I Proved You Can Make $5,000/Month Selling a Product Online (Full Challenge)
Added:All right. So, I'm going to be showing you on how you can make $5,000 every single month this summer. We're going to jump straight into it. Cut all the talking. You want to make $5,000 monthly, right? This big number right here is your goal to make every single month this summer so you can buy what you want to buy. So, the business model is simple. We are the business, right?
This is us. We have a buyer, right?
Buyer can be John, Jane. They're not going to sign into anything, but they are going to search for products that we give them. They're going to choose a product and then they're going to make a payment which is going to be cash basically digital dollar and then they're going to complete it. This cash will go to our business which is our bank account. Let's take it step by step. So number one most important thing is what we're going to be selling and that is a the product. What product will we be selling to this customer right here which is the buyer. We are going to pick existing products that other people already make and we are just going to sell those to people that want it. Now, AliExpress kind of bridges the companies that are manufacturers in countries like China or the United States and others and then also people like us that want to access those products and sell it to other people for a higher price. For example, this tablet is selling for $51 on AliExpress. I could buy it, order it to my house, and then sell this person, the buyer, this brand new tablet for only $100.
This buyer, is going to end up buying the tablet for $100. But we, the business, bought it for only $50, as you can see right there. So, we are going to make a juicy $50 in profit right here, cuz they paid 100, we bought it for 50, we get left with 50 bucks. We're doing all this online automated, but at a big scale to make you $5,000 a month. Now that you know the fundamentals what we're doing, we're going to select the product, make the website for it very, very easily. You don't need to know anything about building websites. All you got to do is copy me, set up the payment system for it. Again, you don't need to know anything about it. You just got to copy me, and then we're going to sell it. Hopefully, that sounds pretty doable to you. But if it sounds complicated, hard, or you just can't do it, just watch the video. Even if you're not going to do it, it should give you some ideas on what else you can do to make 5,000 a month. It's a really simple concept. It's really easy to do. I'm literally going to do it in front of your face. Step one, I'm going to pick a product. Now, the product is really important. All I did was I asked Chat GBT, the AI use, what is the top products that are selling right now in the industries. And basically, it came out with these octopod thingies. Uh they're like these things you put on the back of your phone, as you can see right here. And I thought this one was pretty cool. Basically, you can put like a credit card in it. It's a stand. Um not a big high ticket item, meaning it's not a big price. It's looks like it's for 99 cents right now to buy. There's been 92 of them sold, which is nice. And then the shipping on this is $6 per one, which is pretty expensive, but when you're buying cheap stuff off of AliExpress, which is pretty much the number one site to go to. Um, shipping is going to be a little expensive. Now, I found my product, but you're probably wondering, how in the world do you create yours? And it's really simple.
All you have to do is go on Tik Tok or Instagram or ask the AI and pick something. Now, how are people going to buy this product from us? Well, we need to create a website just like nike.com where you can go buy uh a shoe. This one is $145 A2. Still loading blue. That's pretty nice. You select the size, you press add bag, and then you purchase it.
So, there's somewhere to purchase it.
That's what we're going to do. Same thing here. Somebody's going to go to our site and they're going to be able to purchase this. Now, we can get all complicated, write a bunch of code here, and then post it to the internet, but we're not going to do that. We're going to use a tool that's going to do it for us. We are going to be using a software called Lovable AI. You may have heard of it. It's getting pretty popular. Um, basically, it's this AI that makes websites for you. Please note, I am not paid a dime by Lovable to make this video or promote them. I do have an affiliate link which you can use in the description down below, and I do get paid for that, but I'm not paid. I'm not sponsored by them for putting it in the video. I put it in the video because I think it's a really good tool you can use when you're trying to get up to $5,000 a month. Once you sign up, you're going to get like this dashboard here.
Um, and basically you can type anything into this bar. We're also going to be using ChateBT. I'm on the paid version.
You can use the free version, but uh sometimes you got to spend money to make money. It's the name of the game. So, let's get started. Now, this is our product and instead of copying the link because AliExpress actually blocks Chat GBT's view to view this web page, we're going to screenshot this right here. So, I screenshotted it right here. And now, we're going to go over to ChatGBT, we're going to uh paste this in there, and we're going to basically tell it, hey, this is what I'm working on. So, I told ChatGBT, which you can copy, hey chat, I'm working on a business where I'll be drop shipping. Yes, we are drop shipping. And if you're about to click off the video because you think drop shipping is dead or it doesn't work in 2026, that's completely false. You can make money with pretty much anything.
It's probably because you're doing it wrong. I started drop shipping when I was 14 years old and I failed eight times until I was 16. It's very doable.
I promise you, you're just doing it wrong. I want to make a website with lovable. Nice. Make it friendly for females 18 to 24 age range. That's correct. We're going to be selling this to females on TikTok that are 18 to 24 years old. I obviously realize no 55year-old male is going to be buying a Octopod case or at least most of the time they're not going to be buying it.
So, since I want to make money off of this, I have to put it in front of people that are actually going to buy it or have the highest odds on buying it.
Make it easy to read and understandable.
This is one of the big things I see when people build a website. I've spent a lot of money on websites. I've built a ton of them. Um, people make it too complex.
Just make it really easy, really simple.
Less is more. Less content, more straight to the point. And also make it a one pager. One page. All you can go is in one page. Maybe a cool design with images explaining a cool card holder and octo sticky thing. And then I said, this is the most important thing. Make a prompt for lovable AI. Also, quick tip.
This will change your entire AI experience forever. Um, make sure you're always on the thinking model. Um, it's going to give you way more comprehensive prompts. Um, better prompt. It's just going to make everything better. I'm going to send that off to my chat. And as you can notice, it gave me a really nice prompt. There's one thing we haven't done yet. We need a name for our business. And as you can see, it's recommending Sticky Wallet or Grip Glow Wallet. So, I'm wondering if anything is trademarked. Really important. don't want to start a website when something is trademarked, meaning somebody paid the right to have that name exclusively for themsel. If you end up doing something that is trademarked, you are going to get sued. Do not do that. Or we don't want to use anything that's already being used so there's no confusion when somebody looks up your website. So, this is called uh Pocket Pop. I like this right here. Let's do Pocket Pop. Okay, we're going to do Pocket Pop. So, we're going to be using Pocket Pop. We'll do this one. I'm going say, "Okay, great. Let's now update that prompt. So, as you can see, this is our whole prompt. We're going to copy it right here, all down there. We're going to go back to our beautiful, lovable AI, which is right here. And we're basically going to paste this whole thing in. Now, when we press enter, you're going to see um I have to spend some money.
Unfortunately, I already had to use my uh free trial credits on creating exactly what we're about to create because I had to make sure this all works before I'm going to post a YouTube video. Um, so I'm going to have to buy a data plan. Now, I'm going to buy the $25 a month one. That's all good to me. I'm going to press upgrade. All right. So, I just purchased this. I don't know why it's in Japanese. I just purchased uh my lovable subscription. So, now I'm going to have 100 credits, which is going to be more than enough for what we're going to be able to do here. Um, I do have a referral link down below for Lovable.

So, if you want to use it, go ahead and buy yourself something nice. So, as this is generating and making our site, I do want to point out that we did have to spend $25 a month. We can cancel it whenever we want for the lovable subscription. Can you do this stuff for free? You probably could figure out how to do it. But if you're trying to make thousands of dollars or in this case up to $5,000 a month, you probably want to spend some money. It's 25 bucks. It's not going to kill your bank account if it doesn't work out. You have to take some risks. The website is now finished.
You could see on the right here, this is how it turned out. We can uh go ahead and press this button right here, which is going to pull up a preview in this next browser. Um, as you can see, it's pretty nice. Pretty nice. Now, what we're going to do is we're going to press control shift I on Windows. Or what you can do is just rightclick and press inspect and then go over to this thing right here. It's going to show this tablet or icon uh phone looking thing because we want to view it in mobile view. So, how I'm going to end up marketing this, which I'm going to completely share my marketing strategy later in the video. When I get to that later in the video, I'll talk about how we're going to be using the platform Tik Tok to grab our customers and bring them towards to buying our product. But before we get into that, we got to finish this. So, this is what it looks like on mobile phone. Remember, if people are coming from TikTok, they're probably going to be using their iPhone or their Android. And uh this is, you know, it's um it's pretty dang good for doing about what 3 minutes worth of work. But one of the biggest things I think we need to change here is well first of all the images cuz this is not what the product looks like and these are just placeholders. But also there's just way too much content here. Um this is pretty cool. I like this. I think we can get rid of this. So what we're going to do is we're literally just going to tell uh Lovable to get rid of this. So we're going to screenshot this. We're going to go back to Lovable and say I want you to remove this section. So now that we told Lovable to remove this section, I also want to see what other sections we want to remove. So another section I think we should remove is we're already removing I believe uh this one. I want to keep this one, but I think this one's also pretty good, but I do like this. So we do have to realize though what images we're working with.
So it doesn't look like it gives us much about actually opening it up or Oh, this is good. That stands there. That stands there. Uh, there's a credit card in that one, but there's also video. So, let's watch this. So, the person's there. They pick it up and they can slide a card in, which is cool. So, that can be good.
They pop it out, which is cool. So, here's what we're going to do. We could take this video, put it in the website.
But, I really do like this design. So, we're going to take three images and replace it with these. So, I'm going to also remove this one. So, we're going to remove this section, too. And we're going to tell it to remove these sections. So remove these sections. And it should give us with a little more um less room. Okay.
So that is done. It said it removed it.
And there we go. It's all done. Now the next thing we're going to do is we're going to give it I think we're going to give it these images. So carrier cards is the next one. But I think what we're going to do instead is because these are actually AI generated these images. What I want to do is I actually want to give it the content of what this is and say, "Hey, go make it yourself." So, what I'm going to do is I'm going to screenshot these images right here. I'm gonna tell Lovable, "Hey, my man. Uh, this is what the product actually looks like. Can you redo the images?" So, I'm essentially screenshotting all of these. And what I'm also going to screenshot is because there are multiple colors for this one, I'm going to end up screenshotting the other colors as well. So, I'm going to say, "Hey, these are the actual uh product pictures. Please update your AI generated images to look exactly like the product." So, we're going to see what it comes up with. All right. So, it finished that and I made a change. So, right here, I only did two colors that you could get. Um, just because there's multiple colors, and I could have added all these, but at the same time, I kind of wanted to uh save myself a little bit of time just doing the pink and the orange to make this video a little faster, more efficient, and also just for my time as well. But what I did end up doing was maybe a little mistake because right here, it AI generated these images with what I gave it, and this looks nothing like the product. So, what I'm going to end up doing, I'm just going to take the loss on this time and I'm going to go back to lovable.
Basically, go back to the section I said to delete this. I'm going to screenshot it and I'm going to say bring it back.
So, it's going to do that. And then we should be almost finished with the website. So, it just replaced it right here. Now, this website's looking a little better, little easier to manage.
What I'm going to end up doing is I'm going to finish this up myself and then I'm going to see you guys roughly in about 3 seconds to show you what happened. Okay, so it's been about I want to say 15 minutes later, 20 minutes later and I finally finished and I'm going to show you guys what it looks like right now. As you can see, we went through a couple of things here. Um, basically telling it to remove some stuff, add some stuff, change some of the wording. Overall, it did a really good job. I basically told it to remove the top buttons, the top image. You can see here. So, it just makes it really simple on um the user or the customer in this case to just buy it. Press buy now.
Goes down there. See how it works? Goes down there. Um also, I told it um to change some of the subtitling. So, um basically just kind of simplified this a bit when it came down to this.
Simplified this. Added a profile picture here just to add kind of that more human nature aspect. remove the footer. So, it's just really simple. Up here, I removed the add to cart. So, all you can do is buy. That's all you can do. You can press your color, buy now. Cool.
Check out. You're done, right? You can add things there. Um, another cool thing is that I added a gray color. Like I said, I was only going to do two, but actually what Lovable did, which is pretty cool, is um it took the same mockup photo, as you can see here, and just do the same thing there, which I thought was really cool. Um, so I'm like, "Okay, since that worked the second time, didn't work the first time." I'm like, "All right, we can do that." So, we made multiple colors, literally the same exact photo, same product, it's just different photos. I told it to enhance the photos cuz it was really blurry, hard to see. So, it enhanced it, made a lot better. I added this Tik Tok launch deal. If you're coming from Tik Tok, you get the the deal. Um, it's 20% off. I'm selling it for $23.99 instead of $30. Um, so yeah, I think it's a really good site actually for what we need. And let's say if you add um this, you get to add that. And then if you want to add this, there you go. You get two. But there's one thing we haven't done, and that's the logo.
So, we need to make a logo. And actually, what I'm going to do is I'm going to just tell livable, hey, uh, we need a logo. Provide me apng file for that logo. So, now we can actually download the logo. So, let's see what it comes up with. All right.
So, it should be done now. And this is the new one. Way better. We just make it simple. That's all we care about. So, what we're going to do is go to the actual file and we're going to download this. Um, unfortunately, it's going to look like that. So, what we're going to actually have to end up do doing is we're going to click this. I'm just going to I'm going to screenshot. So, I just screenshotted that. And now we have this here. And what I'm going to do is I'm just going to save this. So I ended up saving the pocket pop um logo. And basically now what I'm going to do is I'm going to say take the recent logo we made and replace it with that P profile at the top and make the favicon which is important the logo as well. Now it's all good. Favicon's all good to go. And this is the site, ladies and gentlemen. It's done. Just like that, we completed a site that could for sure produce $5,000 a month. Um, and we'll see how much that holds up. We'll see with the marketing what we do. But now we need to list it somewhere. So, there's two ways you can go here. So, this is the fourth chapter of the video. The first chapter was explaining the business model. The second chapter was picking the product.
And the third chapter was building the website. Now the fourth chapter is hosting the website to actually sell and collect the money. So the first thing we can do is go to system.io. Now I've used this in the past and this website basically you can make sales funnels, make websites and stuff like that. But one of the things we can do is um you can basically make a checkout page. So, for example, if we go over to salesfunnels over here, um, and go to let's go to testing. Um, we can do a checkout page. And this basically looks like this. So, it's a check out page.
People can fill in their credit card number in here. Um, and then they basically can buy it. This was a product I was selling before, Caloburn. I think I made like 5,000 off of it. Um, it was kind of like a test project, but I did it all through here. And System.io is really cool. It's really good for selling digital products. But what we also can do is we can actually attach this to Shopify.
And through Shopify, we can end up connecting them. So I think what we're going to do is go through Shopify. So what you also can do is you can go to londonugs.com. It is a horrible website. Okay, let's do that. So, I'm going to log into my account right here. So, I'm logging in and this is an old account of mine. Uh, it's called Fit Revolution. If you guys remember those videos, that was way back in the day. Um, and I'm going to go to online store. And, uh, right now what we currently have is this. And you're like, whoa, London, this what do you mean? You already built this product? Yeah, because I was testing it out for the video and making sure this stuff is actually going to work so we can actually make money in the video. Um, so we have this, but this stuff sucks because we have something way better and it's this over here. So, what we need to do, we need to get the Shopify admin link. I'm going to paste mine right here. So, it's going to pretty much look like this. Connect store and we uh Oh, okay. So, it worked. Yes. We're g to install. There we go. Baba. Look at that, y'all. Technology is so cool, huh?
So, it says, "Your current site is built around a single hardcoded product, Pocket Pop Wallet with custom photos, color variants. Want me to wire it and load the real products from your Shopify store and use a storefront API checkout?
If yes, to keep the pocket okay, we don't want any of this crap. We're going to delete all this stuff. We don't care about any of this." Um, so what we're going to do is all this stuff is being deleted and we basically need a new product cuz how are we going to sell something? So let's see if Lovable can do it. And whoa, look at this. It's creating the product. I'm going to go to the bathroom and let this make our product. Too much information. Yeah, probably. So it made our product in Shopify. So we can go to Shopify. We can reload this screen right here and we can see.
Look at that. Also, what I ended up doing was um I changed the description because it kind of changed the description. And what I did is I added a quantity buyer or we can call it a volume buyer. So, if somebody buys two, they get 10% off. Blah blah blah. And it basically did that. So, down here, it added it. And if somebody buys one, it's $23.99. Buy two, you get 10% off. Buying 361. That just helps us out. So what we're going to do is we're going to also say hey um let's say how many in quantity do we have available of each variant color. So I said I can see your pocket pop wallet products have these variants.
However, uh okay so we can't see that's fine. What I'm going to do now is I'm going to go into the products. So it looks like total inventory is zero and that's fine because we actually have it selling even when it's out of stock I believe. So yeah, sell when it's out of stock on. So we don't even care about the the inventory. So basically, is the website all done? Yeah, it's pretty much all done. All right. So now what we ended up doing is we just published our site. So as you can see, we published it. And now what we're going to do is we're not actually going to see it in uh Shopify here. As I just figured out, we're not going to see it here. Okay?
It's not going to be here. So, Lovable actually connects with Shopify for the checkout process. So, for example, we paste our URL in here, which you should probably buy a domain. Um, but we'll just use this for now. We paste our domain in here. Now, as you can see, this is our website. Looks really cool, really good. And if we press buy now and actually add, let's say, two of them to cart. We added it to cart. It says check out with Shopify. We can do that. And boom, it brings it in here. And it actually connects with Shopify cuz it's all in here. And um it applies the discount code already and whatnot. And we can buy. So that's really freaking cool. Now ladies and gentlemen, our website is done. We can start chapter five, which is selling the product.
There's multiple ways you can market your product. Now, one of them is the organic marketing. So, that's social media is why you're just scrolling on your phone and you see a post about a pocket pop wallet. You end up going to the post, the bio of the post, clicking on that link and buying it. For me, all I had to do was post a picture of it and somebody bought it. So, that means it was free marketing. That's the key thing here. It is free to do organic marketing. Now on the other side, we have the same customer, but we supercharge that process. And we actually pay to get our pictures of our wallet in front of your eyeballs. And that is called paid marketing. Free advertisement and paid advertisement.
Which is better? Well, it depends on what your needs are and how fast you want to meet them, especially when you're starting up a new product. In my case, I'm pretty dang good at paid advertising. I've spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on ads. And for this video, I'm going to be doing paid advertising because um it's going to give me the results really fast for one, the video, which is important, but two, it's just what I do in my general business as well. But free organic marketing is also really good, and I have a couple videos of me doing that as a challenge. So, there's a couple platforms that we can uh advertise from.
One of them being Tik Tok, which is obviously a very big platform. Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram. I'm going to go with uh Tik Tok in this case. I feel like a lot of the current audience that is going to be buying this 18 to about 24 25 year old females will be buying this product majority. Also, Snapchat we may try later in the video. Now, if you're going to do paid advertising, even if you're not, I suggest you watching this part cuz you'll probably end up doing it later on. What you need to know is that you'll have something called an ad manager where you can manage all your ads. Now, to do Tik Tok ads, I do have another referral offer, and this one's pretty dang cool, and that's for Tik Tok ads. Tik Tok and I partnered up a long time ago uh to give you this affiliate offer. And if you click the Tik Tok one, basically, you get up to $6,000 in credits, which is awesome. All right, so I logged into my ad manager. This is what it looks like. My Tik Tok ad manager. This is for my YouTube account, which is sick. There you go. London Nugs. That used to be the name of my channel. If you're an OG, you're an OG.
And basically, when it comes to a ad manager, they all kind of feel the same.
Um, this is where your campaigns will be. So, kind of your advertising. And then you can go into your ads as well.
So, this is just a bunch of test stuff that I ran for a YouTube video that I think I was trying to record like a year ago and I didn't end up doing it cuz I think it failed. But regardless of that, we're going to post an ad. Now, obviously, when it comes to posting ads, what ad are you going to post, right?
you need to make something that a customer is going to click on and then end up driving an action which means for our case buying our product and that is this pocket pop wallet. So what I think would be a really good ad is if we took maybe this video and we kind of chopped it up and kind of created this smooth ad. What we're looking for is something that's not going to kind of explode in value. meaning we're not trying to get super rich off of this thing, right?
We're just trying to get to a point where we can make $5,000 a month. Or maybe this product makes a couple thousand and then you get the experience to build two more, three more and now you know how to do it again and again.
Rinse and repeat and you can get up to that $5,000 mark. What we're trying to do for this video and what I'm trying to do to help you watching the video is just give you kind of like the blueprint on how to do it. So then once you do it, you can experiment and then through trial and error get better and better and better, but showing you an actual step-by-step way of how to do it from start to finish. So with that being said, we're going to download this video. All you have to do is inspect this.

Um, and well, you can download it on your phone. You can download it on your computer. I really recommend it. It's what I use. Now, funny enough, as you can see, I was editing a past video, which hopefully will be posted sometime soon. This is Diego, one of my business partners, and we were talking about something pretty cool in a video. So, in this page, as you can see, I have a lot of videos in here. Some that are a little interesting than others. I don't know what my little dog is doing there.
So, it doesn't look little in that picture. Uh, we're going to press create new project. And what we're going to do is upload that video. And we're going to go to this ratio thing down here. And we're going to press it. And we're going to press this thing right here. And it's going to be 9:16. So, that's kind of the the frame of what your phone is. It's 9:16. It's also 3 in the morning. So, you got to you got to leave a like for me because I'm recording this at 3:00 a.m. So, what I'm going to do now is I'm going to take this video, okay? And I'm going to basically go, yo, and zoom in like crazy. So, this is pretty much the whole video. Um, it kind of sucks. Now, I can go through on how to uh strategically make ad creatives, but unfortunately, it would just take too long and I don't have the time in this video. So, if you would like to see a video like that, leave a like, let me know. And you may be wondering, which brings a good point up now, like, London, why aren't you taking advantage of this? If I can make $5,000 a month, why would you share this on the internet with other people? First of all, I know probably at least 10% of whoever is watching this video is actually going to take the advice and go try to do it. So, I'm not worried about any competition.
But second of all, I already had a marketing agency that generated millions and millions of dollars in revenue. So, I already had my own success in this.
With that being said, I moved on from that marketing agency, which is pretty cool that it came to a full picture. Um, and basically I can let these strategies go as maybe if it sounds selfish, it sounds selfish, but gatekeeping these type of strategies, these type of business models cuz I wasn't really sharing this much in depth on how to use like AI like lovable or Shopify codecs, actually showing you an ad manager, going through it. I was kind of gatekeeping a lot of that just because it was my business. That's how I was making money and I didn't want the whole internet knowing. Now that I moved on to that to bigger things, which I can say with, you know, full gratefulness that I got to the level where I'm at, um, I can kind of share it with you guys and hopefully it helps a lot of y'all and you all can uh do well and later down the line hopefully I can come out with uh some cool stuff that we can all unite together as really good marketers. Anywh who, that's why it doesn't really matter to me anymore that I'm sharing it cuz I'm not in my marketing agency anymore.
With that being said, we got to edit this. So, I think what I'm going to do is a lot of this stuff is really static.
What I can use from this is this thing right here. So, this clip, this clip right here, that's literally probably all I can use. And all this stuff is pretty trash. So, what I did there is I basically just split it. You can right click and press uh split scenes. Or if you're on uh Windows, you can press CtrlB and that splits. If you want to know more about Cap Cut, watch a bunch of tutorial videos. It's really easy. It's probably the easiest software to use for editing. Guess what? I have a referral link down below if you want to use Cap Cut. So yeah, I have a lot of referral links as you could tell. The reason, which you're probably not asking, is because in my past marketing agency, LPL Digital, um, our whole business was around promoting promotional offers. So, affiliate offers. So, like for example, with Shopify that I showed you, we would get custom affiliate offers that we would promote through ads, through organic stuff. So, that's why I'm really good at all this stuff. So, I have a lot of cool like exclusive contracts with some big companies. One thing's for certain, we don't have enough content.
So, one thing I'm going to do is I'm going to go on Tik Tok. I accidentally left on the audio for my desktop so you couldn't hear a word I was saying. After I watched some cool two Tik Toks, I searched up OctoPad Pod type of videos on Tik Tok. I do this to get some inspiration on advertisements or organic videos that other creators or marketers are making. And this video that I'm talking about right here was ran by another marketer who has his own, I assume, company drop shipping this or maybe he owns the product himself. And what I'm explaining here is something called a spark ad. Just to explain it really quickly because it's important to know, a spark ad basically means you post an organic video on your Tik Tok account and then you can go into Tik Tok ads and promote it so it looks like it's organic and not a paid advertisement.
This is a really smart strategy that a lot of marketers like myself will use.
So, what we're going to do is we're going to copy this video and we're going to use AI to make something like this.

Paste it. Download. Basically, it's going to let us download it um without the watermark. Download the video. We get it right here. We're going to go back to our friendly AI. So, I said we are making a Tik Tok ad for our product.
As you remember from the screenshot I shared, please make sure uh from our product, these images are from our product. Come up with five different AI images. I basically said, look at this video. This is what they did. Give me five images so I can make my own. So, we are finished. So, this is the first thing it came out with. Not good. What I had to end up doing was like, hey, let's do the pink one. That one kind of sucked. And then I had to isolate them.
So, I basically said, hey, we need it in a 916 format for the first one. Make this. And it did. And then I kept isolating them. Got better and better.
And then I wanted to make it with a girl dancing. So you can stick it on the wall. It's not even stuck on the wall.
So we had to redo that one. Redo that one again. Redo this one again. And then finally it got on, right? Which is really cool cuz it looks like a realistic photo. So what we're going to do now is we're going to save these. I'm going to download these images. And you're allowed to use AI images for ads on Tik Tok as long as you disclose their AI images, which we are going to do.
Kind of put it in this format. So, kind of we have this. Now, we're going to crunch all these really short so that they're super quick and to the point.
We're going to put this one first cuz this is more human like. Um, but we need to kind of make a move. So, we can put kind of a flashing thing in here. And I'm going to make this really short transitions. So, it literally looks like this.
Now, you're wondering, London, that is not a good ad. I know it's not a good ad. So, what we need is more pictures like this because this is more humanbased. Okay, so I just said I came up with this, but this was horrible. So, I'm like, hey, we have to redo that, but remember the product looks like this.
So, this is fine. Um, we're going to download this. Gives us more variety to play with here. kind of thinking of the transitions I want. Yeah, look at this.

And then this one, we kind of want to do the same thing. And we can do some of the bouncy rush. Bouncy rush.

Yeah. Look at that. That's pretty dang good. So, if you guys may notice, it's kind of images. Now, is this an ad that's going to make us $5,000 a month?
Most definitely not. But it's not supposed to make us $5,000. So, if that ad that took me 5 minutes to do ends up getting a couple sales and maybe breaks even or even if it's at a slight loss on the ad or even in profit, that means that this product has the potential to make a lot of money because if an advertisement like that can do it, most definitely a good one can. Now, when you need to get to the good ones, and I'll get into that as we go on to this awesome series on this YouTube channel through the out the summer, which I hope you guys are enjoying. Um, we'll use something like arcade ads where you can actually do AI videos with people promoting the product. Um, like for example, there's some good ones on here.
These ads you're watching are all AI, which is crazy cuz they're very believable. So, yeah, we'll get into that as it goes on. Maybe I can reach out to them, get a partnership going. I don't know. Arc ads, if you're watching this, hit me up. Anywh who, we're going to make a campaign and we're going to set it for the morning. Now, this is really important. Now, I'm what some would say a master when it comes to uh doing paid advertising cuz that's what I've been doing most of my life. I'm 20 and I started doing paid advertising when I was 12, so that's almost half of my life um I've done doing ads. We're going to press create up here. Now, I'm not going to go too in depth on the objectives, but these are really important about what ad you want to do.
If you have like a service business, um you're going to do most likely lead genen to get those leads and clients and stuff, but we aren't a service business.
I'm going to go for a either traffic, b video views, uh sales, which is pretty important on our website, or uh reach, which is awareness. Now, I have a very interesting strategy when it comes to doing paid advertising. If I'm testing a new product like we are right now, I'm going to probably do traffic. And that sounds crazy to some people because you're not optimizing, but I think it's pretty good. So, I'm calling it market discovery to see if there's a market for this, sending them to a website. The goal is to click uh target CPA, don't worry about that. Um CPC, we don't need to worry about all that jazz. Basically, daily budget. I'm going to do a We're selling this product for $23.99. Hopefully, I think we can get most people to buy the two of them because they probably want to buy it for their friend or something like that. So, how it goes. Um, but also our ad is not great. Like, maybe some of y'all think it's pretty good. Like, it's it's really not that horrible of an ad. Um, we're going to add some music to it and whatnot, but it's really not that bad of an ad. It's just obviously not a good ad because of that. But I always take that in cons consideration cuz if we do do a good ad um well the budget's going to be a little different and the campaign's going to be different. But this is what we call a market discovery ad which is most of the times not going to be great cuz we don't want to spend a lot of effort into doing an ad that may not perform because you know they make a lot of ads. I'm going to end up spending 40 yeah $40 a day. That's what I'm going to do. And I'm going to start it um what is today? June 2nd. It's currently 3:30 in the morning. So, salute to all y'all still watching. Please give me a salute as well. I need it. I'm tired. We're going to put this at I'm going to start running this ad at 8:45 in the morning. I mean, time when you start the ad, it really doesn't matter to be honest with you. Um, I always used to think that it mattered at what time you start the ad at. I've started the ad at 5 in the morning, 6:00 in the morning. Like, it doesn't really matter.
What you do need to know though is what time zone you are in. So, I am in Los Angeles. Um, close to LA. That's my time zone. So, basically 8:45 a.m. in New York is 11:45 a.m. So, I got to be aware of that. So, I'll run this continuously.
Um, and then we'll do demographics. This is where it gets important. Um, we're going to do this 18 to 24 females because that's who I believe are going to buy the product. potentially 25 to 34. Yeah, screw it. Why not? Let's do both of those. Um, languages doesn't really matter for languages. Um, custom audience, nope, we don't need any of that. Detail targeting. This it's it's it's kind of a hit or miss because one thing about Tik Tok, and this is from purely my experience, is if you're doing an ad, Tik Tok is really good at taking your ad that's really broad and generic. So right now our available audience is 30 million to 36 million people. That's a lot. And we're not targeting anybody with interest unless they're either 8 years old or to 34 years old and they're a female. But the thing is is that we can target people if they like bikes, if they like computers, if they like blah blah blah.
Now, one thing Tik Tok's really good at is they'll take a whole audience and let's say like this random person clicks on her ad. They're gonna inspect why did that person clicked on our ad? What do they like? And they're going to start showing that to other people. So, they're really good at that. And I think maybe we just let Tik Tok do its thing.
And depending on how well it goes, we can optimize it a little more. I think what we're going to do in this video, and you'll see, is I'm going to run the ad for 2 days. Like first day, we'll let Tik Tok do its thing, market discovery, use the data that we get, and then I'll go ham and I'll do a really tailored ad, and I'll try to make a lot of money off of it. Um, maybe do a $100 spend or 200.
I don't know. I'll try to do something to make the video entertaining. Um, show you guys the possibilities. But yeah, let's let's just first get the data first. Everything's about getting data.
So, the more data you get, the more you can use it to make a lot of money and blah blah blah. That's how I made most my money. So, let's let Tik Tok do its thing. Be really generic, broad audience. Let's do all Let's do all um all spending power. And we're gonna actually do Yeah, we'll do we'll do $40.
All we're trying to get is data here. Do we expect to get a sale? Maybe not.
Maybe we don't expect to get any sale.
Um but maybe we do. You never know. And then we get to the actual ad. So, we're going to do cap cut. So, we're going to press website URL and we're going to go over to And some of y'all may think this is crazy, but we literally all we need to do is we're going to use the same domain. we got like think about it.
They're they're going on an iPhone. Most of the time you don't pay attention to the URL. You go on an iPhone. You may think you do, but you really don't.
Especially when you're clicking on an ad and you're from Tik Tok. We're going to then paste this in here. That's where our ad is. Now, there's something really important called a pixel. And think of a pixel like a statistic software that you or robot that you put into your website.
And then it basically tells you how long somebody's staying on your website, what are they looking at, where are they from, blah blah blah. It's really important if you're going to do um like audience targeting. So, for an example, we ran for Evolvant uh one of the business models in Evolvant uh that we do is influencer uh marketing, but I use a pixel for Evolvant. We ran some ads to get some more clients on LinkedIn because I want to know where are they clicking on the website? um what interests them and how long are they staying on it? Like do we need to move something on the website to make this a little more interesting or blah blah blah. And then creative asset. We're going to add create new videos. It's going to bring you to this cool page.

Paste your ad and it's going to go in here. And then um once it's done, we're going to add some music over it so it's not complete silence. So now you can see right here, video's on. And now we need to create our actual ad. What we have to do here since I haven't used this ad account in a year was you used to do custom identity and say whoever you were on the kind of like the profile but now you can't anymore. So I have to link a Tik Tok account and what we need to do is uh create a new one. What I'm going to do is create an organized own Tik Tok account which should be really simple.
Um this was linked to okay this was my marketing agency actually uh LPL Digital. There you go. So as you can see it's called LPL Digital. So, um, that's actually going to hurt probably a little bit. I'm just going to be honest. It's probably going to hurt the conversion rate a little bit. Now, in your case, uh, whatever your company name is, do it. So, if you're going to do multiple products and test around, um, do a generic name. Do like, um, don't do Pocket Pop wallet, right? Do maybe, um, for example, mountainous. Mountainous. I don't know what that means, but mountainous. And if a product doesn't work, you can do another thing, but the brand name is under mountainous. You know what I mean? So, you always can have your identity, which is mountainous. Also, if I was really serious about this, I would create a Tik Tok account. It's not hard to do that. I mean, it takes like 3 minutes. I would create a Tik Tok account called Pocket Pop, whatever our name was. Wallet selling point. We'll do do 10%. I think it's 10% off. Or did we do 20? Let's see. We did 20. Wow, they're getting such an amazing deal. 20% off. So, 20% off. That's great. So, here we go. Call to action. This uh contains AI generated content, which is important to say. Um, we have to say that if we don't, we are going to get banned and you do not want to get banned from ad managers. Believe me, I've been banned many of times um from stuff I did not know um even when I triple check.
So, just just don't get banned cuz it is really hard to get a new account, especially when you've been banned before. Uh, if you're advertising on like Facebook, so Meta Ads, Instagram, all meta, do not get banned. Do not get banned. It's like the worst experience ever. Um, it took me forever to get an account that I could actually sell on there or advertise on there. Again, Snapchat kind of the same thing. Um, Tik Tok's a little more lenient, but just do everything by the book. do everything right. Yeah, that's pretty much it. One thing that we did not go through is I kind of want to go through the campaign a little bit with you guys just super quickly because there's one thing we didn't do and um and that is right here placement and brand safety. So, we don't want automatic placement. Now, this is a little sauce, little trick up my sleeve.

So, we are going to go through here. Um, and I think we actually have to redo our ad because of that. So, um, I'm sorry if you already did your ad. You have to redo it. Extra practice for you. Take off Pangle. Pangle sucks. Nobody likes Pangle. I'm sorry. We just don't want Pangle. We have allow video downloading.
I don't like to put this on. I turn this off. Now, when it comes to market discovery, like our ad right now, almost guarantee you nobody's going to be stealing my ad because it's not a great ad because it's market discovery. Um, but when you get into making like more sophisticated ads and ads that are actually performing really well for you, you're going to want to turn this off because it's just more competition.
People are going to try to steal it.
They're going to try to make money on it. And that's happened to me. I've had an ad before that had over an eight rorowaz. So rorowaz means return on ad spend. And I'm going to talk about that tomorrow. But return on ad spend basically means if you're spending $100 and the ad brings in $800 of revenue, your row is eight, right? Because one to800 is eight. That means you're making eight times your original investment. So essentially somebody stole my ad that I was doing at 8 row and it was crushing.
Um, and as soon as that guy stole it, other people started stealing it cuz he started stealing from him and then it dwindled all the way down and the next couple of days it wasn't even profitable anymore. So, I like to turn that off.
It's market discovery though, we can keep it on. Whatever. Allow video sharing. Sure, that's fine. Normally, I would turn both of these off depending on what type of products I'm selling here. If it's more if it's harder to get in, like if it's harder to replicate and stuff, I would turn this on because they can share with their friends. But I would do this and then um yeah, I apologize. We're hopefully you didn't go step by step and copy with me cuz we're going to have to redo this page. I'm sorry. So, here we go, ladies and gentlemen. Published it. There's some other things that I could have done in here, but I'm just going to keep it really simple for this video. Um market discovery. We'll see. Will we get a sale off of the $40 that we spend tomorrow or if I stop it short $30? Um, I'm gonna give it a 30% chance. So, I'm gonna go get some sleep. It's like 4:00 a.m. in the morning. Welcome, welcome, welcome back everybody. Today is a brand new day. It is currently Tuesday, June 2nd. The ads have been running for some time and now it's um time to show you what happened. Now, I'll be honest, I am pretty shocked by the results. So, this is what the ad looks like. Um, as you can see on the dashboard side, we've spent a total of $18. Um, I put in $40 in the balance cuz that's what I thought we would spend today. It didn't start spending at $8.45. I was kind of a bozo and I didn't show you guys that you actually need to put a payment method. So, if you already figured it out yourself, maybe not. Go over here, go to business center. When this opens up, you're going to go to business center right here and you're going to go down to payment management and basically this right here is going to be where your money is. So, what I had to do is I had to add balance here and then the balance got drawn from here. So, once I did that, the ad started finally spending money. started spending money at 11 o'clock. So, it started spending and it's slow spend.
Remember, I just let Tik Tok do its thing. We got 2,000 impressions. Um, our cost per click, this is CPC. Your dashboard may look a little different than this. Um, I like to customize it.
So, if we click into this one ad here, you can see, um, we spent a nice total of $1845 cost per click. That means we paid Tik Tok 45 pennies for one person to click on our ad. We got 2,000 impressions. We got 41 people to click on our advertisement and that came down to about 2% click-through rate. That means the total amount of people that actually viewed the ad, so 2,000 2% of them ended up clicking on it. Are they great results? No, because at the end of the day, did we get a sale? Um, we did not.
We didn't get a sale. This is kind of our analytics on Lovable, which I love Lovable, by the way. I've been playing with it a lot off camera. This thing is so cool. I'm going to show you guys. I added a pixel to track more of the results. We're going to go crazy tomorrow. Share that in a second. But over here, we have analytics, and we can see how long uh the visitors are viewing the site. As you can see, it's only 4 seconds, which is not good. We can see where it came from. I mean, Lovable is really, really awesome, y'all. I really recommend if you want to build your own products or do whatever um use Lovable.
Again, I have a link in the description down below. I really really recommend it. It's it's it's amazing what technology can do. Now, now with that being said, did we get any sales? And we actually did not. We got no sales. And that's fine. I didn't expect any sales to go through. Oh, looked like we got six checkouts. Um six checkouts, which is not bad. With that being said, I made a couple changes. As I talked about, I added a pixel. The campaign of the ad we posted, as you saw, was based on traffic. So, we wanted people to click on the link. It looked like that was pretty dang successful. So, I'm going to continue to run that ad. I was going to do like target audiences and whatnot, but honestly, the ad is killing it. Um, this ad can be mega profitable if I can just make these few tweaks. Um, we could potentially be seeing here like a four to five times rorowaz, something crazy like that. Maybe potentially. What I am going to do is I'm going to make a couple of changes. We can see here that people obviously like the product, right? We have 41 people coming to our website out of just the $18 we've spent.
So 45 cents a person, which is great.
How can we convert? Our goal is if we can get like a since it's from Tik Tok and people have a shorter attention span, if we can get 5% of those people to buy, we're going to be golden. So you may have noticed we have a new domain.
So going over here um we bought a brand new domain. Now one of the things that I think was going wrong is uh as you remembered our domain was like that.lovable.app and that's fine for testing. Now that I know this product is going to be really successful um and profitable. I went ahead and spent the $10 to buy the domain. I just did that on lovable. It gives me multiple options. And I bought something called weeklygoods.org.
You may notice it has nothing to do with Pocky Pop, but if I'm going to continue to test on this lovable account new products, new products, new products, I may not want to be at $5,000 a month. I may want to be at $10,000 a month, or I may have to do two products to get me $5,000 a month. In this case, I'm going to be using this website, Weekly Goods.
Let's say this product fizzles out over the next week, and I made some good money off of it. Maybe I didn't. I can go ahead, scratch this, make a new one, do it under the same domain, and I don't have to pay for another domain. Another thing we're going to be doing is adding the black variation. So, as you can see on here, we didn't add the white or black. I think I want to add both of those. Because I had one of my buddies um review this, and he was like, "Yo, I would really want to buy that, but it doesn't have black or white, and I would most likely buy the black. So, I'm going to add the black or the white." So, this is the Pixel. Um I set it up. It's really easy to set up a pixel. Astro chat GBT or YouTube video um on how to set up a pixel. Basically, what it does, I haven't fully tested it yet. I'm still working on that. But what it does is let's say somebody opens the website here, they go to the website, they're like, "Whoa, this is so cool." And they press add to cart. What that's going to do is now Tik Tok since a pixel is like a line of code. And all I told Lovable to do was like, "Hey, I want to add a pixel." and I said, "Okay, just paste your pixel code in here." Which when you'll search up how to do that, you will clearly see there's a pixel code.
You put the pixel code in here, it automatically adds it for you. You don't have to do any programming. This is why I love Lovable, no pun intended. And when somebody lands on your site and they press add to cart, right? Boop. Then it's going to automatically send that data to Tik Tok, Tik Tok's going to be like, "Okay, Jane added the Pocket Pop wallet to the cart.
Let's know what who is Jane. let's get everything they know. So, it's going to do a full deep dive on Jane and it's going to match people up like Jane and push the advertisement to them. That's how you're going to fully scale. And um I could I could be profitable without the pixel, but obviously this is a YouTube video and you probably want to see crazy results. So, I'm going to show you crazy results. So, I'm going to add the pixel to, let's just say, make more money. Another thing I'm going to end up doing is I'm going to actually reconstruct this website. This was good.
I know the product's going to work, but I think I think this is just a little too bland. Like, it doesn't really capture the customer when they go in.
So, I'm going to change a lot of this stuff up and I'll explain my changes.
But, let's uh I'll see you guys actually tomorrow and we're going to spend $100 on this ad. Hey everybody, it's currently 8:13 and um look at these nice notifications as you can see there from Shopify.

Notice I actually stopped the other ad already from running. Um, just cuz I'll explain a little bit later on why, but it wasn't performing too hot.
So, this one spent $49. Let's stop this right now. Okay, it stopped. No more ads running for the day. No more sales.
Let's do a deep dive on what ended up happening. It is 11:57 at night.
And we have some really fun news. Before it is midnight, I want to show you guys Lovable. This is Lovable. As you can see, the site is um definitely a little different. Um I first want to show you our statistics before it does turn 12.
As you can see here, we have 438 visitors, but today we had 350 with 17 seconds of visit duration. Um, and that's a beautiful spike right there.
Really quick, the analytics. Are you ready? I'm refreshing them. Refreshing them. And boom, $357 of sales we did today. As you can see throughout the day, it is currently June 3rd. We have literally 1 minute until midnight. So, as you can see, today we officially did $357 in sales.
Okay, so here are the campaigns. This was the testing one we did yesterday.
Um, this was the $18 spend. We got CPC cost per click of 45. And then these were the two I ran today. So, one of them, as you could tell, there was only $6 to spend. The other one there was $52 a spend. The $6 spend got a CPC cost per click of 18 and a CPM of $1.20.
What CPM means is how much money you're paying for a,000 impressions. Um, so we got 5,000 impressions here. We spent about $6. So that comes down to a $1.20 CPM. So I used two different campaigns.
And in one of the campaigns, I did a pixel. Now, if we take a look at this campaign and we go to the ad, we can see I paused it earlier on. It only did $6 of spend. But more importantly, we go over here and that has zero add to cart.
So, nobody actually added to cart and we didn't make any money off of this ad. It got a really low CPC CPM, which is great, but at the end of the day, it made no money. Now, some of you experienced vet marketers uh may be saying to me, London, uh you only let this campaign spend $6.61 and you had pretty good metrics. And I would say to you, uh you're right, but I wanted this to be like a realistic challenge. I know most of the people watching this video aren't going to have, you know, $250 or $500 or $1,000. They just want to throw out there on doing some advertisements on TikTok, and you should not. Um, but uh I also wanted to make money in this video and profit and have a high margin because one, you're watching the video and you're learning step by step on me teaching you, educating you, but two, you're also watching the video to get entertained and see somebody that's experienced with this do it. So then maybe one day you can see yourself doing something like this. So we spent $51. We can go into the ad right here. And remember, this is the same ad that we've been doing the whole entire time. I have not changed this ad, which again, I think is pretty crazy due to Is this ad really that great?
No, it's not. But for some reason, it's performing really well. Cost per click 35. This actually um got down to 18. Um and then the CPM $2.66. So um not like crazy metrics or anything like that.
They're pretty good. Um, I would say in my book, uh, especially for what I'm marketing and especially because this is a pixel type campaign, we got 175 landing page views, a result rate of 90% of the people ended up going to the landing page. So, quickly going back to the ads, the one that was profitable, same ad, but as you may notice, this campaign is the same as this one. So, I actually duplicated this campaign. Um, I took everything I did here on video and all I did different was I put the pixel in to track uh the landing pages. That's all I did differently. An obvious thing I did was I changed the website a bit. I really kept most of the things the same.
Um, but I did change up a few things.
One of the things I noticed from the day before was we got 76 people to view um around that, but the view duration was 4 seconds. Look at the view duration from today. 26 seconds. And we have a multitude higher of visitors from today than the day before. And I thought, why is that? Most of the people we have are coming from mobile. What's wrong? So I looked at it and I'm like, okay, I think I know what needs to change. I think there's not enough proof, one that this product works. And two, thinking about the audience. They're 18 to 24 mainly uh year old females and they want to see they want to see some social proof, right? Not just text. So I said, "Okay, let's have people using the product, right? Really grab that attention. Uh this this age bracket has a really short attention span. How do we quickly give them that dopamine hit of, oh, other people are using this, I am missing out.
Let me use this product." So that's what I did. And I basically took this the social proof of 4.9 stars. I kind of changed the animation here, made this a little brighter, put it on top so they would instantly think, "Wow, that's that's a good rating." Or they may just completely gloss over it, which they will most of the time, and look at these images. So this is a sliding show of images I made with AI. So with Hatche BT here, um, I essentially just made these photos. As you could see, I was having a little trouble with these because I kept putting the product on the other side and I was like, "No, I don't want that."
Basically had to take a screenshot of it and I drew on it. I'm like, "No, we need this reverse." And then it finally got it. Um, sometimes you just need to help the AI out. So, now that we had that, we're able to put a little cool slideshow in there. And now it just gives it that more it gives it that more social proof, as I said four times already. And then we go down to the product itself. I made this look more like Tik Tok, like that Tik Tok shop type of feel to to relate um the viewer, the potential customer of the website to uh have more trust in us. It's coming from Tik Tok. It's like Tik Tok have trust in our website. I added more colors as you can see. I added white. I added black. I did one other thing and that's I changed the reviews. So, I noticed the reviews looked uh pretty fake when we made them. So, I took the profile pictures off. We didn't want to have any more AI than what we already do have on the website. Um, I added that little like thing that you would normally see on like Amazon, for example. And I added a date here. So, now it just looks a lot more legit and um that people actually were buying the product and reviewing it. Um, it has the same language and everything. It's all marketing at the end of the day. And yeah, that's pretty much it. So, now that you know what we did different, let's talk about how much money we made in this little challenge. You would think we would have one order, one case.
Me. Hello. My camera battery died and now I am filming on a microwave. I'm currently filming this video which I'm trying to make $10,000 in 7 days selling a digital product. I mean, at least I'm trying to make $10,000. We'll see how well I do. So, I was pretty busy the last couple of days. It's currently June 5th and I'm finally able to record this.
Anyway, I'm gonna kind of go through this really quickly so you guys can see how much money we totally made in totality. If that that doesn't even make sense. June 4th to 5th, we got no sales.
Didn't run any ads. No sales. And we know on June 3rd, cuz that's when we did our marketing, we did $357 in sales.
Going to ads, we spent a total amount of $77 on Tik Tok ads. So, we can get our handydandy calculator. So, we'll add $77 to our calculator here. Then, we'll go to our orders and we have 10 of them.
So, we have 10 orders. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10. Now, notice something with them. As I mentioned earlier on, I expected the average order size to be two items. They want to buy it for them. They want to buy it for the friend or the family member, the sibling, whatever. Right?
So, that was the case. The average order size was two per person. Now, this is our product. Moving myself out of the way here, we see it's 99 cents per product. Now, since we sold 20 of the like uh foam pocket thingies, pocket pops, we only have to pay for shipping 10 times cuz we got a total of 10 orders. It makes more sense if I put it in calculation form. So, 20 pocket pops times 99 cents because that's what they are is almost 20 bucks. So, we'll round it to $20. We'll add $20 to our running total, which is 97. Going back to this calculator right here, we only have 10 total orders, right? So, we're just going to do 10 times whatever the shipping fee is. So, 10 times, call it $6. We like to round up 60 bucks. We'll add $60 right here. We only have to pay for shipping per customer, not how many orders we get. And then the additional charges, we'll just add like a dollar to that. 158. Now, we have another cost, which was the website domain. You guys remember that was $10. So we'll add $10 here. Now we have one more cost.
Actually two more actually three more I think. Another one is Shopify itself.
Now as I mentioned you can get Shopify for $1 for the first three months if you use my link. Um in this case this Shopify account was made years and years ago cuz I use it for a bunch of stuff like I'm using it for the YouTube videos. Um I'm using it for this next YouTube video. I'm just going to say it was $1 a month because that's what it would normally be if you start it in the beginning or with different accounts. So, I'm going to add just $1, $169. When somebody uses a credit card, like most customers will use or PayPal or whatever, um you get charged card rates because it is a credit card. So, you normally get charged 2.9% on the card rates. Now, I don't know who used the credit card, debit card, and all that. I'm not going to go through it in this video. Um, but I'm just going to assume that it's just 3% on the whole total. I'm not going to do some crazy math here for the video.
So, what I'm going to do is take my total of $357 uh times.
29%. And you can see that comes out to $10. We'll add $10 here. And basically, all that means is that it just gives you the ability to take payments. It's just very, very, very standard stuff here.
Okay. We're also going to add our lovable subscription which was $25. I will add the $20 Chad GPT subscription.
I'm literally adding everything, every expense. That was $20 a month and we have a total of $224 in total expenses.
Great. So, that's how much we spent to get this running. Now, let's take our total sales overtime, which is 357. So, let's keep $224 in mine and do $357.88 minus whatever we just did, which is $224 total expenses. We made $133 in total profit. And I didn't run the store anymore. So, there you go. I pretty much proved how you can get up to $5,000 a month with this store. If I continue doing ads and scaling it, I probably could get it up to $10,000 a month for the store and profit every single month.
Again, I don't know how long I could keep that going for, but I could for sure have a good run. Now, before I give you some advice and let you go, we need to fulfill those orders, like I said.
So, let's actually go back. I'm going to the unfulfilled orders just cuz again, I used this account long time ago. It has a lot of information on it. So, just going to the unfulfilled. We need to fulfill these boys. As I mentioned, we're drop shipping this stuff, so we don't have any inventory. So, we're gonna take this one for example, actually, I cannot say the name. Um, this person lives in Chicago, but on the right side here, which you I know you can't see cuz it's shipping information.
They have their shipping address. They have their name, the address, the city, the state, the zip code, the country.
So, you would take that, you would go over here, and I'm going to change my shipping address, which you can't see hopefully either. I'm going to add a new address. And I would just put whatever the thing is. I'm just making some stuff up. Um, and then I would put their address like 1 2 3 4, whatever it is.
This obviously isn't their address. It's just a random address. Um, we would press confirm. I'm not going to do that here as I mentioned. Um, and then change it to whatever uh payment option and then check out and it literally gets shipped to their place. So, as you notice, I can buy only one of these. So, what I'm going to have to do is I'm going to just message the supplier and say, "I have 20 of these orders." Um, and we'll be able to get that done. If you're uncomfortable with like uh messaging the suppliers and whatnot, don't worry. Just pick a product that doesn't only let you buy one per person.
It's because they're running this discount thing right now and they don't allow a bunch of people to buy it. But again, I have 20 of them, so I'm not worried about it. But that's how you fulfill it. You put the address in there, you pay it, and it just ships to the person. It's really simple. If I would continue uh scaling the store, I would, like I'm going to have to do already, message the supplier and say, "Hey, this is what I got. I want you guys to send it off in nice packaging, just like the nice white blank stuff.
Doesn't look like it's coming from China." But that's only if I'm consistently doing hundreds of dollars a day in sales. I would also work with a drop shipping service like um AutoDS, Zen Drop. There's a couple of them that I used to use back in the day. Those are good. Maybe I'll end up using one in a video coming soon. I don't know. Hit me up if you want me to use you. You're probably really excited right now and inspired. You're like, "Oh my god, I'm going to get rich. This is amazing." And I hope you're feeling some sort of those emotions cuz it is pretty cool to see somebody make money. But if you are going to go into this business model, um, I do want to give you a realistic mindset that a lot of the reason I was able to do it was obviously my experience. I've been marketing since I've been 12 years old and I'm 20. So that's eight years of total experience.
Lot of trial and error. I failed a ton of times. And then as I got better and better, I started succeeding more. And now I'm able to do stuff like this. We literally at like the snap of my fingers. I mean, you guys just watched the video. I'm able to I mean, this store, if it did consistently like $200 a day in profit, which it pretty much did off the ads, um, that's like $72,000 a year in profit this store could do. If we just look at it like that, out of thin air, I basically made a story that could add $72,000 to my bank account every year. And that's pretty awesome.
But I would never be able to do that if I didn't put in the eight years of work.
Is it going to take you eight years?
Definitely not. I didn't market for eight years. I marketed probably out of those eight years consistently, only a couple years. But one thing I did really well is I just threw myself out there and if it didn't work, I just kept trying, kept trying, kept trying. And I did give up in some business models.
Like I quit drop shipping because I realized I was way better at other stuff and I wasn't consistently making money with drop shipping at the time. I was 16 years old. I got into promotional campaign marketing which is like a whole another thing in its own but at the end of the day they're both marketing. So if you're trying to make money um it's not an easy thing to do but it's not rocket science and just keep trying and you'll get it. And like if you're just trying to improve you'll make it work. As I like to say at the end of my videos, whatever you're imagining, whatever you're manifesting, just know you can make that reality. I did the same thing.
I dreamt of all this stuff and it did come true. But I did have to put in the hard work. I did have to sacrifice and I had to make changes to my life to get to where I wanted to be.
