Over 4,000 Primary Healthcare Centres Refurbished Nationwide – NPHCDA

[00:00:00]The executive director of the National Primary Health Care Development Agency, Dr. Muina Aina, has commended local leadership and highlighted the critical role of traditional and religious leaders in advancing primary health care delivery across the country. While at the palace of the owner of Abaji, Alhaji Baba Yunusa, Dr. Aina acknowledges the efforts of the administration of President Bola Tinubu in addressing systematic challenges in the health sector. He disclosed that more than 4,000 primary health care centers have been refurbished across Nigeria to improve access to quality health care services.

[00:00:39]While visiting the Ayora Comprehensive Primary Health Care Center in the Abaji Area Council, Dr. Aina's interaction with patients and health care workers indicates that the upgraded infrastructure and improved work force have enhanced the efficiency and timeliness of service delivery.
