[00:00:00]Now we want to toggle our yielding limiter on and so we're going to hit this little switch and then it pulls up this bar and we're going to set it all the way up to high. So here at the beginning I'm getting no stance knee flexion like the definition was talking about. So this knee is really safe, almost like [music] a brake knee when you're stepping on it and weighted it's really giving you a lot of support.
