Mental health crises can lead to dangerous situations where individuals may lose awareness of their surroundings and safety, making it crucial for friends and family to recognize warning signs such as confusion, paranoia, and fear for one's life, and to respond appropriately by contacting authorities when someone appears to be in danger.

Fitness Trainer, Elena Moore, ID'd as Body!!! Husband "Not doing well"
Added:39-year-old fitness trainer and wife Alena Catherine Moore disappeared on Thursday, June 11th after leaving a Planet Fitness gym in Lexington, South Carolina.
Her husband, Brannon, reported her missing the next day. Nearly a week later on Wednesday, June 17th at around 2:48 p.m. local time in Lexington, police, after getting a tip, headed to a new search location, a North Lake Road and Old Cherokee Road, an area not far from the Planet Fitness gym where Alena had been on the night she disappeared.
The police found a body that matched Alena Moore's description. The body was wearing the same clothes that Alena had been wearing at the Planet Fitness. Two days later, on Friday, June 19th, the coroner's office announced that the body had been positively identified as that of Alena Moore. And tomorrow, Saturday, an autopsy is scheduled to take place in Charleston. Welcome to Bedtime Stories podcast. I'm your host, T. I hope you're having a great day. It's actually evening for me right now. I am recording this on Friday night into Saturday morning. Thank you for checking out my channel. Do me a favor, please subscribe and please hit the like button if you enjoy the video. You can also hype the video. So, let's go back to June 11th when Alena arrived at Planet Fitness around 6:40 p.m. As a personal trainer or fitness trainer, she actually worked at a different gym a few miles away.
That would be Wolfe's Fitness Center.
Now, after she left Planet Fitness, Elena was captured on security camera footage at 9:47 p.m. walking in the direction Lowe's Home Improvement Store.
So, that would have been 3 hours or roughly 3 hours after she signed in at Planet Fitness. Yes, she worked out there. She left and then she ends up walking toward this Lowe's Home Improvement Store. Elena didn't make it home that night and the next day, June 12th, her husband reported her missing.
And now that we know that the body found in that wooded area belongs to Elena, what happened to her? Why was she out there walking alone? Best friend Sandra Campbell said that was something that Elena would never normally do. She would not go out walking at night like that alone, especially in a wooded area. So, to try and understand what happened here, we have to go back to the week before Elena went missing. Elena ended up in an apartment building where she did not live and it seemed like she arrived there right as a food delivery person arrived to deliver some food. And Elena sees this bag of food and she actually picks it up and the delivery person is like, "Hey, can I get a picture of that?" She wants to, you know, show that she actually made the delivery, make a record of it. Delivery person assumes that Elena is probably the homeowner and that she's the one who ordered the food. And right around this point, the homeowner opens the door and he assumes that Elena is the delivery person. He reaches to take the food. She hands it over, but then she takes a step toward the apartment as if she's going to try and walk in there, which kind of made the homeowner think, you know, this is a little bit weird, but he closes the door, and Elena, I guess, walks away.
And while this is going on, Elena looks completely confused. When she picked up the food in the bag, she was staring at the receipt as if she was reading it.
Later, the wife heads outside, and she sees Elena, the same strange person, near some packages that have been delivered to her neighbor. The wife is sort of like, "Hey, you know, what are you doing there? Those packages are for my friend." And Elena answers quite frankly saying, "You know what? She doesn't really know what she's doing."
Now, if I were the wife, and I'm not trying to guilt the wife, but I am so paranoid about people that I probably would have dialed 911 at this point cuz I think Elena looks confused. She doesn't look like she's right in the head at that moment. And I would have also been freaked out if I saw her near packages belonging to another neighbor.
Sadly, that's not what happened. I'm thinking that Elena must have arrived home at some point because again, this was about a week before she disappeared.
So, she's that confused, how did she even make it back home?
And when she did get home, did her husband not notice that something was off with her? You can't tell me she was that confused one minute, and then she goes home, and she's fine, and he doesn't see anything. Now, let's talk about what Elena's best friend Sandra Campbell told TMZ.
Sandra told TMZ that on it May 31st, which was the last time that Sandra ever saw Elena, they were at a brunch with a bunch of other women and at one point Elena told her that she was {quote} scared for her life. Now, in addition to saying that, she was also acting very abnormally. According to Sandra, she appeared paranoid. She kept getting up and looking out the window as if she was expecting somebody to show up. Then, four days later, Sandra had a missed call from Elena. And when Sandra called her back and tried to text her back, Elena did not respond. And I really hate stories like this where there's a missed call call that seems like it might have explained everything. Call that could have maybe saved Elena's life somehow.
May alerted Sandra to a potentially dangerous situation that Elena was in or maybe alerted Sandra to the fact that Elena was having some sort of mental health breakdown. But of course, we're never going to know because it was a missed call and Elena never responded back. Now, Sandra had known Elena for more than 10 years and they were best friends. They were so close that they literally told each other everything.
But I kind of forgot to tell you at the brunch, when Sandra wanted to know, "Why are you scared for your life?" Elena said she didn't want to tell her. There were too many people around. Needed to be alone and have a private conversation. Sandra also said that Elena was not the type of person to just get up and leave home less she had a good reason to do that. So, you have to wonder did Elena go walking near that Lowe's Home Improvement Store because she was afraid to go home? Did it have nothing to do with anything regarding her home life? TMZ reached out to her husband, Brandon, and also to his family, but they've not gotten back to them. And apparently Elena was adopted, and I believe she was from Russia originally.
TMZ also reached out to her adoptive family, and they also did not respond.
So, we're not getting a lot of info so far from the family, from the husband.
That could be simply because they don't want to talk to the press. And as I said, there's going to be an autopsy tomorrow. Hopefully, that that will reveal a cause of death. I mean, how does a 39-year-old fitness trainer end up dead in a wooded area like that? Why was she out there walking?
Did she go there to meet somebody? Was she confused and simply walking out there? Did somebody evil come upon her and harm her? Or was she confused and did she perish out there for lack of food, water?
Did she possibly self-harm though I believe one of her friends said she was not the type of person who would do that. I'm getting the feeling that this could be a mental health breakdown, some sort of psychotic break. But of course, it could also be maybe she was using some substances that nobody knew about.
Although, that doesn't sound like something a fitness trainer would necessarily do, and it doesn't sound like she has a history of that. Is she hearing voices? Did she suddenly come down with schizophrenia?
I mean, the weird behavior at the apartment building with the food delivery, why was Alaina so confused there? Why was she in that particular building? Was that random? She just drove over there and felt like, "Oh, I'm going to go inside here." Why did she tell her friend that she was scared for her life? Was that a legitimate fear based on a very real threat to her?
Or was it yet another symptom of some sort of mental health breakdown? I mean, the friend, Sandra Campbell, makes it sound like she'd never noticed anything weird like this about Alaina before.
Apparently, there have been some media reports referencing claims that Alaina may have recently been treated at a mental health facility, but there haven't been any official statements from the police, from a medical authority, or from a family member. At this point, that seems to be speculation.
If I had to pick right now, I would lean toward the mental health breakdown based on the weird behavior at the apartment building, based on the paranoia that Sandra Campbell described, based on her saying that she was afraid for her life, but it doesn't necessarily explain how Alaina ended up deceased in that wooded area. Was she wandering in the dark? Did she fall down and hit her head? That could happen. Was she so confused that she couldn't get herself out of the wooded area, so she sat there for however many days without food, without water. Was she out there to meet somebody? Will her autopsy reveal, what will toxicology reports reveal? How does a 39-year-old fitness trainer, a beautiful young woman in the prime of her life, how does she end up dead out there in that wooded area?
What do you guys think? Do you think this is connected to her husband in some way? Do you think this is simply a mental health breakdown?
What do you think? Let me know in the comments.
Love you guys. I hope you have a great weekend. As I say in nearly every video, stay safe and I'm going to add try to stay positive even when the world sometimes feels like it's crumbling around us, don't let it get you down.
Don't let the bastards, what is that expression? Don't let the bastards break you. Don't
