[00:00:00]So, I'm not the face that you're used to seeing here. Nancy is out of the office this week. She's dealing with a family emergency.

[00:00:07]Um and frankly, I wasn't prepared to show up like this today. I'm not wearing any makeup. I didn't dress the part. Um I didn't know I'd be recording these videos until about 20 minutes ago.

[00:00:27]Even when it's uncomfortable, especially when it's unexpected, um and when you do not feel fully prepared. I've been an entrepreneur for about a decade now.

[00:00:39]And one thing experience has taught me is how to make do and how to step up when it's my turn. Because there's no boss coming to take the fall. There's no one coming to rescue the business for you.

[00:00:51]And some people hear that and think that it's scary and I guess it kind of is, but honestly, to me it feels like freedom. Because we're building something really special here.

[00:01:03]Something creative and flexible and something meaningful that I think it's going to change people's lives. And at the end of the day, it's ours.
