Your Mental Escape: Choosing Peace Over Trauma
Added:Trauma can feel like a constant storm, but peace is always within your reach.
You just have to choose it.
>> All is in the mind.
All the heart roof need good impressions in order to function correctly.
It need to be bright, needs to have lots of light.
Positive, nice memories, impressions, imprints.
If we inject their darkness, we open doors to those.
Or we are victims or of hostility or we carry on trauma inside.
We are like soaking into that dark abyss where our own mindset creating polluted thoughts, emotions, feelings.
There is almost no way out of it.
But by being in places like this, we reversing that process, renewing that mind.
And that light pushing out that negative content.
It's so much important to have those nice imprints within the mind.
Cuz mind then is like blank, empty almost.
And not allowing to bring all this past, all them traumatic memories or pain or whatever.
We may during the life experience some horrific pain, some have some accident, incident.
Have have some trauma after some events, experiences of life. They leaving dark marks, dark stains inside.
And just after we just cannot function properly.
Depression can appear, anxiety can appear or different even men- mental illnesses or psychosis.
Mind creating that pollution, creating that dark thought and heavy emotions feeling inside. Turn into suffering. And what then?
They will start being on the way of healing.
How long it will take? It will be long.
It will be painful before that mind clear. And it's really clearing on its own way, its own timing in natural way.
We may help that by prayer, meditation, scriptures, fasting. But it is really God work, existence, Allah work. It's not our job to do this. It's clearing in own timing when that light push the darkness out.
When you learn how to reside in right right places, spaces inside of you. How to not open door to those things. It is a It is hard. It took me 30 year.
30 years to start seeing that, recognizing that.
And what I can say, it is not really It is our heavy job, of course. We need to put put job into this, put put energy into that. But it is changing in it in own account, its own timing, existence timing.
When that mind will have more right space, more right bright space than dark. And you yourself will learn how to focus on right positive things and not allowing like residing those dark or avoiding those dark, avoiding those dark conversations, avoiding egoic conversation, avoiding self-harming conversation or somebody harming conversation, thinking badly about somebody, judg- judging about somebody, about yourself. All of this is pollution of the mind. All of this causing darkness in the mind.
And all of this will dark darken your mind and earlier or later will cause you to suffer badly.
So, keep your mind clean. Keep your mind healthy.
Cuz way out of that dark abyss is horrifically hard horrifically hard. Many people never abandon that depression, that anxiety, that horror story in the mind, trauma.
That always is with them. Always will remind, "I am here."
But there there is always way way back from that.
We may be healthy. We may function well.
We may be happy and joyful. This is inside of us hidden by the layers of the mind, layer conditioning of the mind.
We need to understand that. Maybe life is a long lesson to just understand that.
Understand that profound precious lesson about life.
What we can do, what we should never touch, never be.
Never come close to.
