This week's video is going to be uh the Eleanor that we've been working on for a while doing all the rust repair. Um so I didn't do nothing all last week.
Couldn't video nothing all last week cuz we went on vacation. when I went to Florida and a week before that um actually two weeks before that I had a cut off wheel explode and it went in my eye and I was down. Couldn't really do nothing. I was in a lot of pain and uh really couldn't do nothing because my eye watered so much it was just irritating. So, uh, for sakes for the sake of getting a video out for you guys this week, I have went and, uh, I took all the little clips that I've made of working on the Mustang, and we're going to put a video together and get y'all kind of up to speed a little bit and, uh, we'll just keep continuing on in, uh, this fashion until we get paint on the car. So, uh, enjoy. Hopefully this week or next um Jim will be coming out and maybe we can do a collaboration with old Jim and uh get y'all some good content out. How about that?

Last video you seen me do the cow. So, I replaced all the cow, fixed the firewall, I fixed that floor.
Uh, they had the floor raised up too high in it. So, I end up taking all the floor loose and lowering the floor down where it's supposed to be.
And I put a torque box in this side. But yeah, so I've welded that in all that.
All righty.
So, I've had a lot of people ask me in the past, hey, how do you mount these noses, these upper noses on these cars?
Every body kit I put on is a little bit different. I've chose to reuse this was a complete fiberglass front end. What I ended up doing was since these are still on the car and they're actually mounted pretty good, I'm going to leave them alone. But I wanted to reuse my side skirts because it's all one piece and it has that joint right there. So I cut all this off those fiberglass fenders.
That's kind of just hanging down loosely. [snorts] And the upper nose on this car is a three-piece. So you got your center and you got each side. You can do the same thing. It'll kind of help you get everything adjusted. You could cut it and then put it back together. But this is the way I'm I'm choosing to mount this. Most of these body kits are the same. The way it mounts up is just real real thin fiberglass lip. And when you go to bolts up, it breaks off. So the way I'm doing is I've cut that lip off.
So it's just the sides.
And this is the exact same way that like Mustangs the Fear does their kits. They got some round foam. And what they do is they'll put the foam on the body kit and put the foam against the fender.
And they've got these metal brackets that they make ahead of time.
See how I've made this bracket? I got tape on this cuz I don't have no foam.
It's like they use it. It's It's used in auto body. It's to like tape up door edges and then close the door so you don't get overspray inside your door edges and your door jambs. But I don't have none right now at the moment. And that stuff's expensive. So, we're using tape. So, I've made this this metal uh bracket right here out of just a piece of steel. I don't know/ inch wide or long. And I've cut it in the same shape as the fender. Now, you have to physically bring it back about a quarter inch away from the edge of the fender because the way the body kit is shaped and you got to allow for the thickness of the fiberglass. So, you kind of have to drop it down below the edge of the fender. And what I normally do is I'll go ahead and I'll put me some/420 studs in the hose. Run me a jam nut up on this side. Put my nut on the inside.
Tighten up a bolt so that I got about a finger's worth of gap between this bracket I've made. And I'll tighten all the bolts up. Then I'll put the bracket up in place and then I'll tack it. And then I'll weld it fully. I'll check everything. And if it don't line up perfect, you can just grind this edge right here down. Keep putting it on and off, on and off, on and off until it fits.
And I finally got it to where it fits.
As you can see, fits really good.
And I got the backside all ground down and prepped.
I'll be cutting them hoes out. So, what I'm going to do now is I'm going to put me some tape right here. pack this full in here because I'm I'm using that as like a trough. So, I'm going to pack uh Dura Glass back in here. Fiberglass. Just pack it in. And then I'm going to put me some on here.
And I'm just going to put this up in place. And I'm going to tape it to the car. And I'm going to let it dry. Then after it dries, I can unbolt it, take it off, and if I need to go in there and put some more fiberglass, clean up my edges, I can. No big deal.
All right. So that's what it looks like after after you put your fiberglass on your your bracket and then put your fiberglass on the back side of your panel. It's just standard.
It's just dur glass. Works pretty good.
Make sure you clean your board back off when you when you're done.
Works pretty good.
The tolerances on this stuff is not close enough to be using panel bond.
If everything was just if this was just a perfect world and everything was just so so and everything was real close harnesses and if I had welded another piece of metal along the top of that, you know, this way and drilled a bunch of holes in it, cleaned it up, cleaned that up even more, and then then I could have panel bonded to it. But that'll work the same. Serve the same purpose.
That will work just fine.
I I mean, I've been building them a long time, guys. It works.
All right.
So, my fiberglass has set up and I've went ahead and started grinding off the excess that squished out. You see that yellow tape? That yellow tape is going to allow me to pop this back off. It kept the fiberglass from bonding to the fender. As you can see, I done loosened one bolt up. Let me see if I can grab hold of this thing. And maybe you can see it come loose. See that?
Wait a minute.
See how it's moving?
Maybe not.
Anyway, it's moving. I'm going to take the the three nuts off I've got in there, and it should come right off.
It's sticking out just a tickle right here. That ain't no big deal. I could probably grind this down some and but I'll probably end up just taking and feathering some filler back out this way to just blend the two panels in. I am going to have to lengthen this because y'all got to keep in mind this was a this was a fiberglass fender to begin with. All this was fiberglass and it was in pretty bad shape.
I don't like using fiberglass fenders.
It's fenders are a structural part of your car. You don't want to you don't want fiberglass fenders on your car. I don't like them. If you're in a real bad wreck, I mean, fiberglass fenders aren't going to protect you from nothing. The kit cars, I know they're fiberglass.
Corvettes, fiberglass, that's a different story.
I like metal fenders. So, I I chose to cut the body kit off the fiberglass fender.
And we're grafted on this. So, now that we that we're having to put this over the top of a metal fender, we're losing we're losing um we're losing I don't know how to explain it. Like when you put a panel on a panel, you're losing part of your panel.
You're losing material. So, between this and this and everything, this how much we've lost. It's how much the that's how much difference there was between the fiberglass fender and this fender. So, I am going to have to put some filler under here to make this look good. I'll have to blend all this in. All this have to make be blended to make it look good.
But it's it's it's looking a lot better than a lot of kits look. I mean, it doesn't have a great big ugly gap. It's a little wide right here, but I mean, that's actually nothing considering what I'm used to. But, uh, it looks pretty good. I'll probably actually end up taking and making all this work. Don't come off.
What I'll end up doing is I'll grind this panel, grind this panel, glass these two together, and then I'll grind this panel. grind this panel. Glass these two together.
Then I'll bolt all this back together and just glass it. And has to be took back off. You've really done something because it's going to be really hard to get it back off.
All right, guys. So, before I pull it completely off, I want to go ahead and show you. We're going to see it together what kind of mess I've made. There's our headlight brackets that we're going to be using. This is the last set that is probably around anywhere. I need to go ahead and just pull me a pattern off these so I can make them in the future.
You just could get them from like Stingaholics, but I don't know if you can anymore or not to be fun honest with you. This style bracket uses a 7in headlight. So, this is a big enough opening that it uses a 7in headlight.
Anyway, let's pull this off. I got this loose and took down.
I got my nuts off here and we're going to see what she looks like together.
If it'll come off. I don't think I put a nut in there. Did I?
Did I put a nut on that?
Maybe I did. Let me see if there's a nut on that last one in there. I didn't think I did.
No, it doesn't have a nut on it. Huh.
It ain't coming off.
Well, let me put y'all down for a minute, I guess. I don't know. All right. So, I got it off with some gentle persuasion. The problem is this bolt is a little bit different angle than that bolt there. And you see that bottom bolt is a totally different angle than the other two. So, it can only go in and out a certain way. So, on this hole right here, I'm going to have to slot the hole just a little bit. Probably on this one, too, just to give it just a little bit more wiggle room to come out. But, it came off. Peel our tape off and see what we got. I end up cutting that bow plum off before I started because I realized I was fixing to have a major problem. I had that one going straight, that one going that way, that one going that way, and that one going this way. So, I thought there ain't no way it'll be locked in there if I got one going this way and one going this way. So, I cut that one off cuz I knew that I could pop this one out first, get it away from the fender, and then these two would slide right out.
But, it didn't work out as good as I thought it would. This tape out under here.
That tape was just to kind of hold our filler in place, our fiberglass in place until um it started setting up because we didn't want it just goo, you know, coming out everywhere. So now what I'll do is I will sand this down to this point here so I have a really nice flat true edge.
And then I'll come in here and I'll grind this right here back and make this pretty. And then I'll just I'll put some more fiberglass filler over here. And this thing will be locked in. It won't never go anywhere. ever.
I know it looks kind of crude right now, but that'll hold this body kit on and it won't ever go nowhere once I'm done with it.
I'll make her look a little better.
All Mustang Safir does is just one little bead of glue.
One little bead of glue to hold that big bracket on. That's all they got holding their whole entire nose on their kits. I don't know how they don't fall off, but I haven't had a customer complain yet.
I'm doing this one a little different cuz this ain't a Mustang sphere kit.
This was a whole entire fender, one piece. I actually cut it down and made it into just the nose piece.
So, yeah. Right now, I'm to the point to where I need to get my headlight bracket bolted up, which will go like this here.
Let's see here.
So it'll go in here like this supposedly I can get it in here where it goes. But anyway, going to be a pain in the butt. Ow.
Headlight mounts to this. And then this goes in here like this. Like so. And this ain't going to go in here. talk about a lot of cutting, but you get the idea.
All right, guys.
As you can see, we have a headlight in here. It's just a mockup headlight. I got two headlights ordered. You want to go ahead and put two brand new headlights in these cars when you're building them cuz it's a kind of a pain in the ass to change the headlights when you get your body kit on.
Um, another thing, get your headlights in place. Get them adjusted in the hose.
Go ahead and hook a hot wire to them and go ahead and get them set. Go ahead and get them perfectly set where you want them. Like driving, you know, where they're going to shine. Get them shining even before you ever put your body kit on up top. That'll save you an just tremendous amount of time and headache.
Cuz if you got to take these back off, you're in trouble and they're kind of a pain in the ass to adjust. You can hog this hole out real big so that you can get to your adjusters and adjust it that way, but I don't like doing that. I like cutting that hole right there out to a 6-in hole. So, I have this this pretty ring right here all the way around.
And it gives you something. It gives you something to kind of hide all of the like the adjusters and the beauty ring on the headlight, the screws. Gives you something to hide all that. I've seen other Eleanors where they just cut the hole out real big. We can see all the adjusters and everything and it's goofy looking. Yes, it makes it easier on adjusting the headlight, but it looks goofy. So, I'm going to set this up there. Let's just see what we got. I'm probably going to have to adjust the headlight bracket in the hole.
This is what we got so far.
And I have not tried it yet, so knowing me, it probably won't work.
But I ended up trimming this bracket off on the side because this bracket is actually made for the fiberglass fenders. I am going to have to make a bracket that goes from here to the fender to stabilize it cuz as you can see, we don't want it doing that going down.
So, if all this works out good, I am going to make a bracket. I'm going to weld it from here to the fender and put me a bolt in it and that'll stabilize it.
Oh, let's get us started.
That one started. Then this one started.
Then the other one.
And that's what it looks like if you don't hog the hole out real big.
Since that is a 7in light, I may go ahead and just hog the hole all the way out. Make it a seven inch hole.
I don't know. We'll see. I'm playing right now.
All right. So, this is the option that I normally use. This is like the uh cheap $50 bucket with the bracket from Tony Br. Br. Something like that. I can never pronounce it. You just bolt it in place loosely, put your body kit up in place, and kind of scoot it around where you want it. Snug it up. You're good to go.
Um, I like to put bolts straight through this bracket and then put a jam nut on it so that I can actually adjust the bucket on the bracket, snug it down to where I want it. And then you can also adjust the light in the bucket itself.
Just gives you a little bit more adjustment this way.
And it gets a screw right here into the fender.
And then if we slide our body back over it, our body kit, Oh my goodness. It's hard to do with one hand.
Line it all up.
Got about an eighth of an inch gap all the way around your light.
Installed.
It's got to go over that way a little bit. It'll push over. Does not have the latch on it yet. So, it's kind of springing this way.
There's all the old suspension I pulled off this car.
Um, I'd put the stock stuff back up under or stock stuff. That's the stuff that came off the car and then I had some better stuff that I cleaned up and painted and was putting under it. Then a sponsor reached out and wanted to supply some parts for this car. So, pulled that stuff back off. Waiting on his stuff to come cuz he's sponsoring the lower control arms, upper control arms, and they got ball bearings in them instead of the bushings. So, yeah, we're going to do that.
New quarters, of course. So, the old ones was rotten. New quarter on this side, too.
We got good gaps.
No funky business going on. No grinding and welding the front of this up. Um, I am going to have to grind this down just a little bit.
But that turned out pretty good on this side. The other side I did have to do some funky stuff. I had to do a lot of grinding.
I had to grind the door and the fender.
and the door and the fender right here to get a good grip.
So now that looks good.
This looks good.
I got to come in here and grind all this down.
I'm going to put some green filler in here. It's a fiberglass mesh.
Uh it's like short strand.
I forget what it's called. Dur glass.
But uh yeah, short little video showing some of the progress. I don't know where I left off. So on this body kit, this body kit was originally fiberglass fenders all the way back. The whole entire car front clip was fiberglass.
So I cut the body kit off to where it's just the no upper and lower nose. And I I had to make a lip on I cut them off and I made a lip and a metal a metal piece that glassed into this and then it bolts to the fender. So then I had to do the headlights. As you've seen these little notches that you see, that's for the screws that holds the rings on and the headlight adjusters. I had I got to adjust it this way a little bit. I'm gonna make those little notches a little bit bigger so you can take this headlight ring on and off. You can adjust it and then when it's all said and done, it'll have one of these trim rings on it. Hopefully, if I can get them to fit. I'm going have to trim them down a little bit. And I'm pretty sure I can make them fit.
So, that should look pretty good.
All right, guys. So, after I got the lead out of the old quarters, got the old quarters off, got the new quarters on, you've got to put something back in its place. I don't use the lead, obviously.
And you can weld in strips and then grind it down and make it flush and do all that extra work. I don't do that.
This these jobs don't pay enough for that. I use the deer glass, the fiberglass. Let me show you what it looks like. So, after the quarter is put back on, this is after I've wiped fiberglass in it. This is the uh the filler GL the a shoot. Let me show you what it what the can says. It's not the fiber fill stuff that you see people using. This is fiberglass reinforced filler.
I've been using this for gosh, I don't know, long time, probably 20 years, and the stuff works good.
I haven't had no trouble out of it. But I will say, you see all these little holes in it?
Well, that's where I've went around it with a with a uh razor blade and I started picking at all the places where it looks like it's got hollow spots in under it because you don't want that.
You don't want to leave them and then body work this and then when you put your car out in the sun, you're going to start seeing blisters. Well, those blisters are the hollow places. You just wipe filler over this, there's still hollow places in this fiberglass. So, you got to pick those out with your razor blade or a pick and then go back and fill those hollow places in with more fiberglass or body filler and then do your body work.
Then you'll be good to go. This won't give no more trouble. As long as you welded it in solid like I did. See, I weld this in solid and then I wiped the fiberglass on it.
It'll it'll never give no trouble.
Right now at the moment, I am glassing this on because I've got this to where it don't ever have to come off again.
If somebody does want to take it off, they've had a bad day. This is not a Mustang to fear body kit. This is not one of them styles that's designed to come on and off. This was actually a whole entire fender made out of fiberglass and I cut all the body kit off of it and then I have put the body kit onto a metal fender. So, I did fiberglass a metal uh bracket on this with studs so that I could bolt this to the fender. I prepped that. I prepped the fender and then I glassed it and then I bolted it all together. This will never go This will never go anywhere. If you have to service the lights, you can do that.
You see, I've got the notches where you can get all the screws, take the headlights in and out easily if you need to service the lights. It ain't like those body kits to where have to take the front off just to be able to get to the light. I also cut the back sides or the fenders out in case you want to take those brackets out if you ever have to.
See how I cut the back of the fender out.
That will get a uh a splash shield either pot riveted or screwed back in its place. So that'll be hidden. I'm to the point now where I can fiberglass this panel. I went ahead and glass this was two pieces.
So, I went ahead and glassed this piece to this piece. I didn't use I don't use panel bond. That stuff pops loose.
I've had bad experiences with it. I don't use it. People need to stop asking me why I don't use it. That's why. It's It's good for a year or two. Over time, it will turn loose. It does not have a real good shear strength.
Okay. So, I use screws to hold my body kit on.
I'm going to fiberglass this to this panel. Screw it. Let it cure. Take the screws out. grind these places down and then squish fiberglass through the holes. All that's going to do is just help this bond to the fender even more because you're going to have fiberglass squish through these holes. Then it's going to squish through those holes.
Extra grip, extra bite. You can actually sand what goes through these holes. Go on the back side of the grinder, grind it off, rubberize it, do whatever you got to do. Good to go. We're not building. This is not going to be a 300, 400, $500,000 Eleanor. This is just a It's gonna be pretty. They're gonna be able to drive it. This is not something that's going to be sitting in the showroom getting sold for six figures.
It's going to be a nice car and this will work just fine.
All right, I guess it's time to put this on now.
So, I ground the backside body kit.
I, you know, basically scuffed up the fiberglass on the back side, roughed up the metal on this side.
We'll mix ourselves some fiberglass.
We'll smush it down between it and then buff it up.
That's a generous amount.
Squish it all down in there so when it cures it's got a lot of bite and it'll never fall off.
Now we just take a screwdriver out.
Grab the screw.
All the screws back in.
All right.
Let that cure.
I can go in on the backside and clean it up.
All right, go clean off my >> spreader.
I'm actually going to smush some fiber blast inside this crack here. And I'm going to put a couple screws in it. Let it cure.
So all this is seamless, one piece.
Lots of different ways to do this. I found over the years, this is just the easiest way for me to do it.
I'll I'll turn the screw in reverse to make this a actual hole so that when it's drilling through finger, it's not trying to push this part outward and bust it. See how it's trying to push that? Back it up.
Now drill the hole.
All right.
Now we'll take that off, prep it, and put it on.
Squirt the line.
That'll let us know where we need to clean up to.
There's that. I've done cleaned the back side of this. As you can see, ground it down.
We just need to prep this.
You cannot bond that to shiny surface.
It won't work.
All right. So, I got this prepped, scuffed up to 36 grit. Back side of my body kit prepped.
And I'm probably going to hit the edge of this too real quick cuz I want to eventually put fiberglass on this edge and just mold this into the car. I don't like this hard edge.
Yeah, let's go ahead and do that real quick.
So, anywhere there's going to be the green glass, top glass, you want to prep that. You don't want it just be on shiny surfaces or in this case, somebody primed this body kit and then stuck it to the car.
Right on.
And now they didn't sand it very good.
It's primer's coming off everywhere.
They bonded the body kit right on the shiny paint and it's it was all falling off.
Panel on for you.
Heat. Heat.
[music] >> [music] >> That's I've done ground this. I ground about 2 in of the lip of the flare on the inside.
Rest doesn't matter cuz it don't actually get glass on.
All right, here we go.
yet fell on the floor. I said I put suspension in here and then I had a company reach out and offer me some better parts.
So, we took that stuff back off and we're going to put the good stuff on it.
Well, I'll film that and maybe give their business some traffic from giving me these parts, showing them, but it's uh name of the company was Cat Cat Lights, I think. I have to go back and look.
Pretty nice guy.
He reached out to me.
He said, "Hey, I've I've improved that outdated suspension.
Would you be interested in it?" I said, "Oh, yeah."
Basically took the stuff that had bushings in it, rubber bushings, and put bearings in it.
You going to see me mixing up a bunch of this like, "Oh, that car is plum full of bond. No, it's junk."
Whoever thinks that, you're an idiot.
This is not putting bondo on your car.
So, this is bonding the body kit onto the car.
We have to have enough to go all the way around.
That might be enough possibly.
We'll try and see.
Don't want to put a whole lot of hardener cuz we don't want it to dry too fast.
It's hot in here.
All right, here we go.
You just want to put it on this edge right here.
All right, that should be good.
And the screwdriver's on. Nice. There it is.
You don't want to overtighten it. Just snug it.
All righty.
Awesome.
Now you just want to scoop it down to the flare.
All right. So, that's got all this front, all of this. Now, we've got this fender flare.
And that fender flare was already on. Or not fender flare, the side skirt was already on. I just fixed this front corner a little bit. It wasn't bonded.
Actually, it didn't like have any panel bond from here forward. So, I took a sawzaw and cleaned it up on the back side and then sanded it real good and I just packed it full of green glass.
Should be good. And uh we got all this bonded on now. Once this dries, I'll take all the screws out. I will grind into these holes a little bit to recess them so that when we do our body work, the heat won't make them show up. Like when you got your car in the sun, you don't want the sun to actually show each in each of these little holes. So what you do is you'll counter synink them a little bit and then fiberglass them with your green glass and then when you do your body work, you're good. It'll never show.
So that's the way I do it. I used to use the clamps, but the clamps would move a lot. And once this stuff is dried, it's dried. If it moves and this and this part moves and falls down, you're so that's why I use the screws. Screws tried and true. It works. I never had no trouble. I've got cars all over the world and so far, no complaints. So, fingers crossed.
All right, fellas.
This is the upper scoop. And this particular scoop came with studs.
that one loose. A lot of times it won't come with studs. So, what you have to do is just put you a couple screws, one here, one here, just to hold it in place until your fiberglass dries. And then you just take the screws out and fiberglass the hose up. In this case, we're going to adjust these nuts till they're just touching this body.
And we're going to go on the inside with some nuts. We're going to use that to hold the body kit in place.
Now, if you don't run those nuts up to the body and you just put nuts on the back side, what's going to do is just going to keep cranking down those nuts.
actually going to pull the fiberglass in and put essentially a dent in this fiberglass part. So, those jam nuts keep you from doing that. Now, I got to go find some quarter20 nuts cuz I don't have all of them.
Got to find some.
So, I prepped this. I ground the body kit on the inside. Put some green glass here and here. Bolt it up.
Clean up the edge before it dries. Then after it dries, come in here with a rattle can and just rattle can the crap out the inside of this scoop to cover the exposed metal. You don't want exposed metal anywhere. That'll keep it from rusting.
Spray some primer in there or some anything really.
complete on the scoop.
Just going on the inside now.
Now, what I'm only do is going on the inside and I'll kind of smear it around the inside from the scoop over to the quarter just to help it bond even more.
They'll email like, "Hey, we just I just seen your video. I'm emailing you.
You told me to."
And I'm not trying to be mean. It's just God, give me a break.
And then you got guys that you're like, "Oh, sorry. I can't work on your car."
They're like, "Hey, can you build me a car?" "No, I can't. I'm busy." And then next week, "Hey, can you build me a car?" "No, I can't. I'm busy." Week, "Hey, can you build me a car?" "No, I can't. I don't want that no more. Leave me alone. Won't call me again." "Oh, I'm sorry." Next week, same old [ __ ] I'm tired of it. Fix to change my number.
I work at Walmart or something. I'm sick of it.

>> I don't care. I work there for free.
Don't think I do this [ __ ] no more. I'm good. Tired of it. Work with me.

I'm the guy that can bring something to They can get a car built for 20, 30, $40,000 and they sell it for $250,000 and then they just say, "Hey, Flint, you care me another one?" Old buddy O'.

But I need to make sure it grinds. So a lot of hard on purpose cuz I want to make sure this stuff grinds good.

All right, guys. We're putting the fiberglass on the scoop.
It's been prepped. Yep. Yep. Yep. Been prepared the first time. So, >> yeah. I've been laughing out dumb asses.

I could put Hagerty insurance on it like your mom's got on her own.

This is technically a classic vehicle now for putting antique tags on it. Never had to put license plate on.

That's what I'll say. Between 6 and 8 miles to the gallon with no air conditioning and it drives like a log truck.
We used to drive now.
It needs some work.
So right here, I actually grind this to where it'll blend right into the quarter panel cuz you don't want to build up Bondi filler over onto the door just to try to make the scoop fit the car fit the door. So grind the scoop into the quarter. Make it flow into the tip of this quarter right here. And then you won't have to put nobody doing Heat.
Heat.
All I'm doing right now is just roughing in the fiberglass, you know, cleaning it up. And then I go back over with filler.
First, I got to fill in all these holes.
I got to counter sign them off. Fill them with glass off. Then I go over body.

So, I went ahead and took the headlights out cuz I'm going to go ahead and bore my hose here and here. Get all this ready for primer. Of course, I got to sand the I'm going to go ahead and sand all of the black uh I guess it's epoxy. I'm going to go ahead and sand all that that coating off. I don't know what they call it, EDP or EPD or something like that.
Electronically, something dipped. I'm going to sand all that off because a lot of times there's rust under this black and it will ruin a paint job. But yeah, so I'll get all this ready for primer.
I'm going to sand all the black off.
We're going to do our body work on our next video probably.
But the body kit is on. It's just roughed in. It's fitted really good.
Our doors are fitting nice. Got good gaps.
I ground this into the I ground it so it would flow into the edge of this quarter cuz we do not want to put body filler on our door cuz that's stupid. I see people doing that all the time and that's just dumb.
I'm going to actually body work the flares into the quarters. I don't want that hard edge on the flares. I don't want no hard edge on the scoops. I just think that's silly looking. It looks like a It just looks like a halfass way of doing anything.
So everything will be getting smooth into the body. You know, this is green fiberglass.
I'm going to countersink all my holes and then fill them with green fiberglass and then we'll do our body work.
But yeah, that's going to wrap it up for this video, guys. Like I said, I had the suspension on the front. We took that out because a guy sent us, real nice guy, sent us all this stuff. Well, he sent us this here and these. Let's see. I ain't even got them out yet. I opened the box and then I got sidetracked.
I might have to put y'all down to get it out.

He sells all kinds of just awesome parts. This is one of them. Took the bushing out and put bearings in it. So, this will probably never go bad ever again. Of course, this goes on these.
And then lower control arms. He put bearings in them also. So, there's a bearing in there. It's like a gimbal bearing.
Can't really see it.
It's like a ball with these reducers.
