[00:12:47]And as I'm leaning back to get a better angle and as the as the defense is asking him questions, I see Mr. Metcalf signaling him how to answer with head nods.

Every time he would uh be asked a question, he kept looking to his right. And at first I thought, well, maybe, you know, the kid is nervous or uh And then I it happened for over like 30 minutes and I'm like, I think he knows somebody in the jury box.

[00:14:28]>> So, then I'm like, well, let me kind of shift my body to see which juror he's recognizing because this is obvious and I'm shocked nobody's calling it out to redirect him to keep his eyes. And as I was shifting and leaning back to the left to get a better glance at the jury box, at that exact moment the defense said, "Would you describe Hunter Metcalf as being a big guy?" I saw Mr. Metcalf shake his head no and the witness said no.
