[00:00:23]When I started my career, we didn't know about trauma. We didn't know about carrying emotional pain in the body as well as the brain. It's both and anyone who says different, Mark, just doesn't understand the subject. It's both and we carry it in the mind, we carry it in [music] the body, and anyone who doesn't understand that is still in the talking head phase.

[00:00:48]And if I try to tell myself a story about what happened, and I even have a brilliant story about what happened, but I wonder why I'm not healing, that's why.

[00:01:00]Healing has to be multi-layered, and it needs to be relational.
