[00:00:05]Hey guys. Um I'm just heading back down to to the jetty there um to um do some saw cuts and strip the boxing. Pretty sore. It's uh what is this? 20 7. I'm only just leaving home. Just loaded up saw and some hoses. Hope we got enough hoses to run around to. There's a couple of spots where we can put the hoses, but um like like taps, I suppose, to plug the hose in, but just hope we got enough length of hose. Um yeah, put them cuts in and strip the boxing and I'll probably knock off. I'm hoping to knock off by lunch. I'm just hoping the concrete's hard enough to cut. That's my only concern. But anyway, cuz otherwise I do it tomorrow, but tomorrow is Saturday and I've got a wedding to go to. So, um anyway, we should be right.

Um and yeah, I'm going to strip the formwork and just go from there.

[00:03:52]So, I just want to leave the excavator in here for the weekend. Just going to leave here, but I was going to cut that cut in. That's just a obviously textured mark, but it's just too green.

[00:04:06]So, um, only ones I've done I've literally only cut is just this little grain one here cuz I thought, "Oh, that crack." This is already like it. See where with one of the guys boxed up?

[00:04:17]That wasn't me. So, um, yeah, just so everyone knows, that wasn't my formwork right there. But, I just put that little one there. So, I think the only thing I'll show is I don't really know where to put any cuts. So, I'm just going to maybe leave just do one there where that comes into the bigger thing. These I'm obviously not going to put any cuts in.

[00:04:48]Probably should have went where the expansion joint was in the brick work, but but anyway, it's would have looked probably nicer, but that's halfway to there. It would have looked better there actually. One on that corner there, one there. Put one here. I didn't bother splitting one there. I did it there though for the drain. One in the middle there. And then I've only just done one here. I thought I thought that would be better. Just one there. So anyway, I'm um going to um just try to start stripping that box in. I'll show you the thing if I get if I get the faces off them steps.

[00:11:46]be interesting to know what everyone's using because these blades right now, these ones, these ox ones, they're like um you know, they're like um $350 a pop, so they get pretty expensive.

[00:12:01]But um I don't know if there's anything cheaper that's maybe around, you know, around the, you know, 150 for a blade would be ideal or$1 $100 a blade. I know you can buy the demo blades like that. $100 a blade. But but um yeah, it's hard to It's hard to um Yeah, it' be good to find something that's cheaper cuz I know if you cut I'm pretty sure if you cut re like harder concrete with these blades, they um the blade doesn't last as long cuz it's not designed for that. It's designed for green concrete. Anyway, I'll use that this old one first. See how we go and um yeah, go from there. All right, I'm just going to remark this.

[00:20:36]But guess what I did? I thought that was a text line and I didn't realize that was a text line. This was just a broom mark like a dag that was on the thing and I end up thinking it was a text line. So I cut it thinking that it was the cut. But anyway, it's all right. And then this one was the actual mark, like the span cuz they're like three and a half meter spans. But anyway, see that's one that's a bad one because it was done with the the other blade where I think the rest Well, you can see these ones up here, right?

Apparently all these ones are okay here because you can see these were done with the actual ox blade with the brand new ox blade. So that one and this one. See, they're a thinner a thinner cut, too. It's what I like.
