Waymo issues recall over ability to handle flooded streets

The company says it launched its own safety review after an incident in San Antonio when a Whimo detected potentially untraversible flood water and proceeded at reduced speed. No one was hurt. About 3,800 vehicles impacted.

Like how can you possibly map out all the million different scenarios that could happen on the road?
