-wing Americans and group.
Link to last week's Rubio-led summit on political terrorism.
Well, your boss report is unusually candid about the government's targets. Rubio report on Cuban subversion names George Floyd, Zara Mamdani, Amy Goodman, Susan Sarandon, and organizations like DSA and Amazon labor union.
Folks, this is why I can't stomach it anymore.
We have a lot of garbage going on and a lot of lies being told.
And most of them are coming from the administration.
What I can't stand is for anyone to point out, including his former fellow senators, saying, "Marco, you know, he's at least we got Marco there."
Marco is a hypocrite, a liar, and everything he worked for before he became part of this cesspool, he discounted all.
You know, the worst people are the ones where you don't know what the hell they stand for.
Because the goal is power, fame, riches, whatever it is, a combination of all three, and they'll do whatever it takes.
There's no principles there, no integrity.
Many of the most significant upheavals in recent American political history, from the George Floyd riots to the rise of Antifa to the explosion of pro-terrorist activism on American college campuses, can be linked in some way, shape, or form to Cuban influence.
Quoting the report, as for who these supposed agents of Cuban influence are, the report is remarkably explicit.
And names people like Cohen of Ben and Jerry's ice cream fame.
Interesting.
Chunky Monkey, that was a flavor, wasn't it?
Trying to think what my favorite is.
Goodman and Hasan Mayor Zohran Mamdani, Karen Bass.
Organizations like the Democratic Socialists of America and the Amazon Labor Union.
Implication is clear. Secretary of State Marco Rubio thinks there should be a modern-day blacklist of the political left in America.
In fact, the report explicitly mentions the blacklist McCarthy era investigations and prosecutions of the '50s and their effectiveness at dismembering the Communist Party USA.
Yeah.
We got to do better in these schools.
We've got to do better, but of course Rubio knows better.
He's just not being honest.
100-page report titled Cuba, the Capital of 21st Century Communism was released this morning.
Now go build a bonfire with it.
An entire section of the report numbering over three pages long is dedicated to the Democratic Socialists of America.
Yeah, they um they're a problem. They're picking up momentum.
Democratic Socialists of America, DSA, serves as a particularly potent illustration of the ideological victory of Cuba's effort to position itself as the spiritual capital of third-worldism radicalism, the report says.
This represents a significant advance for the Cuban influence operation.
Havana no longer needs to rely solely on intelligence, penetration, or asset cultivation to exert influence over the United States.
Just stunning.
Cuba report follows last week's Rubio led international summit on political terrorism. That summit, as I reported, introduced the new term far-left terrorism.
A term it never really defined. A White House press release summarizing the event said that far-left extremism will be treated with the same seriousness and ferocity the world has long reserved for jihadist terrorism. Speaking at the summit, Rubio vowed further new terrorist designations for left-wing groups would be coming soon.
Jeremy Lewen, Under Secretary of State for Foreign Assistance, linked last week's political terrorism summit to today's Cuba report, saying on X for seven decades, the Cuban regime has been behind both the ideological underpinnings of third-worldism and subversive organizing structures of the new radical left political terrorist Secretary Rubio called out with clarity last week.
But virtually all of the summit all of the due to substantiate the supposed source of political terrorism was to focus on groups that are almost comically dated like the '70s era Symbionese Liberation Army or the Weather Underground. Summit was vague about what are the equivalent groups today. Today's Cuba report, however, names names in an obvious attempt to stigmatize American citizens who are very much politically active today. In some cases, these are even sitting politicians from Congresswoman Maxine Waters reclaiming my time to Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.
The only person she's a threat to, apparently, is the reality star who should be Well, what is going on here?
Under Patriot Front counted references to at least 43 temporary American groups and individuals include a few prominent names as we said. Floyd George Minneapolis man whose 2020 death sparked nationwide uprisings that the report notes were praised by Cuba. Well, really?
Goodman, Amy host of the Democracy Now who the report notes attended the wedding of Neville Roy Singham and Jodie Evans.
Mumia Abu Jamal, Aaron O'Connell mayor of New York Hassan a streamer A theory left-wing political commentator who the report notes traveled to Cuba to film a documentary and participated in the Nuestra America convoy.
This is so dumb and scary.
The list also included black politicians like Maxine Waters as we said, Democratic congresswoman who the report notes once wrote a letter urging Fidel Castro not to extradite fugitive Assata Shakur right?
Karen Bass, current mayor of Los Angeles, former congresswoman who was a organizer in the 70s Ayanna Pressley Cary is a Democratic congresswoman who the report notes publicly praised convicted murderer Assata Shakur upon her death.
Ilhan Omar Democratic congresswoman and mother of campus activist Hershey Hershey This is I got a headache.
How dumb do you want American society?
Just can we just cut to Do you want us to, you know, not be able to read, write? Do you want us to be, you know, deaf?
What do you want from us?
Just give you a reminder of why Rubio wants um Cuba targeted. Watch this.
>> In the mid-1950s, Rubio's family and mine emigrated from Cuba to the US.
After Fidel Castro's revolution and Cuba's transition to communism a few years later, many well-off white Cubans came to Miami. Now, Rubio's family and most of mine weren't part of that wave.
Both his father and my grandfather service jobs in Miami Beach during their early years in the US. But in the years following the revolution, both our families were come to see themselves as part of the Cuban exile community that reshaped Miami politics. Around the same time, the US government gave lots of Cuban immigrants, including Rubio's grandfather, a pretty clear pathway to citizenship and state assistance.
Meanwhile, Cubans in Miami organized around overthrowing Castro.
Anti-communism plus white privilege laid the groundwork for Cuban American conservatism.
>> If you have a party that is building sort of messages around anti-blackness, that is also promoting sort of this idea of being pro-business or pro-capital, Cubans could see where they fit in all that.
>> That was still true during Rubio's childhood in 1970s Miami. And although his family moved to Las Vegas in 1979, Rubio was still heavily influenced by Cuban exile politics through his grandfather, including his support for Ronald Reagan and the right-wing guerrillas his administration illegally funded. It's around this time that Rubio quote boasted I would someday lead an army of exiles to overthrow Fidel Castro and become president of a free Cuba. By the time Rubio moved back to Miami in the mid-80s, Reagan's anti-communism had galvanized Cuban American voters there.
And that same community was influencing US foreign policy more and more. Voters then elected him to the state legislature and later the US Senate, where he sponsored 41 bills mentioning Venezuela and 53 mentioning Cuba. It's also where he started pressuring Trump to oust Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro. That effort culminated in Maduro's capture and Trump's cooperation with essentially the same government in exchange for oil. The imperialism we're seeing from Rubio and Trump today is is product of all this history.
>> It's worth knowing that history.
That I can assure you.
Once you know the history here, you might know why Rubio is doing what Rubio is doing, and make no mistake about it.
He's up to things.
You have to remember Afro-Cubans um are are the larger population.
Look, Fidel Castro's not a good guy.
But, part of what the revolution did was I don't know, outlaw things like segregation.
Kind of leveled the playing field.
Nobody can have anything now, okay?
Before there was so much disparity because you had the colorism, the barriers.
Afro-Cubans had not many rights, less economic, political power, hardly any.
Until they didn't.
Things changed.
We're talking about people in power in this country who cannot win their war of choice that they told us would be days, maybe a week.
Who abducted another bad guy, but it's a he was abducted, okay? From Venezuela.
You abducted him.
You want Greenland?
You also said you wanted to annex Canada if I remember correctly. You say so many things.
Folks, they want to revisit the McCarthy era.
We're not going with them. How about that?
