So, I see more and more retirement plans now that have opened this up and allow for it. Uh especially the last I'd say 2 years because some new laws were passed where they actually now require catch-up contributions to be done in Roth 401ks.

[00:00:40]So, most plans have had to solve for this now. So, it's likely that you have a Roth feature if you're at a large 401k, but that's the same contribution limits uh as a traditional 401k. So, you're talking about almost three times as much you could contribute each year to a Roth 401k.
