[00:39:00]know him voting members province come inside and once you approve you may put more money available project departments implement them project once project can be finished you may hand over project water committee community set them up. So I think we got few points department which community supply project at the moment more than 100 projects were approved through the national water resource advisory committee.

[00:40:06]put additional projects current listing approve up to 50% before further request about all projects all projects mostly funded by all donor partners forward from a water business every month. I think community participation important and sometimes uh department find them some challenges of 102 will access clean water against NSTB so NSTB target 2.2 100% 100% by 2030 safe water mix 2023 about 83% improve source 13% manage waterway water resource management act mandate department every 5 years water resource inventory you may contact 22 2021 to 2023 long time take long time stop open so when something comes issue reliability sustainability availability main challenges systems basic service 19% safety manage number of systems inventory maps different water supply systems different country.

[00:43:27]Chairman, Ministry, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Services, Corporate Services for PSC for three four years this year by one monitoring and evaluation person have evalu will impact all services different department but otherwise project one monitoring and evaluation framework every project consultants come asking money So yes, despite the challenges we facing through reports or implement water systems behind Despite the fact sustainability one problem Okay.

Um total funding we miss secur water alone it's around 6 something billion total of 8 billion we approved for the Lucenville resilient urban water supply and sanitation project. Okay. So project management unit implementing agency at the moment full control projected only by the DG steering committee and and consultations with the MLA. MLA looks not really good from MLA should be involved in that project something very sad looking VBMU management project there's not on the ground present um you know present on the ground where is the visibility right stakeholders provincial government project so Ideally you start low port and management projects province. I mean really good for me down there for amount of three years when every day you got issues and challenges where you must fix him on the ground must set them up on project support unit on the ground something it's very sad continual delay projects and how you may you may put project implementation structure in place and you may want something where you with with them ATB because this is a loan and grant funding with ATP. Yes. So the last unfortunately there's an extension now after that could be the end of the year that could be next year.

You got annual rental fee every anniversary license.

[01:43:43]It's 500,000 license fee also compensation fees clearance different rates and that was provided by uh department of forestry assisting rates. Um with regard to social impacts um kind prospecting companies employ more locals.

[01:44:15]Uh so by got uh employment opportunities you got knowledge and skill transfer also capacity building locals for full community.

[01:44:28]Uh last page, last slide here. Uh confirm whether the department has any plans for the mines's resource transformation into real economic benefit of the country. Um mention uh department look um look prospecting license most likely by production. Um it was therefore um all drafting instructions all bills uh which we hopeful parliament second ordinary session. Um also council miners support mineral resource uh within deep sea minerals as well as inside international waters one area where sing law slide provide um government of the day important thing too.
