In fact, that the crackdown against the those who have found to incite the violence has begin with the FIRs that the process was initially begin yesterday and now four FIRs have been lodged and these are lodged under the sections of the BNS and these include the Arms Act and also the PDPP Act by the Delhi police. Four of these FIRs, the first of the FIR also deals with the flying of drone in the New Delhi premises where it is actually not allowed and it is prohibited to fly drone in that entire zone given the high sensitivity and the security protocol that is in the place. Other than that, there is also FIR on unidentified individuals, Kriya. Based on the incitement of the violence. The Delhi police also claims that they have substantial violence substantial in fact evidence regarding the violence over the kind of >> [snorts] >> incitement that has been made within the groups by the protesters. Uh to also dis protest that was initially peaceful. It was done on the peaceful grounds. But there were attempts that were made. So, the incitement of the violence is another and the other two FIRs that have been already lodged is over uh the assaulting the police personnel while they are on their duty and charging them with stones and also attacking the police personnel while they are carrying out the official duty on the ground. The Delhi police is also now looking to uh file the other two FIRs based on the damage to the public property. And also these claims that are being made separately in the WhatsApp and identifying these people who possibly could be also dismantling the entire protest.

[00:02:47]The NDA partners have all been invited to this meeting. It's a very important meeting in the wake of the thing that you've seen pan out in the national capital in particular. Will the Prime Minister address the elephant in the room? Will the Prime Minister follow out the the motivated protest? That is something which remains to be seen.

[00:03:03]Whether he like multiple of the meetings will think out of the box and you know, give some ideas to the NDA alliance partners out of the box. That also remains to be seen. [00:04:00]So, there is clearly pressure that is building up. Is it expected that there could in fact be a discussion on both the houses as far as the NEET paper leak is concerned?

[00:04:10]>> Well, the Prime Minister obviously always talks about the productivity, which is most important as far as Parliament session is concerned, what the MPs need to really do, how they need to make every minute and every hour count. The Prime Minister has often also told them that this is important for each one of them to come well prepared and, you know, participate in debate and discussion as well. But, you know, session after session the opposition parties have just been washing out the session, has been allowing no business to really transact and, you know, putting the tax payers' money down the drain. That is something also which has been expressed as a concern by the Prime Minister. So, what he tells them today is going to be of great importance.

[00:04:41]>> With the way that the opposition parties have made up their mind that either the Prime Minister speaks on the entire issue on Ram Mandir or they speak on on the NEET issue. Obviously, the NEET NEET examination re-examination has happened successfully and the NEET exam re-examination for more than 12 lakh students really cleared that with flying colors. So, all of these things are obviously going to be very, very important this session. But, whether the government will allow any such discussion to happen, it looks pretty unlikely given the fact that the Ram Mandir issue is a sub judice matter and the NEET issue is over because, you know, 50 lakh students have appeared in various examination, not just NEET re-examination, but also on the JEE examination and they've also appeared for the CUET examination and have come out with flying colors.
