A study published in the prestigious journal Nature found that nattokinase, an enzyme derived from natto (a traditional Japanese fermented soy product made using Bacillus subtilis bacteria), can reduce arterial plaque by 65-95% when taken at high doses (10,800 fibrinogen units per day) for one year. This enzyme, which has been used in Japan for centuries for heart health, works by breaking down fibrous tissue, scar tissue, and plaque in the arteries.

Nattokinase: Arterial Plaque Reduction Study Revealed!
Added:Based on a study in the prestigious journal Nature, I started taking a high dose of an herb or supplement called natto or nattokinase, which is a fermented soy product fermented from the bacteria Bacillus subtilis, which has been used in Japan forever for heart disease and health that breaks up fibrous tissue or scar tissue or even plaque in your arteries. So, I started back in when that study came out back in early 2024 and wrote an article about this at lifebot.com and I started taking high doses of this herb called natto, 10,800 fibrinogen units per day, and I've been taking it for about a year and a half.
The study showed if you did it just for a year, it would actually reduce the plaque in your arteries by a whopping 65 to 95%.
So, really good interesting research.
