A modular jig system for laser/UV printers consists of interchangeable end brackets that attach to the machine base, allowing users to preload various items (such as keychains, coasters, pens, and bottle openers) into standardized holders. This system enables consistent, repeatable positioning of items without requiring manual alignment or taking new photographs each time, significantly improving efficiency for businesses producing multiple identical or similar items. The system works by preloading items into the jig, dropping it into place, and using the machine's camera to automatically detect and position designs based on the jig's fixed reference points.

I Designed the First Jig System for the xTool O1 Omni
Added:Today I'm going to be showing you something X tool01 OmniUV printer related. This is a system I've been working on to help make people's lives easier and ultimately allow you to hit the ground running when you do get your machines because now most of you have probably made the payments for your machine. You're probably getting excited and you probably want to start preparing for success. But what I've got right here will hopefully be a tool that you can add to your arsenal that will allow you to actually increase capability, increase accuracy, and just make the overall process much more streamlined.
Going to start off with the machine, and this is the base plate you get with it.
Now, it's all good. Xool Studio has great software that allows you to align things up, but there is still a manual element to it. However, what I've got is a system and it's called the L3D Omni Jig system and it's basically these end brackets that you can easily slot on the end of it. They can be taken on, put off anytime you need to. They're designed specifically for this. And as you can see, once you've got them in place, we then have a huge range of jigs, which I'm going to show you right now that I've been really, really hard working on testing for fits, testing to make sure it all works. And as you can see, we have a lot of them. This jig system will basically allow you to take your jigs, preload them. It will allow you to drop it in place just like this. And then you just press your button. It will send it in there. It's designed and optimized to work with the machine so it doesn't clash. Everything will work within its place. And once the camera takes the picture of this, it will pick up all the individual items and allow you to place your designs. So you're probably wondering, why do I need one of these?
If the X Tool Studio software is so good and it can automatically pick up where your items are and help you place things, why do I need it? And the honest answer is for one-off things, you don't need it. But if you're thinking of starting a business or you own a business where you're going to be churning out lots of pens or lots of golf balls over and over using similar formats, similar designs, this is going to really, really help you get those orders out efficiently, quickly. Take these for an example. Let's say you have designs or a template that you want to just do repeatable over and over with these things. Well, first of all, it allows you to do lots at the same time, but once you've actually put it in once and set up your design, and there will be templates available for this, you don't have to take a picture every single time you do that cuz taking a picture takes about, you know, 30 to 50 seconds on this. You can save 30 to 50 seconds every time by just placing your template in Excel studio, lining everything up, and then pressing print.
So, I'm going to take you through the jig. So, we've got round wooden keychains. We have oval wooden keychains in there at the moment. We have our rectangular wooden keychains. You probably saw the golf ball jig as it is.
We've got a pen jig. And this pen jig allows multiple types of pens to be used on it. I've then got a wallet jig here.
As you can see, we have wooden bamboo coasters. This takes the large 60 I think they're 65 millimeter ones and also the 60 millimeter ones. So it can handle both. [snorts] Also your flip lighters, your your Zippos, your replicas. We have a jig for that. Then business cards also glass coasters. So I've got square ones in, but it also takes the round glass coasters. We've got these wooden bottle openers as well. And then as you probably saw at the start, bottle openers as well, the metal ones that fit in there beautifully. They literally just come out all retained. It's all level as well, which you want everything to be level. It's all been checked. And then you've got these commemorative coin jigs as well, keychain jigs. And then finally, we have our slate coaster jig.
So, as you can see, that is already a really large lineup of jigs, and there are loads more coming. If you go to my website, lfreedacories.com, you will see the items are all now listed and I've been working on lots of them. However, there's lots more of these to come. And on my website, there is a jig request section. So, if you want a specific one or you think something will be useful, you can make a request. You can put what type of jig you want, send me a link to the blank, and I can even then design those kind of jigs and make bespoke ones for you. So, this is something that is going to be ever expanding. I'm going to be adding more to the range. With regards to shipping, we are going to be offering free shipping over $75 to the US to international orders. UK will be free shipping. And what I will say is we have an exclusive 10% off launch deal if you use the code omni L3D when you go to the checkout. So, if you think this is going to be useful to you, if you're interested in the jig system, and if there are specific ones you would like me to make going forward, and I already have plans for probably 10 more already, then leave me a comment in the description or put a request in on the website, and I will start looking into it. If you are thinking of making a purchase, then let me reassure you, there will always be more coming to the lineup, which will hopefully allow you to get things done quicker, more efficiently, and ultimately help you make more money in the long run. So yeah, I hope you've enjoyed this little insight into my little baby that I've been working really, really hard on. If you're interested in the digital downloads, they're not available at the moment. They will be available in the future. So stay tuned to the website for that. There's always more coming. So thanks for watching, guys. Stay tuned for more great content coming on the way. And I will see you guys
