AES: United States Psychological Warfare Operations (Case Study)

Now, today's video is going to be a follow-up video to the one I dropped yesterday entitled, "The United States launches psychological warfare operations against Africa. The United States Army has established its first SCOP company focused on Africa. It will conduct missions in support of Africa. The core mission of SCOPS psychological operations is to influence foreign audiences and shape their behavior in support of US objectives. Army special operations activates new psychological operations company at Fort Bragg. The Army's newest psychological operations unit will be focused on Africa. And of course in that video, if you haven't watched it yet, go check it out. But we touched on a variety of topics, right?

[00:00:58]We went to the United States government website, the United States Department of War. Take a look up on the screen.

[00:01:04]Securing critical minerals is vital to national security. In an era of global disorder, Africa will be central to America's future prosperity and security. According to an Army statement released on July 16th, the Delta Company under the Seven Psychological Operations Battalion will add to the military's capability to execute influence campaigns across contested environments in Africa. Delta Company's nickname, Dongo, comes from a tiny bird in Africa.

[00:01:31]Despite its size, it is a predator. And according to the Army, it owes its success to its ability to mimic other animals and drive competition away. is the kind of subversion that army SCOP units like to do. Now, like we discussed, like we mentioned on the video last night, the United States military, the United States government, the Department of Defense, the Department of War, whatever you want to call it, has officially activated over the past few days, a psychological operations unit specifically dedicated to Africa and African geopolitical affairs. Now, that takes me to the gentleman that we're going to be talking about on today's video. Now, I'm not really on Tik Tok. I'm not a Tik Tok content creator. I stick to my YouTube.

[00:02:13]That's where the family is at. That's where I built up my name. That's where I built up my notoriety. You know, I'm a YouTube guy. I'm not really, you know, too big on the Tik Tok. I might pop in every now and again. I'm really an observer on Tik Tok. I just sit in the audience and I watch. I don't really contribute too much. YouTube is really my domain. But, uh, there was this one individual, you know, I've seen him every now and again, you know, speaking on, you know, just a lifestyle topics, you know, a young guy traveling the world. very popular on the platform, you know, multiple videos with, you know, hundreds of thousands of likes and comments and, you know, very uh, you know, very well known on the platform.

[00:02:46]Uh, I think he's like in his mid20s, so a little younger than me, but, you know, very accomplished for his age, um, you know, in athletics, in academics. He has multiple degrees. He got a masters. His parents are highly successful. You know, guys like this I went to school with.

[00:03:01]You know, I went to private school my entire life. So, you know, these are the guys that I grew up with. So whenever I seen his videos on a platform, I never really thought too much of it. You know, he might be like traveling somewhere. He might be talking about the things that he was seeing. Oh, I'm flying to Switzerland. I just landed in uh Luxembourg. I'm over in Paris. You know, I'm over here in the mountains in a South American country. You know, always traveling the world talking about his life experiences and things like that.

[00:03:25]Now, like I told you before, in the past week, the United States government has launched this psychological operations campaign targeted towards African geopolitics, focused on African geopolitical affairs. And like I said, this is a guy who's always sharing his lifestyle, you know, talking about just regular things that a young guy would talk about on his platform, you know, nothing too crazy. But I noticed in the past like 48 hours, he's dropped like 10 videos talking about the AES, you know, Miley Bino, things like that. Even me myself, I don't even drop that many videos in a single day or in a 48 hour period. But we're gonna get to that later. We're gonna jump into his videos talking about uh the AES a bit later.

[00:04:03]But let me play some clips to kind of you get an idea of the brother, you know, who we talking about, things like that. Run the clip. I'll be right back.

[00:04:14]>> I have a story like this, too. Freshman year, I ended up dating a girl. She didn't have as much money, but she came from a background that was way different. My parents had the nanny sit me down and talk to me on the way to school one day. My nanny had to talk to me. My parents were like, "Oh no." And I have land in Barbados from my dad, like 11 acres. It's like right on the beach.

[00:04:32]If it wasn't for my mom, I wouldn't be set up in the way that I am so I could live the life that I live. Because once again, I live a very comfortable life.

[00:04:39]Granted, I'm not Jeff Bezos. Granted, I'm not Mr. Trillionaire Elon Musk, but I'm very comfortable and I'm 24.

[00:04:44]>> All right, we back. So, like I said, definitely, you know, a popular guy on the platform. If I was definitely part of the SCOP unit, I would definitely target guys like this. He's young. He has an audience. He's charismatic in his own way. And he's also patriotic. You know, I've definitely seen videos on his platform when he's talking about the war in Iran with the United States and he talks about, you know, our troops. You know, we got to protect our troops and things like that. You know, patriotic guy. And he's also a national athlete, right? So, he plays on the United States national team in his particular sport.

[00:05:15]Not going to get into what sport he plays. That's not the subject of the video. I'm just giving you the background. But uh anyway, let's look at the definition of psychological operations, especially as it relates to the United States. Psychological operations are military operations to convey selected information and indicators to audiences to influence their motives, their objective reasoning, and ultimately the behavior of governments, organizations, groups, and large foreign powers. The purpose of United States psychological operations is to induce or reinforce behavior perceived to be favorable to the United States. Now, another reason why I said that if I was part of the psychological operations unit of the United States government, I would choose this guy right here is because he's young and he's able to convey messages in a way that resonates with a young audience.

[00:06:03]Right? So, he's able to speak the lingo of the youth. Right? Now, I'm not accusing him of doing anything nefarious. I just find the timing funny that the United States activates the SCOP unit and then you drop like a series of videos uh you know pushing a certain narrative and of course we know on social media it's very common to uh you know sell advertising sell promotion oh shout out to the sponsors go buy their product go buy their service you know that's a way that you know social media content creators generate revenue for themselves by promoting products and services you know selling ad space things like that and I even told you in the video yesterday right the content creators, the social media personalities will be doing a lot of heavy lifting when it comes to the psychological operations because they already have the audience. They already have the voice, they already have the influence. So, of course, you know, CNN is not really going to reach the young people. It's not really going to be as influential as, you know, the cool guy on TikTok, you know, traveling the world and, you know, showing you his lifestyle and things like that, right? That has way more influence than CNN or ABC in the modern day. So anyway, let's get into some of the brother's clips that he dropped, you know, over the past like, you know, couple days, things like that, you know. Let's see what he's talking about. Let's see what the uh let's see what the brother had to say. Then I'm going to come back with my commentary.

[00:07:17]Let's go. So, Bkina Faso is actually in a really bad spot. But depending on if you believe the US or other African sources, the government only controls like at max 70% of the country. And that's what the US says. According to other African sources, they control like 40% of the country. Not only that, the JNIM and ISGs, the two terrorist groups within the country are actually putting belt to ass on the forces that are currently being trained by Russia.

[00:07:47]>> All right, we back. So, like I said, in the modern day, you know, these are what psychological operations would look like, right? Obviously, his audience is not, you know, that well informed. They don't go as deep as, you know, we do on this channel, obviously, right? So, you know, he's talking to his general audience. He's talking to the youth. So, they might not know anything that's going on. They don't know the geopolitical intricacies of what's going on. But, you know, when he comes on and says, "Man, the terrorist groups are putting belt to ass." Right? You see, he's cheerleading for the terrorist groups, right? He's cheerleading, right?

[00:08:16]In reality, he's talking about our people being killed unjustly, but he's almost jubilating at the thought. That's why you had people come into the comment section and even asked him, "Why do you sound excited about that?" Right? And then of course you had the comments like, you know, this guy. Oh, they really should have stuck with France, right? Oh, you should have never left France. You should have went back to France, right? So, uh, I just find it weird, you know, oh, the popular 24 year old guy on TikTok, Opra Kina Faso, man.

[00:08:41]The terrorist groups, man. Let me tell you about them, right? Listen, the psychological operations are in full effect, man. Anyway, let's continue.

[00:08:48]Let's look at some more. Yes, there's more. Marron was proven 100% correct with his comments about the Sahel because now they're stuck in a situation where al-Qaeda is gaining ground. A group that was virtually completely eradicated almost everywhere has now been gaining ground particularly because of the incompetence of the military hontas. And again, I'm not here to say that like Mron and France did good in the regions, but they were a beacon of stability against these groups, the volunteer defense forces which allegedly had been massacring villages as reported by the UN Human Rights Watch. Granted, France did not stop the problem. They were a very good deterrent. They protected road infrastructure and did plenty of things that made it impossible for them to launch huge, huge attacks pretty much like we saw in 2025 and 2026. And so the Malian military ha decided to give the terrorists what they wanted because France had a policy that they would not negotiate with JNIM at all. And as a result, uh, they got their booty dug in and it's really, really bad. France is not funding them. the terrorists just knew they could not beat France so they told the government kick them out or we're not help or we're not negotiating with you and the government fell for it. Like what can I say? Like so Ibrahim Chayori has virtually eradicated democracy in Bkina Paso.

[00:09:59]>> Terrorism is the language of the unheard which is something that we learn in international studies and domestic politics which is exactly why under Obama right-wing pol right-wing terrorism skyrocketed because a lot of white nationalists felt that they wouldn't be represented anymore.

[00:10:12]>> So who funds terrorists is a very interesting conversation. For starters, they might capture natural resources and sell them. This is what we saw with ISIS. Sometimes they're just self- sustaining. Like sometimes, truthfully, they launch ambushes, pick stuff up, and then use what they picked up to launch more ambushes, and it becomes a big cycle. We saying France, America, they're funding them because sometimes they do do that, right? That's kind of what we saw with the early Taliban. But in general, it is a complicated apparatus that is self-sustaining a lot of times. A lot of times it's on ethnic lines and a lot of times but on top of that Russian forces aren't training the military very well and are doing so in exchange for a lot of gold.

[00:10:49]Obviously we all knew that. All right we back. Now as you can see in the first clip he said when the French was in the region terrorism was almost eradicated right but now the terrorists are gaining ground because of the incompetent military leaders. Now keep in mind the French government was stationed in the region for almost a decade. During that time, there were certain cities, towns, and provinces that were never recaptured by the government until after the French were, you know, kicked out of the country. And within a couple years of the French military being evicted from the country, those cities were taken back by the government within a couple of years. And we're not even going to go into the long list of terrorist leaders that have been eliminated over the past few years as well, right? Many highranking terrorists in the region eliminated, neutralized after the departure of the French military. And then he goes even further to say he goes on to defend the French government and explicitly says that the French government is not funding the terrorist groups. They are not supporting the terrorist groups just unprovoked just defending the French government. And I also notice the language that he uses.

[00:11:48]You notice that he doesn't call it terrorist attacks, right? He calls them coordinated offensives. It's like somebody passed him a script. And you also notice the sympathetic language that he uses for the terrorist groups as well. He says terrorism is the language of the unheard. Right? So when the terrorists kill our people with impunity, according to him, that is the language of the unheard. As if these guys are freedom fighters. It's the same reason why they call them rebels instead of terrorists. Now he's trying to build this narrative around them. See these guys, they're fighting for the ones who don't have a voice, right? Very manipulative, very deceptive language, right? If you were not somebody who was wellversed in these topics, you would come away thinking like, "Wow, the terrorist groups, man. My heart goes out to them. My heart goes out to the terrorist groups fighting against the tyrannical governments of the AES." Now, like I said, this guy, you know, very educated brother, has a master's degree.

[00:12:38]He said he studied uh, you know, international politics. You know, he definitely has the background and the profile of someone that I would definitely, you know, scout for a role in intelligence and things like that. I wouldn't be surprised if he has connections to Western intelligence, you know, given his background, his profile, his influence on social media, things like that, his education. Yeah, I definitely, you know, I get that. That's the vibe I get. I definitely think this guy be on calls with like government officials and things like that. You know, like I said, I would definitely, you know, target guys like this for psychological operations given the influence they have. You know, like I said, young, cool, hip, he knows the lingo. He could talk to the youth. He could talk to the people. He could convey our narrative in a more palatable fashion. You know, like I said, man, the psychological operations have already begun, it seems like. And of course, his sources for some of his information that he mentioned, he mentioned Human Rights Watch, which is obviously a western human rights organization based in New York City at the head of that organization is a Frenchman who used to work for the state government broadcaster. And uh you know, that's his source for what's happening in the AES, right? Yeah. He mentioned human rights watch. Also, something else that he mentioned, which is also very common that you hear amongst so-called western security analysts. Oh, Russia is taking all the gold, right? Our arch nemesis, Russia is taking away all the gold, right? Now, listen, it's just basic mathematics. And I'm sure, like I said, this brother, he claims to have master's degrees and this type of degrees and things like that. So, uh, let's just do the simple mathematics. Take a look up on the screen. Bkina Faso has 15 to 17 industrial gold mines and 600 to 800 artisal gold mines with Russia controlling four to five. So, in total, take a look up on the screen. Russian interests cover less than 1% of the total gold mine sites in Bkina Faso. And something else that he said, he said, "Oh, the Russian forces are training them on the ground, the Russian forces.

[00:14:27]There are zero Russian forces in Bkina Faso." Now, you might have some in Mali, but you know, Mali is the size of like, you know, 25 countries. So, that's a whole different scenario, but there are zero Russian forces on the ground. And even the so-called Russian forces that are in Mali, it's only a couple thousand. It's not a whole goddamn military coming through. No, it's like a couple thousand guys, right? At best, they're an auxiliary force. They're not a full-blown military force. This guy Oh, the Russian forces, bro. It's like a couple thousand guys in Mali. It's nobody in Burkina. You know, the captain even told you that a long time ago at the top of the year.

[00:15:00]>> They were right there, weren't they?

[00:15:01]With all their helicopters, their tanks, and everything else that's required, their technology, their drones, their satellites. So, they're just completely and utterly incompetent. Today, we are moving around quite calmly. So regarding everything that we are doing with Russia, if we happen to need any equipment, Russia in any case has certainly opened up its doors.

[00:15:17]Everything that we want to pay for, they are prepared to sell to us. There are many countries whom we wanted to pay with our own money, but they refused, didn't they? Yes. Many European countries and others, they completely refused to sell us the equipment. Other than that, no one is helping us on the ground. It's the Bukinaf soldiers who are fighting, who are reclaiming our lands and who are continuing to advance.

It is we who lead it. It is we who train ourselves to fight this war. Africans must stop believing that God sent a messiah to teach others how to wage war and that they should come and teach us.

Yes, but in this case it's openly known that these terrorist groups are openly getting training, funding and assistance from external governments, external sources. Many of those sources directly connected to Western imperial interests, Western corporate interests, Western economic geopolitical interests. Now take a look up on the screen. He said, "What would a JNIM controlled state look like?" Now JNIM, that's the al-Qaeda affiliate in the region. So he's talking about what would a country look like being controlled by al-Qaeda. right now.

[00:17:52]Like I said, when I was 24 years old, you know, a few years ago, I was not having these conversations, bro. I was not talking to the homies about, man, you know, would be crazy if if al-Qaeda took over one of our countries and started killing our people. Wouldn't that be crazy? Right? Like, bro, what what 24year-old is sitting sitting around thinking about this? Why would that even be a conversation? Right? Like I said, like, you're 24 years old. You claim to be some rich kid, things like that. You know, you claim to be highly educated. Why are you on social media uh talking about uh a hypothetical scenario of al-Qaeda, you know, toppling the government and taking power and controlling the government and ruling over our people? Like, bro, but keep in mind, this is not the first time the United States has engaged in what they call psychological operations. I remember a couple years ago, take a look up on the screen back in 2022, a Facebook report, a Meta report. The United States military is behind online influence campaigns targeting Central Asia and the Middle East. People associated with the US military created fake accounts on more than seven internet services as part of a coordinated inauthentic influence campaign targeting people in Central Asia and the Middle East. According to Meta, the parent company of Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp, although the people behind the operation attempted to conceal their identities in coordination, Facebook said the investigation found links to individuals associated with the United States military. The fake accounts, which posted on themes such as sports or culture, emphasized cooperation with the United States and criticized Iran, China, and Russia. The postings, mostly made during US East Coast business hours, were primarily in Arabic. Farszy and Russians. They've praised the US military and also included CO 19 content. So, as you can see, it's not the first time. This is something that's been happening going back, you know, decades. Like scops is a, you know, common thing in military operations, right? And like I said in the article, usually these profiles would talk about things like sports, you know, culture, lifestyle, you know, similar to what the brother is doing on TikTok, you know, talking about, you know, his travels, talking about his life experiences.

[00:20:01]That's why I say he's a perfect target, right? He fits the profile in so many ways. And you know, the US military has a massive budget. So, it wouldn't even cost anything. It's a drop in the bucket. You have hundreds of thousands of followers. You have, you know, thousands of followers on Instagram. You have a major presence on Tik Tok and probably other social medias. It would be as easy as going to him and saying that we'll pay you, you know, $15,000 a month. Check your email. But we're going to send you an email of the entire script, the entire narrative, all the points we want you to to push on your channel. Right? These are the scripts.

[00:20:35]These are the lines. These are the buzzwords. These are the points that you have to hammer down. Remember, the terrorist groups, they're the good guys, right? The terrorist groups are the good guys fighting against evil, right? The evil is the governments. The evil is the government. You know, Mali Bina, right?

[00:20:53]The leaders, they're evil, right? The terrorist groups are fighting against evil. Right? Terrorism is the voice of the unheard. Right? Since France left, everything has went terrible. They need to go back to France. France was a was a beacon of stability in the region.

[00:21:58]It's probably other guys as well. It's probably it's probably even ladies involved in it as well, right? They're probably going to go to some of the uh the beauty influencers, right? The girls who, you know, talk about makeup and hair and lifestyle. Next thing you know, they're going to be talking about, oh, Bkina Faso, man. Let me tell you about this terrible girl. Let me tell you about this terrible leader in Bkina.

The terrorists did a photo shoot looking like they about to drop an album, right? As you can see, they trying to make the terrorists look all cool, right? Posing for the camera.

[00:23:00]Look at them. They did a They did a photo shoot with the terrorist groups, right? Posing with their weapons, posing with the guys, right? In the in the stronghold of the terrorist groups.

[00:23:10]Listen, all of this is an attempt to improve their image. They're trying to rehabilitate the image of the terrorist groups. That's all it is, man. Because these are their proxies on the ground.

Now, of course, I'm not surprised that uh you know, in all of his videos, he never touched on the connection between Ukraine also supporting the terrorist groups as well as the French government also supporting the terrorist groups via their support for Ukraine. Right? So, when you go into this article that recently dropped about a month ago in the French media, right, as you can see by the headline, France and the pro-independence rebels in Mali, a history shaped by alliances and mutual interest. We touched on this article before. Take a look up on the screen.

[00:24:02]They said, "Grad, the outlines of a military alliance are beginning to take shape. Each side has its own argument to make. The FLA, that's the terrorist group, which enjoys significant popular support amongst the Tuareg community.

[00:24:16]No, it doesn't, is led by experienced former officers, some of whom served in the Libyan or Malian armed forces, equipped with many pickup trucks mounted with heavy machine guns. The FLA, the terrorist group, has also mastered the use of small kamicazi drones thanks to training from the Ukrainian intelligence services. Right? So in all of his analysis, he never mentioned that, oh the terrorist groups are putting belt to ass and things like that. Oh, the terrorist groups or who funds terrorism?

[00:24:44]It's self- sustaining. They they fund themselves. They do it by themselves, right? You see what I'm saying, man? The propaganda, listen, the psychological operations is in full effect. He did not once even utter the word Ukraine. He didn't even mention Ukraine, even though Ukraine is one of the main actors in the terrorism activity in the region. Take a look up on the screen. French and Tuareg networks also extended beyond the civilian sphere. In the second half of the 2000s, France's foreign intelligence agency, the DGSSE, relied on members of this community and particularly the Ephogus tribe from which IALI is from to gather intelligence on northern Mali.

So, the Tuareg, within the Tore, there are different groups, different clans, different uh different casts, right? So the focus tribe is one singular group within the overall Tread community. They're the ones at the heart of the terrorism, the criminality, right? And that's why I say they don't speak for the whole community. They only speak for their particular segment in the community, right? Their particular clan, their particular, you know, tribe within the tribe. And the focus tribe are generally associated with the elites of the Tuareg community. So they believe themselves to be superior not only to other toregs but also to their black neighbors, right? That's why they're waging war because they have a superiority complex. They believe themselves to be above the blacks. So they could never be ruled by Generala, right? They can never be ruled by the blacks because according to them, they're superior, right? The focus tribe. That's what they call them. So no, they don't speak for the whole community. They only speak for their own particular racist, narcissistic segment of the community. Now, let's continue.

[00:26:25]French military and diplomatic officials are now forced to observe Mali from a distance. Yet behind their detached rhetoric, one fact is clear. It is difficult for France to completely sever ties with a country that once featured in its sphere of influence in Africa, one where it has invested heavily in recent years in the Sahel region, an area that has become one of the global epicenters of jihad. In this respect, France's long-standing ties with the with the independence rebels, the terrorist groups remain vital to it.

[00:26:53]Right? So this is coming directly from the French media openly admitting the association between Ukrainian intelligence and the terrorist groups.

[00:27:00]Openly declaring the connection between the French intelligence services and the terrorist groups. But according to his genius analysis, the terrorists are putting belt to ass and they're doing it all by themselves. Man, listen. The psychological operations are in full effect as you can see. They didn't even wait a week, right? The they immediately activated it and it listen straight off to the races, man. My man dropped like 10 videos in 24 hours and one of them got like 30,000 likes. [00:28:35]Ukraine is backed by like 40 countries, right? So, you're not going up against Ukraine alone because Ukraine is getting assistance from dozens and dozens of countries. The entire western block of nations is flooding Ukraine with weapons and material and resources and financing and funding and training. Right? Ukraine is being overloaded with weapons. So, you're not going up against Ukraine alone. You're going up against the entire Western block at that point. Take a look up on the screen. As you can see, right, the western powers, the weapons, the training, the funding, the intelligence, right? Then they send the military aid to Ukraine, right? Ukraine sends the military aid to the terrorists. The terrorists, they go and attack the government. Then you have the international media and the social media personalities with the psychological operations talking about, oh, the terrorists are putting belt to ass, right? So, you see what's happening. You see what's going on in front of our faces, man. And that's the reason why Molly cut ties with Ukraine a couple years ago. So, take a look up on the screen. Molly cuts ties with Ukraine, claiming that Ukraine is involved in the terrorist attacks. Right. Mali severed diplomatic ties with Ukraine in August 2024 after Andre Yusab, a spokesperson for Ukraine's military intelligence, stated on national TV that Tuare separatist rebels, the terrorist groups, had received the necessary information from Ukraine to conduct a successful ambush, a successful terrorist attack on Malian soldiers and Russian auxiliaries.

[00:30:03]Mali's military government interpreted the comments coupled with a controversial video posted by Ukraine's ambassador as a confession of Ukraine's direct complicity. Malian officials stated that rather than mourning the loss of our soldiers, the Ukrainian officials were celebrating the operation and expressing an intent to further empower the insurgents. Now, and like I said before, like I mentioned many times before, the most flagrant the most flagrant incident that occurred was back in April 25th, 2026, after the major terrorist attack after over 10,000 terrorists attacked Mali, right? And they were pushed back vigorously. 2 days after that attack, 48 hours after that attack, the spokesperson for the terrorist groups was in Paris doing interviews on the media, doing interviews on the state broadcaster. As you can see, the spokesman for the terrorist groups was doing the rounds on the interviews in the French media, right? So, like I said, man, like I said, if these guys were really in the fight against terrorism, they would have arrested that guy at the airport instead of interviewing him in the state broadcaster, right? Allowed a terrorist to walk into the government building, the government broadcaster. Now, something else that these so-called Western security experts will never want to put a focus on is the fact that a French intelligence agent was given a 20-year prison sentence a couple months ago. Not even a month, like a month ago in Mali. Take a look up on the screen.

[00:31:53]Nobody wants to talk about the uh the statements made by Mark Bangga, the member of the European Parliament from Belgium, and what he said at the European Parliament. Take a look up on the screen. Mark Bautangga, a Belgian member of the European Parliament, did not support the European Parliament's June 2026 resolution condemning the military government of Bkina Faso.

[00:32:15]Banga diverted the focus away from the typical European condemnation of the government instead emphasizing Europe's economic reliance on Africa. He argued that the European Union's escalating focus on the region is deeply tied to fears of losing access to vital minerals such as gold, copper, and zinc, which European corporations had previously extracted under unfavorable and unequal terms.

[00:32:38]>> Listening to some of my colleagues, especially on the French right, I get the feeling you're a bit salty about being kicked out, about having been kicked out of the Sahel, right? and everything is starting to to to make a bit more sense to me because I was wondering in Belgium, in France, we keep producing buying military equipment for billions of euros that is destined that was designed specifically to be used in the Sahel. I thought to myself, that's weird because we're told we need to defend ourselves from Russia, but we're buying this uh specialized military equipment for Africa. We're going to squeeze our pensions, our hospitals, our schools to do this. I found that weird.

[00:33:14]I wondered why. And I went and looked. I understood that the Sahel region in fact has emerged in recent years as one of the most important mining corridors in Africa. Bkina Faso is one of the largest gold producers in Africa but also has copper, zinc, manganese, phosphite. Mali will soon become the second largest African producer of lithium. Nijair obviously holds hundreds of thousands of tons of uranium. And for years, decades, European companies have had cheap access to all these resources, all this wealth.

[00:33:45]The result is plundered countries and extreme poverty for their populations.

[00:33:50]And now you're afraid of losing this access. But instead of always wanting to interfere, of always waging war, because we saw with the destruction of Libya what that led to, let's instead help these countries with everything we can to support their sovereign development.

You remember years back before he started this new wave, he said that he was approached behind the scenes by certain, you know, what he called, you know, people that want to give him a big bag of money, a big bag to start going in on black immigrants and throwing them under the bus. He said that on his show before he started doing it. So, I think he took the bag. So, I wouldn't be surprised if this brother right here was also approached in a similar fashion. He was given a script. He was given certain lines. You know, even in certain videos, I could look at him and I could tell that he's reading off a piece of paper.

He gave us an excellent case study of what a psychological operation would look like, especially given the fact that they're directly targeting Africa.
