The video offers a sharp analysis of reactive abuse, showing how psychological entrapment is weaponized to provoke a physical reaction and manipulate the victim narrative. It serves as a sobering case study on the toxic power dynamics that often underlie domestic disputes.

Patrick & Thais Bodycam revealed! Patrick wouldn't let Thais leave the country w/their daughter
Added:TMZ decided to release the body cam footage from the day that Thaís was arrested after they claimed that she had assaulted Patrick and now we have more insight what happened leading up to her arrest. So the body cam reveals that the officers were called by Patrick. They showed up and Thaís was sitting there holding her daughter in her arms and she revealed that she had planned a trip to Brazil to go see her family and she had bought tickets for not only herself but she got a ticket for her daughter as well. At first Patrick was fine with her going to Brazil but I think after it came out that he had filed for divorce, he decided to change his mind and he's like no, I don't feel comfortable with you taking our daughter to Brazil so I'm going to go ahead and take her while you go. So he decided to bring the daughter over to Thaís' apartment at the time to say goodbye to Thaís before she left on her trip. Well, one thing led to another, they ended up getting into a fight and the next thing you know, she was arrested.
Thaís tried to blame the fact that Patrick changed his mind because she said that she decided to go out for her birthday the night before and once Patrick found out, he started going crazy and changed his mind about her taking the child to Brazil. Honestly, I don't blame him for not wanting to take the child to Brazil. Like I understand she wants her family to see the child but after it came out that they just split, there could be a chance that she takes the child to Brazil and never take brings the child back and that's going to be hell to try to get the child back if she decides she doesn't want to bring the daughter back. I'm not saying Thaís would do that but it's still a possibility. So Patrick ended up pulling up to her apartment. When he pulled up, he blocked her car in so she couldn't even pull out and leave if she wanted to. And I guess he ended up going inside. He was talking to Thaís, and I guess they ended up getting into some kind of argument, and she ended up scratching him in the face, and she ended up hitting him at one point.
Patrick said he got a video of her hitting him, and he provided that to officers. So, they took Patrick to the side. They started questioning him, and he's like, "Yeah, so pretty much I just filed for divorce." And he said he just served Thaís with a preliminary injunction. And she was supposed to go to Brazil that day that she got arrested. So, I wonder if she still went to Brazil or that ended up ruining her whole trip. But, he said that she was trying to take the daughter, and Patrick was like, "No, you're not going to take her daughter." So, he brought the daughter over to say goodbye, and he said that's when she attacked him, slapped him in the face, and he said that was pretty much it. So, then they took Thaís to the side, and Thaís had her daughter with her. And they're asking Thaís for her side. She shared her side. And they're like, "Okay, Thaís, can you do us a favor? Can you let your daughter go talk to her dad real quick?" And she's like, "Yeah, no problem." So, they let the daughter go walk over to Patrick on the other side of the apartment building. And as soon as the daughter was with Patrick, out of sight from Thaís, the officers told Thaís to turn around, put her hands behind her back, and they ended up placing her under arrest. And Thaís was shocked. She's like, "What is going on?"
And they're like, "You're under arrest for domestic I think it was domestic battery she was arrested for or domestic assault. And she's like, "What? Are you serious?" She said that she had not did anything, and Patrick was the one that actually put hands on her. Okay, I'm sorry, guys. My cat's coughing up a hairball in the background.
I will give Patrick credit though. At first, from the like what originally came out from her being arrested, it sounded like to me like he called 911 with the intention to solely get her arrested, but once he found out that Tais had been arrested, he was trying to beg the officers not to take her to jail. He's like, "No. No, do not arrest her. I do not want to press charges. I just want to move on from this." Then he said that he didn't want her going to jail and the officers were like, "It doesn't matter.
We see visible scratches on your face and we saw the video and that's all it takes and she's arrested." And they said, "Look, you can try not to show up to court, but the court still want to move forward with the charges. They're going to move forward with the charges and there's really nothing you can do about it." So, giving credit for at least fighting to keep the mother of his child out of jail.
And Tais was devastated because she's never been to jail before and she's like, "Well, how does this work? Where am I going to go?" Like she's like, "What are the steps?" And they told her, "Hey, you're going to have to go to jail at least for 12 hours minimum. Your bond's $3,000. You have to pay 10% of that and someone's going to have to come pick you up and bond you out." So, she had to pay a minimum of $300 to get out of jail and she seemed so heartbroken because she was supposed to be leaving for Brazil that day and here she is having to leave her daughter and now she has to deal with this case. But I mean, if you're going to be hitting people, I mean, Patrick had it on video. So, obviously she put hands on him.
Tais was freaking out because she thought for sure her arrest was going to result in her being deported, but the officers let her know, "Look, we have nothing to do with you getting deported and this isn't going to cause you to get deported and that's going to be have to that's going to have to be handled through immigration, not us. So, she seemed a little calmer after she learned that news, but I also kind of feel like Patrick is guilty of reactive abuse. I saw someone point that out in the comments, and I agree with that. I don't know if you guys know what reactive abuse is, but it's pretty much when you push someone to the breaking point to where you finally get that reaction.
It's like Okay, so you push that person to their and then you play the victim when things escalate to a point that things get physical. I mean, he literally blocked her car in. I'm sure he was yelling at her. They're going back and forth, and he was pushing her to that breaking point, but still that's no excuse for her to put hands on him. I think she definitely has some anger issues that she needs to work on, but I definitely feel like Patrick was no angel in all this, either. He had no business blocking her car in. Like, why are we blocking her car in?
Like, I think Patrick is definitely guilty of poking the bear. And you know, his brother John, his brother John pissed me the hell off when we saw that new teaser for an upcoming episode of 90 Day Diaries. You know that girl he got pregnant? I think her name was Megan or something like that, and they're engaged.
This dude, they showed he's going to be on an upcoming episode of 90 Day Diaries, and their whole episode is going to be about him questioning his baby mama because he suddenly does not believe that his child is biologically his. I'm like, come on. Like, and and when this girl finally reacts, I mean, you can't sit there and be like, "Oh, I I have no idea why she's acting this way." Because you literally had a baby with this girl. Everything's been fine.
And to me, it tells me I think like they had a chance to come on 90 Diaries.
Things are probably boring for them now now that they're parents. So John was like, "Okay, we got to come up with some kind of storyline." And TLC was like, "Oh, why don't you question the paternity?" And John was like, "Okay, I'll run with that." But they're not getting paid that much for these 90 Day Diaries episodes. They're only getting paid $1,000 an episode. And no little $1,000 is worth going on TV and pretending to question the paternity of your baby and making your wife or your fiance out to be some floozy unless you have actual evidence that she's doing stuff like this. To do something like that just for a paycheck is wild to me.
But that is it for this video, guys.
Before we know it, Patrick and John are probably going to be back living in a bachelor pad living happily ever after.
But let me know what you guys think about everything in the comments below.
And for those of you guys who haven't been keeping up, the charges against Thaís were thrown out by the prosecutor.
But yeah, let me know what you guys think and thank you for watching.
