Rotator cuff injuries require medical intervention including surgery and physical therapy, with recovery typically involving a sling for 3 weeks and gradual rehabilitation; the recovery process requires patience and adherence to medical guidance, as the body needs time to heal properly before returning to normal activities.

FINALLY BACK AFTER GOING THROUGH SURGERY.....LET'S GET BACK TO IT!
Added:They say love is [music] pain, and that's all true. [singing] What you go through, you got to go through.
Showing [music] progress like I'm supposed to.
Getting to the money like I'm supposed to. Yeah, said I would do it >> game.
I am back, baby, with another video.
>> [cheering] >> Man, oh man, it's been a long 4 weeks, man. I guess not too long. It ain't been like nothing crazy bad. But, [music] anyways, I ain't been able to put up videos.
I am going to get you guys all caught up with these with what's been going on these 4 weeks with the video drop today.
>> [music] >> So, make sure after I go through all this and explain a little bit to y'all.
I just have to explain a little bit cuz y'all know me.
>> [music] >> But, once I go through all this and we're going to get to the video. So, there's going to be some clips in there from the past 4 weeks. I just want to get y'all caught up, get [music] y'all all all in known of everything. So, I just want to explain I had shoulder surgery. You guys [music] will see that in the video, man. I tore my rotator cuff at work. So, I've been going through physical therapy. [music] I was in a sling for 3 weeks.
I just got out of it. I've been out for about almost almost 2 weeks, a little over a week. [music] But, anyways, so the physical therapy's going good. I can move my arm a little bit. I can't do [music] can't do too much. Still can't really lift anything with it or anything like that. So, I'm just being very really cautious about what I'm doing and making sure I'm doing my physical therapy like I'm supposed to.
Um [music] other than that, the other thing I want to explain to you guys is we haven't put no video up on our podcast, Second Thought Podcast. Make sure you go over to the YouTube channel, subscribe to that, man. Turn on the bell so you get notified every Friday when we drop the videos. We was consistent. We had 5 weeks going, and then something unfortunate happened. I was at home. I was putting up, and obviously, you guys just told y'all I was in a sling. I was putting the thing up, >> [music] >> putting my camera on the tripod, and uh my camera fell.
And so, you guys know these cameras are pretty [music] expensive, right? So, the camera fell and it broke my lens.
So, [music] I took the camera to this my camera place that I go to that repairs these.
They're like certified to repair these.
So, I took it there.
>> [music] >> Got this checked. I just got this back the other day. The body is good, thank god.
But, the lens is broken. So, I had to buy a lens for the time being.
Let me get this out real quick.
I had to buy a lens for the time being to use for the podcast. So, this is our camera that we use for the podcast. This is the camera I use for my stream.
>> [music] >> Obviously, you guys see the Twitch over there. We're going to be getting to a streaming schedule, too. So, just be looking out because >> [music] >> I'mma pop up on the Twitch and YouTube streaming. And I want you guys to be there support. I greatly appreciate all [music] the support. So, we got the lens back. The camera is good now. Uh our Not the lens back. I got a new [music] lens.
So, um we'll use this one for the time being.
This is my streaming lens, not really a lens made [music] for the podcast. But, anyways, we're going to make do of it just so we can get back to getting the videos back up to y'all. Uh until the big lens is fixed, which hopefully I'm hoping by a week this should be ready to go. They're just waiting on [music] parts. But, other than that, man, that's the reason and for why we haven't put nothing up on the podcast.
As far as my channel, man, you guys will see throughout the video I've just been going through physical therapy. I've been I was in a sling and I thought I was going to be able to do more than I actually was and it turned out I wasn't able to. So, that's why I haven't been putting no videos [music] up. But, we're going to stay consistent, man. I appreciate all the love and support.
Y'all enjoy the video, man.
>> [music] >> Make sure you smash the like button.
Make sure you turn on that bell. Turn it all the way on so you get notified every time I drop a video. Other than that, man, I appreciate y'all. Thank y'all so much for y'all support, man, and thank you for your patience, [music] man.
Enjoy the video.
All right, Bear gang. This video a little bit different.
Got my beautiful lady here.
We are here cuz um I hurt myself at work.
And now is surgery day. So, I'm here to get my surgery done today.
Um I'll >> What's cool about this one is like it's a Banner Sports Medicine. So, it has like it's like tri-level where like obviously like he sees [music] his patients on one level, does surgery on another, and then they do rehabilitation like on the third level. So, like Jeremy can show you, but like [music] right in front of us is like a soccer field where like he performs surgery on high-profile athletes. So, [music] you know, Mr. Barrett out be out here slinging videos.
>> I believe that.
Yeah, so.
>> Yeah, so he's like a high-profile doctor here in Arizona that like gets people back in action like quickly. So, like I can appreciate that like playing sports because >> [music] >> it's important to get you back in the mode and get back moving and grooving.
He's like when we first initially went into the appointment, [music] he was like Jeremy was like, "Oh, yeah, like it I expect 6 weeks below." Like he's like, "Ha ha, yeah, we ain't doing that." He's like, "Yeah, you're going to be up and going by week three." And >> [music] >> you know, so it's super exciting how this one's going to go much faster for you.
>> Yeah, I know.
Ready to get it over with. But, this is the little thing I got to be in the sling. But, uh yeah, I'm just getting this video started.
And then um I'm pretty sure when the video when I get out, I'm going to be pretty loopy.
All right.
All ready to go.
Got my little net on.
>> [music] >> Love it out a little bit like it look like a kangaroo.
All right. I'll see you guys after surgery.
I'll let you guys [music] see a little bit.
And uh shout out to these shirts [music] I got off Amazon, man, cuz these things come in clutch. So, pretty much you get there buttons here and then there's buttons [music] like underneath this the arms here. So, that way I can like get my shirts off on [music] an easy or off on and off easy. So, you can kind of get them off without having to like try to move my arm if I had to do it by myself, move my arm or like trying to lift it up or anything like that cuz right now I can't do anything anything like that.
All I can do is just literally have it on my side, bring [music] it up like this, down, up, down, and then put it back in the sling.
And then I got as you guys can see this is my sling.
I'm in [music] this for 3 weeks.
But, let me show you guys the the work here.
I got to be careful, man, cuz I don't like to move it around too much.
>> [music] >> But, All right. So, you guys can see there.
[music] And my mother-in-law, she got a wound [music] on her forehead, man, but that's all right. She said she told me she said, "Get that arm better. Don't care where this where you got to go in at, just get the arm better."
So, that's what we did.
But, honestly, [music] I didn't even really have a choice on where they got the where they where they the incisions at. So, anyways, [music] they went in there, took care of all of it, got it all right. Good thing is is it was just [music] the the muscle in my shoulder. It wasn't the bicep because at first they was thinking it might have been the bicep, too, but thank God that wasn't it, so that's nice.
Um >> [music] >> but yeah, you guys see the discolor here? That's all from like the bruising and then everything.
It's all healing though. It feels better. Shout out to all my real supporters, man. Y'all Y'all the true MVPs, man. Y'all Y'all be there every [music] story, every video, every anything, TikTok, whatever it is. I greatly I greatly appreciate it, so thank y'all so much, man. I appreciate y'all. We going [music] to continue to keep dropping these videos two times a week and once a week on the podcast, baby. Other than that, I'll catch you guys in the next video, baby. Fresh haircut.
>> [music] >> Your boy back outside.
>> I was down, but now I'm up [music and singing] and I got better views.
Not sorry. [music] I'm not sorry for the millions that I'm about [singing] to make. I'm not sorry for the people that is about to hate.
[music] I know we always win, but hardly ever celebrate. That's what happens [singing] when you work without taking a break. Break. Bet they love me now.
[music] >> [singing] >> Hey, I said if you going to love me, love me now. Love me now. Hey, [music] bet they know me now.
Know me now. Let the money
