Tesla’s FSD is an impressive feat of data-driven engineering, but the "supervised" label shows we are still far from true autonomy. It is a sophisticated driver-assist system that relies on marketing as much as it does on neural networks.

Tesla's Mind-Blowing Self-Driving 🤯 Takes Over! #shortsAñadido:
So, here's something you don't see every day. Driving without your hands. My Tesla is steering for me. In the next 60 seconds, let's see how the Tesla self-driving system does. So, if you're unfamiliar with what's happening right now, this is called full self-driving supervised. So, us Tesla drivers, all we have to do is monitor the road. The braking, the accelerating, the lane assist, the space between cars, it's all happening. And check this out. If I put my turn signal on, the car will actually move over to the other lane. Full self-driving. Did you know that Tesla has surpassed 10 billion miles of logged data on the FSD software? And it was found per Nitsa accidents to be seven times safer than the average cars on the road. So, you can watch the landscape changing behind me. I'm not steering or anything. The cool thing is you can subscribe or cancel FSD at any time. So this Tesla is literally my eyeballs right now. There are eight cameras on new Teslas and all I have to do is sit back and monitor the road. So here's what I've done. City driving, road trips, uh commute, rush hour, and my Tesla's done great. If you have any questions, wait a minute. Maybe you're that person that says, "I like to drive myself. I don't like the Tesla. I don't feel comfortable having it drive for me." Well, there's actually a tracker in your self-driving tab of your Tesla as we change lanes again that tells you how many manually driven miles you've driven versus self-driving. And it's totally fine to subscribe for one month. Maybe that big road trip. Maybe you have a long commute that you're just sick and tired of. What you're seeing right now is the future of driving. Tesla owners are safer in these vehicles because the car is driving for you. Especially on those boring road trips, right? Imagine driving 12 hours and pushing a button in your Tesla driving all the way. You have multiple settings. Sloth mode, chill mode, standard, which is normal, hurry mode, which is a slightly accelerated mode, and then the crazy one, Mad Max.
So, all these modes are self-driving.
You can choose the one that's comfortable for you based on how soon you need to get there. Full self-driving. You're watching it live.
Absolutely amazing. Now you know.
