7-OH (7-hydroxymitragynine) is a potent alkaloid derived from kratom, a Southeast Asian plant that acts as an opiate by binding to the same receptors as other opiates; it is significantly more potent than natural kratom and can be found in synthetic tablets that may be adulterated with stronger substances like pseudoephedrine (100x stronger) or tianeptine (synthetic opiate), leading to severe withdrawal symptoms including physical symptoms (yawning, sneezing, anxiety, restless body sensation) and mental challenges, with recovery options including gradual tapering with kratom extracts, helper medications like gabapentin, or Suboxone treatment.

The Ultimate 7-OH Guide: Effects, Addiction, Withdrawal
Added:[music] >> What is [music] up, you [ __ ] degenerate? It's me, the guy support baby, Chris.
>> [music] >> And this is the ultimate guide to 7-OH and kratom.
Uh if I had this information 5-6 years ago, even 2 years ago, my life would be a lot [music] different. [ __ ] my phone [ __ ] overheated. Um as I was saying, my doctors totally [music] [ __ ] failed me. I tried over and over and over again to get off on my own, and I suffered quite a [ __ ] bit. Um I ended up losing everything I cared about. My intention with these videos is [music] to get y'all as much information on kratom and 7-OH, 7-hydroxymitragynine, [music] as possible. I know if you're on this [ __ ] you're probably freaking the [ __ ] out, and you do have [music] options, okay? So, just stick around. By the end of this video, I promise you will have learned something. I got to go ahead and give a quick disclaimer.
This video and this channel are for harm reduction, education, and entertainment purposes only. I don't condone, nor do I endorse, any of the substances mentioned on this channel or any kind of drug use at all in general. Um another thing is I can't mention any medical advice. So, that means I can't give you specific dosages or anything like that. The best thing that I can do is offer my personal experience, the experiences of others that I read online, and research that I've gathered. So, here in the video, this timestamp is going to have the information you need. It's the real meat and potatoes.
For the rest of y'all, we're going to talk about what the [ __ ] 7-hydroxymitragynine really is. What is What What is kratom?
Where does it come from? [music] Right? We're going to get into that and uh more.
>> [music] >> You want to get your kratom is a cousin to the coffee plant. It's a tree-like thing native to Southeast Asia and it is in fact an opiate. Yeah, it hits all the same receptors and is addictive as [ __ ] In fact, [ __ ] in Indonesia have been getting [music] addicted to kratom since like the 1830s.
Imagine Imagine the year is 1836.
You're just a poor little Indonesian kid.
You're 6 years old. It's your 6th birthday.
Uh and your tummy's rumbling. You think I saw my rice will be so good to fill my 6th birthday.
>> [music] [clears throat] >> Did you sell me Yeah, I sold you for kratom. Yeah.
Now, 7-OH comes from kratom. We've already kind of established that, but what do I mean by that? Well, 7-OH is an alkaloid of kratom. Uh kratom has many naturally occurring alkaloids in it.
[music] Now, 7-OH uh only accounts for uh a pretty small percentage of the actual alkaloid content of kratom.
>> [music] >> This is the amount of 7-hydroxymitragynine that occurs naturally in this amount [music] of this brand of kratom.
It's not that crazy of a number.
Now, in this brand of 7-OH tablets, the amount of 7-hydroxymitragynine in just one single tablet is Since What the [ __ ] Okay, like what the [ __ ] are they doing?
All right, so we know where kratom comes from.
We know where 7-OH comes from.
>> [music] >> We know about the insane concentrations of it they put in the pills. Now, I'm going to let you in on something a little bit [ __ ] worse. The pills, a lot of times the tablets are adulterated, right? When you send them into the lab, come to find out they're full of [ __ ] pseudo or tianeptine.
What the [ __ ] is tianeptine? What the [ __ ] is pseudo? Well, pseudo, the full name is this, okay?
Pseudo is basically what your body converts 7-OH into, right? It's what your liver metabolizes it into, and it's similar to how like codeine metabolizes into morphine. Now, this is an oversimpli- oversimplification, but obviously morphine is stronger than codeine.
Pseudo is a lot stronger than 7-OH.
I actually just read it's like 100 times [ __ ] stronger. [music] Uh you can look that up, you know? And you you're just thinking, "Wow, I got a good batch of 7-OH." Nah, it's pseudo.
Uh or tianeptine.
A real quick about tianeptine, we're going to do a full video on that. Uh tianeptine is a synthetic opiate. Um it was like the original gas station heroin. So, why is that a big deal? I mean, other than the fact that you're ingesting chemicals that you don't even know what the [ __ ] they are. Um it can have an effect that can have interactions with different helper medications that you're taking to get off of [ __ ] 7-OH.
A question a lot of people have asked me is if they go straight from 7-OH to Suboxone, are they going to have precipitated withdrawals? Now, if you don't know what precipitated withdrawals are, here's a quick definition.
Precipitated withdrawal is the sudden, intense onset of severe withdrawal symptoms that occur when a medication knocks the substances off your brain's receptors. So, basically like Suboxone will bind so effectively to your opiate receptors that it will [ __ ] throw you into the worst withdrawals of your life.
Ask me how I know. After having a kratom dose, moving it forward, um 7-OH, I don't know if it causes precipitated withdrawals personally, but from what I've read, no, it really doesn't, unless there's pseudo in it. From what I've read, pseudo can cause you to have some pretty bad precipitated withdrawals.
Speaking of withdrawals, that's what we're going to talk about next. Really, how bad are the withdrawals from 7-OH? Like, why do people have such a hard time coming off this [ __ ] Matter Basically, I don't make any money off these at all.
But, I made some [ __ ] t-shirts that I think you guys are going to like.
This one cracks me the [ __ ] up. We got the 7-OH vintage-looking bass shirt.
But, if you're looking for something a little more casual, you still want to say [ __ ] 7-OH, but you don't want to broadcast to the world, you know, that you that you're on a gas station [ __ ] drug, this shirt is the one for you. And look at all the colors.
All right, you got to have your favorite color in there. So, check them out. I design all these shirts myself. If I get you off of drugs, maybe buy a shirt on them.
Link's going to be down there in the description.
I make a lot of jokes about this [ __ ] but make no mistake, it took [ __ ] everything from me.
I lost the love of my [ __ ] life, lost a career, I gave myself financial cancer.
So, what are the withdrawals like?
Um have >> Have you ever been picked up and boxed by a grizzly bear who had a cruise missile wrapped in barbed wire for a dick, and his breath smelled like wood >> and you lost your job and your girlfriend?
>> Okay, look, I know this is like the corniest [ __ ] thing ever, all right? Look, I was just trying to make it funny, [ __ ] Goddamn.
Look, it's too late to for me to go back and re-film it. So, we're leaving this part in.
Okay? Plus, I was I was I kind of I was having fun uh making the grizzly bear with the with the spiky [ __ ] missile dick. That [ __ ] cracked me up. It's a little bit like that.
At least a cold turkey. You've got all your typical opiate withdrawal symptoms.
So, like day one, you know, you're like yawning and sneezing and [ __ ] you know, and you start to get like anxious and you have you start to get like cravings.
Like you're just in a [ __ ] mood.
Typically, around like 24 to 36 hours in, all [ __ ] hell breaks loose. And that's like when, you know, you're getting all the opiate withdrawal symptoms. But, dude, the [ __ ] restless leg like with 7-OH, it's like restless [ __ ] body syndrome, dude.
Like I felt like my skeleton was trying to crawl out of my [ __ ] body. I It It's indescribable. Um I always describe the feeling of around the end of day four or day five as like you can kind of feel the devil slide his dick out of you.
Because that's when you start to feel the first little bit of physical withdrawal relief.
And then after about 7 days, it's basically a mental game. And the [ __ ] mental game with this [ __ ] oh my god, dude. That's basically where helper meds come in for me. Okay, so the withdrawals [ __ ] suck, Chris. What do I do? Well, it's so [ __ ] hot.
>> [music] >> So, I came off of 7-OH multiple times. Uh I cold turkey did I used helper meds and then quick tapered off of those. Um I I did it a lot and every time it [ __ ] sucked.
I'm just going to share what works for me. And with this method, I didn't have to miss work. I didn't [music] have to go to rehab. I didn't have to do any of that [ __ ] Okay.
Also, I don't have anything against rehab at all. Like, if you have to go to rehab to get off of 7-OH, [ __ ] do it, man. Like, whatever you have to do to get off this [ __ ] I 100% support.
I just want to try and provide options for people that are maybe in a similar situation that I was in.
Uh the first thing I do, I switched over to kratom extracts, right? So, I got some extract shots and that took the edge off of the withdrawals so much for me um that were like kratom. I think I used the OPMS brand ones, but usually within about 3 days, my body would adjust to the uh kratom extracts and then I could switch to just uh plain kratom leaf. Uh at that point, um there were times where I tapered off of just the kratom.
Um there were [music] times where uh I used helper meds and uh eventually helper meds is what finally got me over the hump. I've used gabapentin.
Gabapentin doesn't do [ __ ] for 7-OH withdrawals as far as I know, but for kratom withdrawals, it's great. Um I used gabapentin once and I took it for like a week, dropped the kratom like with no withdrawals, really. Um again, like you're not going to feel great, you're but you're going to be able to function and work and stuff. Obviously, all those times I relapsed and then finally, Suboxone was just a good fit for me.
I had known about Suboxone prior. The thing was, I just thought you had to go to [ __ ] rehab to get it. I didn't know you could just get it online like off of telehealth. I didn't realize there were telehealth providers that you could call and get prescribed Suboxone that [ __ ] day. If I would have known that like a year before, that [ __ ] would have changed my life. So, if you want some more information on that or you're interested in using telehealth yourself, uh just go check out my other videos. I go into more detail on how I did it um and how you can do it as well. I'm not sponsored by these [ __ ] companies either. A bunch of people have tried to say that. They don't give me any [ __ ] money. In fact, one of them kind of screwed me over when I moved from Colorado, but anyways, uh and the thing is they're not available in every state, so.
>> [music] >> At the time of my life, I needed stability and just being able to go fill this prescription, have it paid for by insurance, and get on with my [ __ ] day, you know, and just it's a non-factor now, right? [music] And uh I've been able to taper off of the Suboxone. I'm almost completely off now.
I'm down to 4 mg today, guys. I mean, that's how that's how I did it, you know?
God, I'm sweating my ass off. Well, Suboxone withdrawal is worse than 7-OH, which You don't have to keep [ __ ] taking Suboxone, dumb ass. You can take it for like a week until the 7-OH is out of your system and then move on.
Once you're past the 7-OH withdrawals, some people can just stop taking it, right? But again, then you're yanking a lot away from your body all at once.
You're going to be like super [ __ ] depressed because your brain is going to be missing those chemicals. Like, that's when you have the post-acute withdrawals.
I chose to stay on the Suboxone because I kept relapsing due to the post-acute withdrawals. And for me, tapering off the Suboxone slowly [music] was just the only way I was going to be able to stay off the [ __ ] So, listen, if you're on 7-OH right now and you finish this video and you're still on the fence about quitting, just [ __ ] do it, man. You got to start somewhere and I promise it's not going to be as bad as you think.
Just start.
Now, get off this [ __ ] right?
Like, take your life back. Okay, if I can get through that [ __ ] as many times as I did, you definitely can.
It was good talking to you [ __ ] degenerates again. Uh I plan on making some more videos in the future. There's a lot of gas station drugs out there.
We're not going to get addicted to them.
The thing is 7-OH has been made illegal all over the US and there's a lot of pills coming in to take its place. If you got any ideas for future videos, if you got any questions, thoughts, concerns, you [ __ ] hate me, you think I'm gay, leave it below and go check out the [ __ ] t-shirt store, y'all.
I'll catch you [ __ ] degenerates later.
