[00:00:00]It seems to me like in any other administration and I mean probably in this one too, this kind of turnover I would think would really have maybe negative effects on policy churn, right?

[00:00:13]Or accomplishing the administration's objectives, right? I would think you would prefer stability in these positions so that you as president can like leverage these agencies to do what you want and accomplish the policies that you want. Like am I wrong about that?

[00:00:35]To say like, "Oh, you don't like what we're doing at ICE? Well, rather than changing policy, how about I just fire the person in charge? Won't that make you happier? Oh, you don't like how I'm handling the Epstein files? Rather than actually releasing them, I'm just going to fire the person who's supposed to be in charge of it and see if that distracts you enough or makes you happy enough to get off my back about this thing."
