A diplomatic memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a preliminary agreement that establishes a framework for negotiations, distinct from a binding treaty; the US-Iran 14-point MOU outlines specific commitments including a 60-day ceasefire, mutual sovereignty recognition, sanctions relief, and infrastructure investment, demonstrating how diplomatic agreements often involve complex trade-offs between immediate concessions and long-term strategic objectives.

The U.S. Iran 14 Point Memo of Agreement... What's REALLY Happening...
Added:So, the DocuSign memo of understanding has been signed between Bonespur's and Iranian negotiators. This is a 14-point plan, and we are going to go through all 14 points. And some of these points are diabolical. And then some of these points are just ironic.
Do you guys remember when Bonespur's ripped up Obama's Iran deal? One of his reasons for doing that was because he said that the US gave Iran billions and billions of dollars. Y'all just remember that as I go through some of these points because we'll come back to that.
Now again, it is important to note that this is not a treaty. This is not even a peace deal. It is a memo of understanding. The first step to getting to the table to even discuss a peace deal in good faith. Now it is designed to immediately stop all hostilities for 60 days so that they can actually have a big boy conversation. But again, some of the concessions that Bonespur's made are incredibly interesting. Okay, so let's get into this 14-point plan. Point number one, an immediate and permanent stop to all war activities including Hezbollah in Lebanon.
Already out the gate, I'm not thinking that this is going to last.
>> [laughter] >> Because this depends on Is Not So Real keeping its end of the bargain. And we know from literally everything that they have done in the past 2 years that they are incapable of doing that. So this memo of understanding is already in trouble.
>> [laughter] >> But let's keep going. Point number two is mutual sovereignty. Basically, you stay out of my business and my internal affairs and I will stay out of yours. So Bonespur's trying to get his Venezuela style regime change that will have a leader that he chooses and that answers to him. I'm sorry, sweetie. This is not Venezuela. That is not going to happen.
Point number three, the whole reason for this thing in the first place is the 60-day window that they can use to negotiate with. So, point number three is just that. They have 60 days to negotiate a peace deal or a treaty or whatever it is that they come up with.
This can be extended if both parties agree. Point number four, the US will lift its naval blockade that it shouldn't have put there in the first place and is probably the reason why something like this hasn't come up earlier.
So, the US will lift that blockade within 30 days. Now, point number five is that Iran will fully open the strait within 30 days. I'm assuming that Iran is not going to open the strait until that naval blockade is gone.
Now, number six is where it starts to get a little interesting. And these are going to be points that you are probably going to hear a lot of sensationalism about. Not only on the left, but the right, because the right is not happy either about these concessions. Number six is that both sides have agreed to lift all sanctions on Iran. These are sanctions on all of their oil, gas, and petrochemical exports.
This gives Iran the ability to collect on that revenue immediately. Now, number seven is one that I am seeing a ton and there's a little bit of misinformation going on with the left to try to sensationalize this, but it really is still diabolical. The US and regional partners will coordinate a private sector infrastructure and development plan for Iran. This plan will be worth at least $300 Now, this will be made up of international corporate investments, not state government grants. So, this isn't necessarily tax money that is going to be spent on this, which is what I'm seeing already spreading around is people are saying that this $300 billion is going to come from American taxpayers. That is sensational news to try to get clicks and rage bait. That is not actually true, but there are private investors and international investors that are going to be helping with the infrastructure and development of Iran.
Now, my thing is this and the reason why I think it is diabolical is because they can negotiate that for Iran for a war that didn't need to happen in the first place. Had he just left Iran alone, they wouldn't have had to do any of this.
But, they can't negotiate something like that for the American people.
$300 billion would completely modernize our electrical grid in the US, stopping all of those blackouts that happen when we have crazy weather in this country.
That would stop that. $300 billion would stop that. $300 billion would wipe out our entire backlog of roads and bridges that need to be rebuilt. The infrastructure and development of America could use that $300 billion. We could build a network of three to four bullet trains to go from California to New York or New York to Texas or Washington State to Texas or Washington State to DC. We could effectively end veteran homelessness and improve veteran care with $300 billion. $300 billion would cut child poverty in this country in half. $300 billion would fund cancer research for 40 years. It would erase the student loan debt of 18% of the country.
It would fund universal pre-K, free preschool for three and four-year-olds for the next 10 years.
>> [laughter] >> And I laughed when I learned this one.
$300 would fund NASA's entire budget for the next 10 to 12 years.
$300 just if they put that amount of interest in America, things could improve greatly for the people and the country at large.
But they don't. They do not. They look to squeeze Americans for everything that they have, get rich off of us while everybody else struggles to pay bills, struggles to get food. Children are literally starving in this country. But yet they're going to start a war that didn't need to be started and then put $300 into them when that same amount of investment could have been put back into us. And to make it worse, they are taking way more than $300 away from the social programs that were barely working in this country to begin with. That is why I feel like that is diabolical. Not the sensational this is going to be taxpayer funds, but that they can always find money and investors to do something FOR SOMEBODY ELSE IN another country, they can never do it for us.
The people who made them rich in the first place.
But I digress. Speaking of starting a war for no reason, point number eight, Iran reiterates its claim that it has made since the Iran deal with Obama. It is not going to make a nuclear weapon.
They have no plans to make a nuclear weapon. Never did and they don't now.
Undoubtedly, the Republicans are going to try to make that into some type of victory lap. It's not. It's just them literally saying what they have been saying this entire time. What they said before the first strikes took out those 200 babies.
All of that including the losses on our side to so-called training accidents.
All of that was preventable if they had just listened to what Iran said in the first place. But, point number eight, they're reiterating what they have already said. Now, point number nine, Iran does agree to halt its enrichment of uranium until negotiations are over. So, for 60 days, they will not do any enrichment of their uranium.
Point number 10, the US will not expand its military presence in the Middle East.
They didn't say they would go home, but they just said they wouldn't expand it.
Point number 11, the US agrees not to impose any new sanctions on Iran during this whole time of negotiations. Now, point number 12 is another interesting one because, remember at the top of this video when I told y'all to remember when Bonespurs was mad at Obama and saying that he was giving billions of dollars to Iran? He said that Obama gave a hundred billion dollars to Iran, and that was crazy because he framed it as the money coming from taxpayers. He framed it as America, the US, giving a hundred billion dollars to Iran. First of all, it wasn't a hundred billion dollars, it was 56 billion dollars, and that money was money that was frozen by the US. It was Iran's money that the US had frozen in different bank accounts around the world. The US, as a part of the Iran deal with Obama, agreed to unfreeze Iran's money.
That money did not come from the US.
Now, apparently the Republicans understood exactly what Obama had done when they were lying to the American people to try to make the American people think that the US had given them all of this embellished money. And one reason why we know they knew it was a lie is because Bonesburs just did the same damn thing. 24 billion dollars of Iran's money was frozen.
In this agreement, point number 12, Bonesburs has agreed to unfreeze Iran's money. Unfreeze that 24 billion dollars, half of which Iran is going to get immediately. Now, I can already see the left >> [laughter] >> The left is doing the same thing that the right did with Obama. They are lying to the American people trying to make it seem as if America or the US is giving this money to Iran.
It is Iran's money.
They are unfreezing it. What I have a problem with is the hypocrisy. The fact that they gave Obama so much grief for unfreezing Iran's money. That was literally the staple of why he ripped up that deal. It was the staple of why he got the approval of the base to rip up that deal.
Because he claimed that America had given them billions and billions of dollars under the direction of Obama. It wasn't true then and it's not true now.
Now, one thing that did happen, which I am saying as well, which is another misconception, is 1.7 billion dollars that the US gave to Iran. This is actually a settlement. It wasn't something that was given to them willy-nilly. It was a settlement over a dispute from 1979.
There was some type of dispute over military equipment in 1979.
That case kept going and going and going until Obama, when it was a part of the Iran deal. That is what Obama used to sweeten the pot.
It's to go ahead and do that settlement that needed to be done literally decades before. So, no. On the right and the left, they are both lying.
And it is really important to get your facts straight on these things because the sensationalism is not good for mental health.
I'm just bringing up the hypocrisy of it all. That's what I have a problem with.
And the blatant lying to the American people because they think sometimes correctly that the American people are stupid.
Now, point 13 and 14 are pretty much uneventful. Point 13 is that after this whole deal is done, after the final agreement is made, it needs to go to the UN Security Council to be codified. They need to see what's going on and endorse what's going on. And point 14 is basically a reminder that the final peace deal depends on people following this memorandum of understanding. So, if the points of the memorandum of understanding are not followed, then the peace deal isn't going to happen.
That is basically what 14 says. So, there is a lot of sensationalism going on about this deal, and yes, there are some parts of it that are super diabolical, but not for the reasons that are coming out. The US is not giving 500 billion dollars >> [laughter] >> to Iran. That's not happening. But, I have seen people on the left push that narrative. It's not That's not true.
Stop it. Stop it. All right, y'all.
That's all I got about the 14-point plan.
We'll see if it actually comes to fruition because like I said, they might be tripped up on the first one.
>> [laughter] >> Because again, Yahoo does not want peace. He's a chaos agent. He does not want peace, and he is super mad. And apparently, other is not so really people are also really upset with this deal. So, we'll see what type of sabotagification goes on.
>> [laughter] >> Because I have no faith, no faith that uh Israel is going to keep up its end when it comes to Hezbollah and Lebanon.
So, we'll see.
