I Made It 2x Bigger. Bad Idea.

[00:00:00]I made this fully 3D printed RC go-kart 1/4 scale. But in doing so, I created lots of other problems. I doubled the size and immediately hit problem number one. So, I designed a custom motor mount. Then, problem number two. I literally had to make my own bushings out of incredibly strong polycarbonate filament. Then, problem number three.

[00:00:22]So, I designed another custom adapter to run a standard size brushless servo.

[00:00:26]After weeks of printing, I thought this project was finally done. On to problem number four, the drivetrain started fighting back. And now the drive belt was slipping. But somehow, it still worked. This is the world's first fully 3D printed 1/4 scale RC go-kart. And even though this thing caused me a huge headache, it was totally worth it. And I think even Tevin agrees. What should I double in size next?
