Identification of bacteria using biochemical tests (1 of 2)

This video demonstrates the proper inoculation techniques for setting up biochemical tests to identify bacteria, including making zigzag streaks on phenolphthalein and TTC plates, adding broth culture to liquid test tubes using aseptic technique, and gently stabbing solid media; all inoculated materials are then incubated at 37°C for 24 hours to observe biochemical reactions.
