Added:Hello degree students, let's see the question paper pattern for Sem One Back. So, the subject is Microbial Diversity and Early Line Plans, so let's take a look at this question paper pattern. So the paper part question paper was divided into two parts. Part A and Part B.
In Part A, you have to answer any eight questions.
12 questions are given. So each question carries four marks. Only eight questions should be written.
Okay, move on to Part B. Part B has internal choice and all questions should be written. Next, move on to important questions from each unit. So, move on to the first unit.
In the first unit, the first question is about the economic importance of bacteria. So, what should be done in this?
First, what is bacteria? Introduction of bacteria? After writing its introduction, what is its economic importance? Like, its useful effects, harmful effects, and bacteria structure. Its nitrogen fixation, its decomposition. All these are Include all points. Move on to the second question.
In the second question, describe the plant viral diseases and the control measures. So what should be written in the second question? First, write the common viral diseases of plants. This question also asks what bacteria is and then writes its economic importance. So same as first one next move on to sixth question describe the structure replication and transmission of viruses so first write what a virus actually is and then write the virus structure. Next move on to replication, what is replication, write it step by step. Write this process in a flow chart and write it step by step. How to cover what points, how does it attach, how does it penetrate, how does it uncoat, how does it assemble and how does it release?
Draw a diagram in detail and write it. Next move on to transmission, transmission of viruses.
Now, transmission in viruses is transmission, what is spreading, how does it spread from one factor to another factor, what are the steps in it, like direct contact, vector, food and water transmission, mention all these in detail. The next eight questions explain the replication of replication in viruses, so the same is true of the seventh question, so if you write the seventh question perfectly, you can also answer the eighth question.
