[00:05:07]You have 16 forms in CMR 2017 and how many forms are there in your rules? In the rules, there are 17 of your 90, 55, 12 rules, which I am teaching, there are total 17 forms in it. Talking about the schedules, how many total schedules do you have in the mines rule? There are six schedules.

[00:05:30]These 17 forms of yours come under your first schedule among the six schedules. All these forms given here, all these forms come under your schedule number one. It is written here. You can see Notice of Commencement and End of Year Form A to Form U. Correct? All the 17 forms from Form A to Form U come under this.

Schedule Two contains information about the equipment that will be kept in your first aid room. [00:09:21]Chapter One is preliminary. What's in it? The definitions are in Rule 2. Who will you call an act? Which is the Labour Act The Labour Act 1952.

The duty of the certified surgeon is given to you under section 43, the certified surgeon will examine the person and appear on age and fitness certificate, that is, he will prepare the age and fitness certificate and the certified will examine the person and if this chief inspector requests, then whichever certified surgeon can issue your health related examinations.

This chapter does not apply to those cases where your service is not more than 6 months, that is, if the workers working on temporary or casual basis are not working for more than 6 months, then it will not be applicable there. [00:16:16]Rule 29B talks about Initial and PDA Periodical Medical Examination IME and PME.

[00:16:24]Here I am talking about IME and PME. Ok? Ok? Whichever employee is there in IMA, if he talks about being an existing employee here, then he becomes an existing employee. His is always P PME. Ok? And the initials that new employees have are their IME. Correct? So who will get PME? It will happen every 5 years. Isn't it? And we will get PME done for 1/5th of the workers every year. Isn't it? Whatever workers we have, for example, we have a total of 200 workers, so you will have to take 1/5 of it.

[00:17:04]And if we talk about new employees, if they have got their medical examination done in any company or anywhere else within 5 years, then there is no need to get it done. Ok? And here he is talking about PME.

These three people will be in your Affiliate Medical Board. Then your rule number 29 is talking about M. Unfit persons not to be employed: Those persons who become unfit should not be employed. This means that if he becomes unfit, he will not be employed after 30 days.

This means that you will have three inspectors for Rs 1500. How many will be there in 2500? You will have four for Rs 2500. Isn't it? 3 + 1 4 means there is a difference of 1000 after 1500.
